Batavia Ziebart is wonderful! They had my appointment scheduled the same week I inquired, got in at 9am, was done by 10:30. Morgan was my salesperson and she helped me decide my tint shade and had a sticky stain I had in my seat removed! Best of all, the prices are amazing. Thanks so much!

Got a great deal on 20% all around my subaru thanks to Morgan and Steve. The car looks great, and it's definitely nice not having the sun in the kids' eyes! Morgan was super accommodating because I actually missed my appointment time by an hour! Thank you, Morgan, for the coffee as well!Oh and Morgan, sorry about the dead battery!Now here's the "bad" I guess? I found a couple of contaminants in the tint. BUT! Zeibart is kind enough to take it back in to get that fixed. Thanks again batavia zeibart team!

My husband and I just had our 2019 Jeep undercoated today with added paint protection with ceramic coating and interior detailing. We worked with Shane and the process was smooth and professional. The Jeep feels so smooth and smells great. They had an added challenge of removing tree sap and did a wonderful job. Service has exceeded expectations and would highly recommend this location.Services: Clay bar treatment, Headlight polishing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

The undercoating process was EXTREMELY wonderful. The surface of the vehicle is SOOOO smooth and shiny it feels like a baby s bottom. The interior looks super clean and well polished. Shane was super professional and helpful with servicing and overall experience for our 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Had a great experience today! I came for maintenance and Marcus got me right in and out since i was waiting in the waiting area. He was so sweet and helped me with any questions i had. I highly recommend Marcus as a service advisor!!

PSA for the day. Do NOT go to Ziebart to get undercoating done. They will only spray what they can see. They will not take the time to spray anything under a removable panel like the one you remove to do the oil change on the car. As you can see the rust on the frame of my 2022 vehicle that was sprayed the day after I bought it and then brought in for the maintenance the last 2 years. So yes this piece of the frame should have been coated 3 times now. Look at the rust. When I told Mark the manager that called me today to try and sell my $1800 worth of service, he couldn t be bothered with it as to the result of them not taking care of the rust I referred to on the call. Please use your head when it comes to going to Ziebart. Thanks.

Got window tint done at this location. There was a promotion going on in March for Window Tint.I used to go to other tint shops in the past, but they messed up and put the wrong % tint on even when i triple checked they had it right when I was making the appointment annnd dropping the vehicle off. Then tried to charge me MORE to fix what they messed up.I explained that to Marcus, and he couldnt have been nicer. He explained the lifetime warranty with the tint, and even took it upon himself to double check what % i wanted on what windows. So far so good with the tint, no issues so far. Easiest experience getting window tint ive ever had, and its all because of how great Marcus handled everything. Thank you very much. I absolutely will be a returning customer in the future.

I typically get my yearly repspray at the west Seneca location. When I called to make my appt they were booking 3 months out. I called the batavia location and got an appt later that week. They did a great job, no overspray and my car was cleaner than it went in. I would recommend this location highly.

Brought my brand new, 2022 Sierra 2500, in for undercoating and rust prevention. I took a look at it shortly after, and noticed a bunch of missed areas. Paid a fortune for this, and chose this location because China insured me they would do an amazing job, and that she would look the vehicle over herself. She promised me they would drop the spare tire and spray beneath it. They did not. They didn't even plug the holes they dropped in the doors. They did not spray in my tailgate like promised. This is a $75k truck, fresh off the lot. They don't give a $hit about you or your vehicle. There is over spray all over my white paint. Save yourself some trouble and find a different location or another company.

Bought a Ziebart package that was offered at an Oakfield dealership when I purchased my 2017 Jeep Renegade. I purchased the undercoating , paint protection, and interior guard services. My Jeep looks better than brand new as the Batavia technicians who took care of my Jeep were so meticulous and caught details I thought they would miss (and I picked ones that were definitely not obvious), that I felt they loved what they do and take pride in it, which are qualities that is hard to find nowadays. If you can make me feel that way without me meeting you, I applaud you: just know I appreciate you, I have bragged about your proven skills, and you are my hero (s) as I trusted you with my vehicle and your craftsmanship shined and still shines! Thank you and "see" you annually!

