Trash experience. First an last time I'll call this place. Asked for one tire to be changed. Was told they had no time. Called at 1:40pm there open till 7pm. I'd give negative stars if there was a choice, when I worked in a shop, changing a tire off a rim takes 10 min.

Uber is my main source of income and I had a flat tire they got me in immediately and repaired the tire for a great price and got me back and working right away. Just slightly disappointed that they did not balance the tire after.

They are always busy and understaffed. It's annoying when you're at the service desk and it takes them 15 minutes to even acknowledge you. Sometimes they are pleasant but most times their customer service skills stink. I keep going back because I can shop while I wait.

The work on the car seems good, but I had to wait about two and a half hours! I understand they were short-handed, but the receptionist should have mentioned that the wait time was going to be so long beforehand.

Called 16 times they put me on hold twice. Never came back. Was on the phone for a hour. Then when I finally was able to get someone on the phone. They are like it's 330 we just closed..unbelievable! I Finally received a appointment. Come in for the appointment and there just rude and Snappy. Ask how long it might be They just say wait for a text. We don't know... Just bad overall service. I can see why people are not confident in walmart services... Something needs to change! Just a quick update. Went in again. Just to have someone be rude to me when asking for help finding a oil filter.. lady was rude. Said "sorry you will have to do it your self. We don't do that". Just bad costumer service.. Do not... I repeat do not get service at this location. It will be just an over all bad experience for you...

Do not go here! Customer service is trash. As soon as I got there I could tell this wasn t gonna be good the guy working the desk had such an attitude and when he asked a question that I answered he asked again like I didn t answer had to pull out my phone to have him finally figure out what I needed when he very well could have done himself and instead of trying to get an appointment made there he kept telling me to go to different places

I am so thankful for the Walmart Oil change because it is actually affordable for people like me. They always do a great job. Sometimes I do have to wait a bit but most of the time its fairly quick and I get to do some shopping at Walmart while I am there. They are also super friendly.

I would like to personally thank Armando from the Batavia NY Walmart Auto Center. He was extremely friendly and helped educate me on the exact tires I was getting, as I had no idea what I was doing! This was the best Walmart I've ever been to. It was clean I walked in and got my oil changed in less than 40 minutes without an appointment, and the people were friendly enough that I didn't listen to music while I was waiting and just chatted. Will definitely look to get my car serviced here again

I called and the woman who answered was rude and snappy. She treated me like I didn t know anything about my car. (It s a older version). They transferred me twice and when I called again hours later they were so disrespectful. I tried to go there and the employees were rude

When I first walked in the Auto Service Center, a man named Frankie was at the Counter and he Helped Me Right Away, He explained everything to Me about My Car and the Tires I needed and Why. He was Great & Friendly. He also got Me in immediately to Install the Tires on My Car. Took only 1 hour which went by very fast while I shopped. Very Pleasant Experience

So, this starts out a bit rough. I showed up at opening time, which is 7am. I figured this would get me in and out quick, and it would be better than showing up at 6:15pm, when I get back from work.So, they didn't open the doors until 7:10, then they told me that it would take an hour to set up the shop, then do my oil change. I usually wouldn't mind waiting an hour, but this defeated the purpose of me getting in early, and would make me late for work. I took it for what it was, slightly irritated.The turnaround happened at 7:45 when the other gent working in the shop told me it was done. Further, he had gone through and checked on tire pressure and so on. I was pretty happy about that. He went above and beyond in half of the expected time. Further, when i was checking out, I'd picked up new windshield wipers, and he said "oh, we can put those on for you". I politely declined, but that gesture goes a long way.All in all, great experience. Usually is.

I made appointment 2 days in advance for 2 new front tires. On day of appointment I drop the car off, checked in a few minutes early and go shopping. An hour later they call to inform me they didn't have the tires in stock so I take the next cheapest tire. A half hour after that they call to inform me the computer is down and can't do the tires. A few minutes later they call back and the computer is working. Another 35 minutes go by and it's finally ready. I pay, get to the car and see they put the tires on the rear (both of my rears were only 5 months old)Worst. Service. Ever!

The floors are so dirty. Seriously, do not look down whilst perusing their aisles. The staff watches you like hawks. I felt eyes on me everywhere. Probably could be a better place if someone would clean out the urinals every once in a while.

Rude... can not understand the guy on the phone. Went in for tire appointment would not allow me to do 2 tires temporarily for financial reasons on my part. Insisted that I had to do all 4 now. I have a spare right now on the rear driver and wanted to do both rear til after Christmas. Walked out and went else where. Got it done no problem. I understand the wear and risk of doing so but also knew that it can be done.

I forget the actual terminology they used, but when I was getting my oil changed today they told me something was cross threaded so they had to drain my oil another way. Thing is, this Walmart is the only place I have change my oil. So they're the ones that damaged it, but of course they deny it. Don't go here, go anywhere else. Now I need to get my stuff fixed

I sat here for over 2 hours just to have tires put on my car, the person at the counter didn't even bother to warn me of the awful long wait, i understand first come first serve, but had I known it would take over 2 hours for my car to get in, I wouldn't have ever waited. Then when I look in and see my car on the lift with employees doing anything EXCEPT working, I get a little upset. Moral of the story is I will never bring my car back. You can get most things at Walmart, but I guess tire services should not be one of them.

I come in for a simple oil change and takes 2 hours and they still haven't brought it in! Will never bring my car here again, desk guy smells like he forgot to wipe.

First time in is my last time...I waited 2 hours for tires and they came out and told me my car was too rusty!! They are not inspection agents, they don't have that authority. My car was just inspected so it is definately road worthy!!!I have always stayed out of walmart because of what they stand for, now this experience has nailed the coffin shut!

Tim and the team were fantastic. After getting a flat on I90 east on our way to Boston and being towed here, he was able to work us in within the hour and get us back on the road with a new snow tire. He made a rough travel situation bearable.

Can't make an appointment and is 1st come 1st server yet when you get there at 830 am they say no oil changes for the day cause they have to many appointments....Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I dropped my car off at 10. They said it would take about an hour before it got in the shop. Went shopping and came back at 10:45, car was done 5 minutes later. Pretty good service I thought!

This place needs investigation. Broke my car and didn't help fix it. Don't get you car serviced at Walmart they have no respect for the customer
