I went in to get tires. While waiting in the service area, I noted several times that the service manager, Chris?, treated every person with kindness and integrity. He was very honest and pleasant. Refreshing to see. He was exceptionally helpful with an elderly client. Heartwarming to witness. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I've been taking my cars here for years. Unless under factory warranty. Thay are always reasonable and fast. Chris is very knowledgeable and honest. They never try to sell you stuff, you don't need. They have a great team of mechanics.

When I called I was given the impression it was a great day to come in. But it took about 4.5 hours for a rear brake job! (Optimistic me was figuring one hour). Perhaps the young man was inexperienced, and it would have been good for another tech to offer help. No one seemed alarmed at my very long wait, and there was no apology when I checked out. So, be prepared, and it would be best if you have a ride so you can leave your vehicle for the day.

I bought new tires from Mavis in August, I got a nail in one of them months later, called, and they told me to come right in. They took care of the puncture, fixed the tire and had me on my way in a short period of time, especially considering I didn t have an appointment. Better yet, they didn t charge me. Great customer service and a great job taking care of my tire! I ll definitely be back!

These guys have been absolutely fantastic, and are so knowledgeable!! They worked well with us and explained everything that was happening and what the problems were. Extremely impressed with everything that they have done for us, and are so grateful for these guys! Cameron was absolutely outstanding and so thoughtful to help keep us informed!!!

I recently went with Mavis for new tires. I bought the tires thru their toll free corporate number. Before I took my Jeep into that location, it drove great. I had no issues and went down the road straight before the new tires. The day they were installed the employee handling my appointment, convinced me that along with the new tires we should do an alignment as well. He said with new tires its recommended to have that done to make sure the new tires wear correctly. The jeep drove great so I take this as a money grab and probably didn't have to be done and I wish i didn't have that extra service. Work was completed, I picked up my Jeep and then headed home on the NY state thruway. The jeep had a bad vibration and pulled to the left. I called Mavis and made an appointment to bring it back. Dropped it off for the follow up appointment to have them correct how it drove. Went back later to pick it up and the manager said the tire balance was way off. So the original person who mounted them did it wrong. I asked about the alignment that I asked to have checked and he said with the tires out of balance that should correct the problem and they didn t do the alignment check. Back on the NYS Thruway, the Jeep still had the same shake and pulled to the left.Talked with the Manager again who said Sunday is the slowest and best day to bring it in so they can make it right. He said both his assistant managers were in that day and would take care of all the issues to make it right. Sunday at 9:00AM when their doors opened, I dropped it off. I specifically told the guy it pulls and we need to redo the alignment. Told them to take their time and I would be back in a few hours. When I picked up my Jeep, Cameron the Assistant Manager said that I was all set. I asked how the alignment was and he said they didn t check that. WHAT? The Manager told me he would make sure it was done correct, I told the employee at drop off it pulled and they needed to check the alignment. He looked at the clock and said we can t get that done now . I also asked to have the brake pads checked, no mention of that when I picked up the vehicle. So 3 times back to Mavis and still not right! I won t be back, I will take the jeep someplace new! Nobody should have to take a vehicle to a tire shop 4 times to get an alignment and tire balance right. Zack the manager did refund the alignment cost, but now i have a vehicle that needs to go to a different automotive shop. I should of never let them touch the alignment when it was perfect before going to Mavis!

Allows you to schedule and confirm appointments online for times where nobody will be available to service your vehicle.And you will only know that ahead of time if you (in the year 2024, where every phone call from unknown numbers are spam or scam calls), answer the single phone call you get at 8 in the morning.

These guys are awesome! I can't say enough about how accommodating and helpful they are. I've had 3 nails/screws in two tires and every time they are honest and upfront. When I do need tires I will be back!

Was in the area when i realized i had a nail in my tire. Stopped in to try to schedule an appointment and Cameron and Chris not only got me in immediately but also patched in for free. Will definitely be back to these boys when I need to get a new set. Great customer service!!

Went to Mavis today in Batavia for an oil change. They got me in really quick and were great. They got my car in and done in a timely manner and paid attention to the customers in the building throughout their work.

Awesome service, called and they got me in the day off, lowest price in Batavia and they did not haggle me about bringing in my own tires to put on like most other shops. Will be returning for future services on my vehicles

I purchased 4 tires and had no idea what kind to get. I did not want to pay a crazy amount of money. The manager Chris was very helpful and patient with me. I was happy with the deal that I got.

Was just in batavia and got 4 new tires for 21 chevy equinox. Chris and Zach were very accommodating. The service was fast and friendly. The new tires are great. Fast service was in and out in about hour. Store was clean and staff inviting. Will return for tires for my traverse..

After an initial concern with one visit I had to contact the site again and spoke with the Manager who was very professional in dealing with my initial concerns. Zach, the manager handled all my concerns and provided a professional response to my problem. Thank you Zach.

Horrible customer sevice from Mike and Chris. I scheduled an appointment for four new tires with an alignment. Tires turned out good but alignment not so much. After waiting almost four hours for my truck when cashing out Iasked for my print out for my alignment. I was told they just turned the machine off and they are unable to print it for me. I stated I need this print out. They than told me once machine is turned off it deletes all history for the day which is a lie. The front counter guy was so incompetent that he told me I requested the alignment and that when customers request an alignment they dont give this print out which made no sense. I said you guys should be printing this out for every customer that request an alignment. He said no thats not what we do here. So after arguing with them he finally went back in the shop and asked Zack to print it out. He came back and handed me a print out which was clearly not mine. The time was from 930am and from a totally different vehicle. I told them this was not my vehicle and he says the time and vehile on the print out are never correct. These guys that work here sure dont know anything about alignments. So I stepped outside to make a call and when I was coming back in he slammed the glass door in my face and said were closed. I then decided to call the Mavis solution center and spoke to a nice lady who took my info and I was told I would receive a call back on Monday. Well today is Thursday and I'm still waiting for that call. Mavis could of had a customer for life but with what I experinced my family and I will not be back and I will be sharing my experince with family and friends. If you are reading this I would stay away from this place and go to another shop where people are more knowledgeable.

Really wish I could give more than 5 stars here - After having replaced an exhaust system, shock/struts for one vehicle, brakes on another then an inspection and oil changes within the past 2 months, Mavis has proven time-and-time again that workmanship and reputation still means something these days. The service team managed by the dynamic duo (Chris & Zack) at your Batavia NY store are true professionals who get the job done and done right. Why go anywhere else...when it comes to maintenance and repair, these guys really show you they care. Thanks again for giving me and my family some added peace of mind fellas and keep up the great work!

If I had the option to give zero stars I would. Back in July, I had an appointment to get an inspection. I drove a half hour to get there and they told me the machine was out of order. I asked why they didn't call me and they said" It must have slipped through". My husband had had a good experience with them so last week he made an appointment to get four tires on my car, so we went. We arrived at 9am. At 10am the manager told us it had been delayed because they broke a tool but, they were changing tires now. At 11am my husband "asked what was going on" he said they were checking alignment. My husband told them" Forget it we've been here too long". We got in my car and they had put my passenger window down and it wouldn't go back up. We drove half a half back home in the rain.

Zac and Cameron were helpful at assisting me while the manager Chris seemed to be too busy watching TV to even say hello when I walked in or help me in my search for tires also seemed aggravated when I had to wait for my vehicle and made some very rude remarks under his breathe will come back only as long as the assistant managers are there to help me. Sorrow, but facts.
