Worst service yet. Sent in for alignment and inspection, has been back twice now for the mechanic to replace several other parts that he broke in the first place.

I had a blowout on my RV tire on I-86 two miles from exit. I called and they had the tire in stock (not a popular tire). They were super helpful even though the place was very busy. They were every professional and fair with their pricing. They had me back on the road within about an hour. I was very appreciative of their good service. I don't live in the area but wanted to post a review so local folks would know about their very good service.

On a trip from Washington state to New Hampshire we started hearing some weird noise coming from the wheel. I thought it would be good to make sure there wasn t anything serious. I called the shop and they said they would try to get me in. We went to the lot and within 2 hours they got us in and out with piece of mind that there was nothing wrong. The didn t charge me for any labor or anything. This company is honest and truly cares about its customers. I will return if and when I m in the area again for any tire or mechanical issues.

Matt and his team are all great people. I moved up here from Long Island about 2 years ago and everytime I go there to get something done they give me the price and I have to ask "Are you sure". They look at me like I think it's too high when in reality it's always less than I had prepared myself for. I really can't say enough good things about this place.

Had to stop in before a trip to the city. Matt and his crew were AMAZING. Got us right in, and on our way even though they were busy. You will forever have our business. Thank you!!!This review is three months after my first review, and I am adding to this review, because I cannot post another one! Once again, I find myself in the front office of All Season Tire, and once again I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the service from this team. Matt & staff you are unbelievable! Truly. I regularly have my vehicle serviced here - the staff is always so helpful and kind, the prices are very fair, the owner is knowledgeable and generous. Highly recommend.

My grandfather Ed Schneider came here my father Aaron came here before me and I come here. They're family owned and respect every single person who comes through the door. Not as a sale but as a human being and that is the secret to business and why they are still open and doing well

Matt and his staff were fantastic. We needed new tires for our camper and he was able to get us in and out in a very short amount of time. We highly recommend All Season Tire to everyone. We could not have been happier with the service we received.

My dad was hit with 2 flats on a trip. Clerk at Pilot recommended this place. They did everything they could to help. Sent him on his way with 2 good tires in about an hour for a good price. Many places would have gouged a stranded senior citizen so I really appreciate their honesty.

My son and I got a flat tire on I-86 just west of Bath as we were driving from Ohio to New Hampshire. We stopped at All Season to see if they could give us a new tire and get us back on the road. Although they were swamped and the phones were ringing off the hook, they were able to put a new tire on the car and get us out the door in aboutminutes. Great customer service and highly recommend!

Came here for tire mounted, balanced and an alignment. Took several hours but I also have a lifted and rusty truck. He kept coming to check on me and explained what was happening. Will be back for more work.

Great bunch of people here. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Mechanics even helped me load tire into my vehicle. I highly recommend All Season Tire Inc! I know that they've made a life long customer out of me!

I wound up having a tire light come in while on a road trip and was recommended here by a person at the gas station. They were very professional and got me in and out in less than an hour. My tire had a nail in it and they patched it up. I d highly recommend this place.

Dropping off the ordered shocks. At least they are easy to find on Rte 415 in Bath!!!

I am giving 2 stars because at first this place was amazing! They had me in and out in a reasonable time. I was satisfied with the service. Matt provides excellent customer service and very reasonable prices.As of recently, I no longer feel this way. I can never reach anyone over the phone. I have to call repeatedly. On top of that, I have had them check my brakes TWICE since August. Both times I was told they were fine, however, since August I have repeatedly heard grinding, squeaking, squawking, and many other noises coming from my brakes. When I am hearing those noises, I know there is something not right. I do not believe they drove my car either time to check for the noises, let alone even LOOK at my brakes. Whatever their reason.... They told me I had 90% life left on front and at least 50% on back. This is NOT the case. I decided to get a 2nd opinion.I need to COMPLETELY replace my back brake pads, rotors, and possibly the caliper.I definitely do not trust going here anymore. They have even given my mom the same run around lately and she ended up needing a rear end replacement!

Owner was very friendly and efficiency in replacing my blown up tire with a new one of same brand in a matter of 20 minutes or so. Charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended

These guys were a lifesaver. When I got a flat after hours they reopened. Even with a special reopening the cost was very reasonable and service was fast.

Thanks to Aaron and Terry for helping out my friend and I. We'd been driving around all day in the Watkins Glen area and were headed back to Rochester when I noticed our tire light come on. Even though it was closing time on a Friday night, these gentlemen stayed late to make sure our tire was repaired and we'd be safely on our way. Thanks again!!

Didnt have the product I needed but very polite and considerate people... they tried to help with sending me different area but wasnt looking for that. Would I recommend them yes but with caution

Honest, trustworthy and will do anything they can to help in your time of need. I drive from Suffolk County to Steuben County often and after having the pleasure of their business, I don't go anywhere else for my tires!
