This is a very professional repair shop. Additionally, people are polite, always happy to help, and honest, which are qualities I value very much.If something is wrong or missing they will tell you! You will not leave the place blind folded. So, I 100 percent recomend this place and hope they keep the good quality of their work and the nice customer service enviorment.Thank you for fixing my car! It looks like new.

Super easy to deal with when I hit a deer qith my 2500. By the time I dropped the truck off had the repairs done, requested the truck get serviced over at the dealership and picked the truck up it was only 1 week turn around. I was so pleased with my experience at Ken Barrett collision! Pleasant professional staff, provided me with transportation and the vehicle repair was done in a very timely manner. I got updates via text and no Hassell with insurance. DEFINITELY recommend!!!

I was rear-ended and my sister recommended Ken Barrett Collision. I am a Geico customer and they are a certified repair facility with them. The whole process was super easy. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions. The vehicle was fixed and ready in a week just as promised. I took my Ford Fusion to Ken Barrett's after an encounter with a rather large deer. It was quite a bit of cosmetic damage as well as structural. Drivers door, left front fender, hood, headlight assembly, and front cover. I had to wait a bit initially to get the car in after the estimate late fall is a busy time for shops due to increased deer hits. When I did take it in they were great it wasn't long at all before I got it back. For many years I used to do my own work mechanical and some collision work on my vehicles. Having been able to do those things I am very particular about having someone else do the work. Ken Barrett's exceeded all my expectations. The fit of the parts was excellent good straight seams and alignment, the color match and paint work were first rate. The car looks better than when it rolled off the assembly line. They even detailed the interior. They are an exceptional high quality shop, with a professional and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had an amazing experience at Ken barrett! I had a bad accident with a deer and they were able to get me in and only had my car for 13 days. The mngr of collision ( forgot his name) was so awesome . Great guy and Kelly & Tasha in reception were helpful kind and amazing. I would 100 % come here again for repairs and would recommend this place to anyone ! My vehicle took a small beating from rouge highway debris, smashed in my windshield and totaled my hood, side panels and door as well as jacked up my paint and stole my passenger mirror right off. Ken Barrett took care of everything very swiftly and handled my insurance paperwork stuff. I received my car back in excellent condition as if nothing ever happened to it. I'm beyond happy with the service and the end results and I highly recommend them!

Very polite staff, excellent service. They are understanding and will work and talk with you. I also will say their collision center is amazing, making your vehicle good as new. I had family members have their cars fixed at the collision center 3 times, all different vehicles and can say they make your vehicle shine like new. You won't regret going there for your needs.

We used Ken Barrett this week to fix the body damage on the back right door from a hit and run on our 2018 Honda CRV. My husband had an accident with a deer. He had the car towed to the dealership on Monday. They called later that day and told us 2 weeks and we'd have it back. That Friday they called to tell us it was done and ready to picked up. They even stuck around a few extra minutes so my husband could pick up his car. They have the best customer service. So helpful and fast. The sales team is absolutely amazing as well. Use Josh if you get a chance to purchase a vehicle from them! He's fantastic! Far beyond a car sales man. A HUGE Thank you to the entire Collision Shop at Ken Barrett in Batavia, N.Y. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with everyone that I encountered, while my vehicle was being repaired . Angie and all the staff in the collision dept were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful!!! Hitting a deer and the damage thereafter was difficult enough, but everyone I encountered at Barrett's put my mind at ease and took great care of me!!

i had my truck in for a new bumper from hitting a deer, they did superier work to repair it, came out like brand new!, then it went to repair shop to fix the transfer case because it wasnt shifting right, they diagnosed it and repaired it in 2 days i am very pleased with the work...ty so much
