This place is a rip off!!!!SUPER expensive, and they did NOT even fix the problem!!Took it to another mechanic (this one honest, WAY, WAY more reasonable, and excellent work) who actually told us that some parts that had been used were of lowest quality and brand reputation of being notoriously bad! He replaced them for a nominal charge (and I mean nominal)!We will NEVER go back to this place, and we recommend that you don't go either!!

Had a tire go down on my trailer travelling through on the interstate. Brandon (the service manager) had the tires in stock and took care of the mounting himself, getting me back on the road quickly and safely. Professionalism at it's finest!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Knew more about my auto problem than the dealership. Fast, accommodating, courteous, no offers to upcharge, took care of my tire issue without much notice, no baloney, just fixed it. The place is buzzing with vehicles. 8/10/23

I have been a loyal patron of this establishment for longer then most any of the staff currently working there now. It's become the only mechanics shop i trust. Unlike most places you go, the person you are talking to actually knows what they are talking about. Over the years they have thrown me a bone with a discount when i couldn't fully afford the fix. I'm very grateful to bring my business to them going forward. Update a few years since this review. I'm still a loyal customer. I now drive over an hour to bring my vehicle to them for repairs. You cannot put a price on genuinely trusting your mechanic.

This company was highly recommended by someone I know. I was very impressed with Brandon, the service manager, and Don, the service advisor. Professional and highly ethical staff. Also impressive how very clean the lobby was and didn t have an odor like a car shop when you walked in it. Clean and organized. As there are some auto repair shops that up -sale and try to get extra work, including work your car does not need, but this is not the case at all with this company they are highly ethical. I called to check on a specific tire size for my trailer, and after being on hold for literally 15 minutes, I was told I would be called back because they were too busy, too busy to go in the back of the warehouse and check to see if they had a tire that I needed. if I were you, I wouldn't take any of my vehicles here, normal or heavy duty. oh by the way, I'm still waiting on that phone call and it's been 2 weeks

Fair prices, good customer counter rapport. But after new brakes & tires the TPMS continues to come on and new vibration in front end. Took vehicle back, re-ballanced tires. Still issues persists. I mention continued issues to front counter, it seemed like I was burden. Took my business elsewhere. Still, fair price on the service work.

Went to Parmenter for the first time and couldn't be happier with the service and the place. Brandon is so helpful and is genuinely looking out for the well being of you and your car. The inside was probably one of the best waiting rooms I have ever been in. I highly recommend going here for any of your auto needs.

New build. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon of a 3 day holiday. I was just asking about a truck for sale. The guy helping me wasn't a salesman but seemed to go out of his way to help me. So they seem pretty legit.

The man I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. I had to call for an emergency with my tire while I was at the dealership (since that was the closest place for me to pull over) and talked to the representative here, who spoke me through the tire qualm I was having. Even though I didn't take my car here, he was very accommodating and even set up an appointment for me just in case the dealership tried to sell me on a totally new tire (just got these tires, that's why I didn't want to be nickle and dimed.) Thank you so much for your help and I will be telling all to come to your business.

Excellent customer service!! Definitely have found a trustworthy and honest business that doesn't try to hide things or purposely break things. They try to make fixing your vehicles within your budget. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone I know!!

Was driving home from Rochester to Pittsburgh after being in NY for a business trip all week. Drove past Batavia and started to have some issues. The hose for the transmission fluid line came undone and lost all of my fluid. Was on the side of the road and got towed to Parmenter. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and was able to get me out the door and home the same day! Besides how incredible the staff was, the price was more than reasonable for he work they did. Very appreciative of what they did for me.

If you're looking for someone to work on your car that genuinely cares for your well being, and isn't motivated by money, Parmenter and Brandon is the shop/guy for you. Im from out of town, and my car was having some serious issues, and I called parmenter, and they told me to bring it down and instantly started working on it. When I was having a little trouble with my bank, he was very charitable and patient. Please please please go here, I couldn't recommend it enough;

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because my vehicle is older and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. They convinced me that I should put $1300+ into the suspension and braking system of my car. The car came back with noises it never made before which they investigated and determined was something else which would cost me more money. Less than a year later, the car has a 4 inch hole in the subframe near where the steering connects (in an area they definitely looked at) that the other recent mechanic said "must have been there for awhile". Again, old car, stuff happens, fixing one thing can break other things. Still, I'm not going here again.

Excellent place to go for tires and service. Very reasonable also !! New office Management very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Great service team and looking to add more service techs. Great automotive shop in Batavia!

Their service has always been good. Never had any issues with them. I always go here for getting anything done on my vehicles that I can't do myself.

Came in for a quick photo inspection for my new insurance policy and had no problems. Called ahead to make an appointment and was in and out in a few minutes.

Great people.. very helpful..have problem with my truck and they took time to put up and take a look and give me a quote....they will be the ones fixing my truck for sure..just talking to them I trust them to do a great job!