I had my 2016 Terrain rustproofed by the Batavia NY Ziebart location. Overall, the vehicle is in great shape but this year developed a rust spot on the front fender. The Batavia Ziebart has offered to replace the fender to correct the rust problem. I love my vehicle and am so happy to keep it looking beautiful. Thank you Ziebart for standing by your advertising word.

Took my 10 year old truck for its annual inspection and was pleasantly surprised with Morgan Boyce's suggestions regarding further work to keep my truck looking good! Morgan was professional and very helpful with explaining what could be done and the benefits! The price was fair and all the work was done in a timely manner. I went to get my car ceramic coated in Batavia and first off there was scratches on the hatch, and molding pushed in around a couple of the windows. After a couple days i noticed some odd marks on a couple of the doors, and they told me they had no clue what it was, they never seen it before. Upon some research, it seems as tho they are high spots. Would not recommend this one to anyone.

this is the 2nd vehicle ive had tinted and detailed at the batavia location, ive delt with Marcus on both occasions who was very friendly and helpful. I would highly suggest bringing your vehicle in an speaking with Marcus.

I had a decent experience with Ziebart. The installation was the only thing that went "decent". My first issue was dealing with "Jess"! I had been in the store a couple of times getting quotes for other vehicles with Stephen and other staff who were wonderful.I finally decided to call and set up my own purchase and installation of a tonneau cover. Now, being in the store a couple times and asking for quotes and other details , I already knew the price. Jess decided on her own to automatically upsell me without asking to a Cloth tonneau.After I questioned the price simply asking why it was suddenly $200 more, I was told "Oh, I just assumed you wanted the Cloth....there very popular now!" Never once did cloth come out of my mouth nor did I even know there was a cloth roll up tonneau!After straightening that out, which I found snaky and untrustworthy, I went ahead with the purchase and installation appointment. Next day at 11am. Perfect, I did want it done for my wife's Jeep asap. At that time, I asked Jess "I have a busy day though, how long should this take? Her immediate response was "Usually about an hour, but I always say an hour and a half just in case." OK, that should be perfect.Showing up at the store at 11, my wife and I were told by Jess "I have 2 ahead of you, can you come back in an hour?" I said to Jess remember when I told you I had a busy day? She said "Come back in an hour, and we will get it done. I then show up an hour later and my vehicle swiftly taken back to the shop.Apparently my time isn't worth a damn to Jess because I didn't see my Jeep for another 2hrs and 45mins!! Never mind I had informed her on multiple occasions I had other appointments to make! My wife eventually asked other staff how much longer? Oh, it's done. Just 10 more minutes. That turned into 45mins!I have had other tonneau covers installed elsewhere and never once did it cost me almost 4hours of my day!! When I was told by Jess an hour and a half, that was spot on to previous installs. Then....doesn't Jess tell me and I freakin quote...."well this one has rails, it takes longer!" Are you kidding me? Nothing but excuses. News flash....my last 2 had rails....didn't take 4hrs!!Maybe try this. Care a bit about your customers time and not triple book appointments! My question to you is now that my days other appointments were completely destroyed, how are you going to recoup the time you wasted? Also, Ziebart may want to retrain Jess on customer service! Not only did she try an upsell without asking what I wanted, she completely ruined my day after being told on multiple occasions I had other appointments to make. A complete disregard of the customer is disgraceful!

I've been going to Ziebart Batavia every year I've owned my vehicle for under carriage sprays to protect from harsh Buffalo winters. Marcus and the staff are all very friendly and professional.

I Went to get my car tinted, from the jump the customer service was amazing. Noticed bubbling and went to get it fixed, they reapplied the tint 3-4 times to make it perfect, and it is! 11/10 recommend this place, Morgan was very great and helpful the entire process.

Terrible workmanship.I brought my new ram to get bedliner coated.Paid a ton.They did not prep the surface and it has been peeling ever since. Also some over spray.When I tried to talk to them about it they were rude and said come back in a year for the warranty.
