So this year I decided to upgrade from a 30 year old model JD LX172 to the JD X350. I ordered online to take advantage of a sale, and free delivery. Once my order was placed I was called by the online salesman Steve Sarecini. When my tractor was ready to be delivered I went to the dealership to sign paperwork, and Steve gave me a tour of the new building! Very impressive! Thanks again Steve! Nothing runs like a Deere!

If I could give Steve more than 5 stars I would I buy a lot of stuff from all over the place but Steve and the great group of people at landpro made purchasing easy and not complicated can't wait to do more business with Steve he is a wonderful guy.

Stopped in to get a quote on a snowblower for my 1025R tractor. Worked with Bri. She was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, never rushed me, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Was very satisfied and made the purchase. Highly recommend working with Bri.

I'm not easily impressed, but the customer service and communication from Steve in sales is top notch! He was always quick to reply to questions and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. This is my first John Deere and I can promise that Landpro Equipment in Batavia has earned a customer for life after my experience.

Stopped at your open house Sat. Purchased a new X730 garden tractor. Excellent salesperson Eric Perry. Very knowledgeable. Very pleasant to deal with. However, you could improve on the female sales clerk in the parts department who was very unfriendly, had an attitude, & went in the back to grab her jacket in the middle of the sale to let us know we were keeping her longer than she wanted to be there. Extremely rude. Its my hope that this is NOT the kind of service we encounter in our future visits for parts & service. Had this occurred prior to our purchase I doubt we would have spent our money there.

Steve Saraceni was fantastic! He helped me with a used tractor and was very upfront with pricing and gave me multiple options. He even stayed after business hours so I could pick it up after work. Great experience, I highly recommend Steve. The new facility is also amazing!

Sales Manager Steven Saraceni at Batavia, NY Land Pro Equipment was truly Amazing to work with, especially given that I was an out of state buyer. He helped me with the purchase of a used Husqavarna R220T riding lawn mower. He sent me wonderful photos of the tractor, so I could see the excellent condition it was in more clearly.Steven took the time to coordinate and work with my shipper, (who kept changing the pick up dates) and even waited after closing hours for the shipper arrive to pick up the tractor.Steven even went out of his way and had it fully serviced and detailed before pick up. He was so patient and had top knotch communication the entire time. 5 star customer service here!

Needed a lawn mower fast just something cheap but efficient and I knew I wanted a zero turn! Benjamin Fisher and land pro batavia hooked me up with a great z335e that cut my mowing time down to a half an hour! I couldn't be happier with it!

Absolutely the worst service department of any place I have ever dealt with. I go there because of proximity but every single time the have my tractor it's much longer than they initially say, and I have to call repeatedly just to find out what is going on and it's always extremely overpriced. This last time they have had my tractor 2 and a half weeks for a filter and hydraulic fluid and they have not called for me to pick it up yet and the last time I spoke to them I was supposed to get a call the following Monday and here we are almost a week later and nothing. Would never come here if I had another option.Quality service is everything and this is absolutely the worst. Parts department is great service is absolutely terrible. Makes me pretty sure I would never get a new one from them simply due to the service department.

Steve in Sales did an outstanding job explaining the equipment I ordered. This included a X739 and 2025R. Both were delivered in perfect condition. Steve and the Land Pro Oakfield office group are on top of their game! I would highly recommend Steve to take care of your John Deere equipment needs.

Great folks all around. Excellent mechanics with tons of knowledge with John Deere equipment of all sizes. I'm willing to travel 45 minutes, passed a John Deere dealership local to me, just to get service from this dealership in particular. Definitely worth the extra 40 minutes travel time in my humble opinion.

I thought the parts woman in Alexander was bad but she was an angel compared to Jim in parts Batavia. I buy on line now not in the Landpro group. Better treatment.

Carter Benton bent over backwards to take care of my sale (with the best price in the country, literally), prep it for delivery, then again to meet their criteria (even after it was denied twice by the same freight carrier). WoW! I can't say enough good things about my experience at this store. He's in NY and I'm in Florida; if I were closer, he'd come over for Sunday dinner and a ballgame! I will check back regularly just to see if I can buy whatever I need here for my small farm. Five stars for sales and price. 5+ Stars for service. Talk to Carter! If he can help; he won't disappoint!
