I was here over the Summer for an Oil Change/Tyre Rotation after visiting the Curtis Museum in Hammondsport on a really muggy day when my A/C felt warm. I asked if they could recharge the A/C, the total process took one hour. It was worth the $100, I never felt A/C so cold. They are quick, efficient, friendly, and fairly priced. I was just back last week to give them business because of this, even though it is a bit out of the way. I DO plan on returning. I can highly recommend them!Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Oil change

Brought my own oil, and the guy wanted to charge me 70$ to change it. We got past that but then he decides to just put 2.5 quarts of oil into my car and calls it good. He checked the district multiple times and even set the jug of oil on the ground ro see the amount left. Well shame on me for not noticing how much oil was left. Glad I only live 2 miles away as well.

Easier than getting an appointment with my mechanic. I m not sure how much an oil change is at a mechanic these days but this place seemed a bit pricey that being said, I ll pay for the convenience of it for sure.

Went took our vehicle to Express Lube for the first time today. The technicians were very professional and very thorough. They told us what we needed and did the work quickly. The guys working there were real professional and decent. I was in a bind because I let my car inspection laps and they were able to get me right in and out in no time at all. Very helpful and friendly

Great place to go for someone with a busy schedule with no time to drop the car off! Always nice and honest about what the vehicle needs services! Also they do quick inspections now, which is super convenient! I will always take my car here!

Not only kind and courteous but they took the time to be careful with my oil plug not to cross thread it and extra time to do the things that needed done and not just rush through the job! Keep doing the great job that you're doing guys.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! I usually do my own oil. Had them do it one time. They put on the oil filter way too tight. I couldn't get it off next time. So I called them to ask them to loosen it up so I could change my own oil, and they wouldn't do it. I would never go there again. I do not recommend. ZERO customer service.

They charge $70 for an oil change PLUS $20 for a tire rotation. Just go to Monroe and have it all done for $70. No brainer.

These guys are the Best. I send my Mom here because they're SO honest and reliable.Today was no exception. Before my GMC was inside they had my vehicle information pulled up, let me know what oil I got last time and asked if I wanted the same. They not only checked all my fluid levels, they let me know. When I first bought my truck, I had free oil changes for the first two years from the dealer. Glad I came here, they caught low fluid level in my diff, and discoloured...other places might have just topped it off and not said anything. They saved the dealer from a huge repair, and maby me from an accident.I also save $5 when I have my oil changed regularly.They even have wiper blades too.
