Haven t purchased a vehicle here yet but when I ve shown interest there has always been prompt response from salespeople plus when I purchased a key fob for my current vehicle they gave great information on what to do when I called before coming in and then when I was there were very helpful

I've been looking for a nother vehicle & I happened to be going through Batavia & thought let's stop in , right there I found my Buick I want to thank Carl Schmidt our sales guy for all his attention.

Let me start off by saying it's not to often you make an appointment somewhere and when they give you a time they mean it. They were actually waiting on me to give them the keys! My entire reason for going there was I needed an alignment on my truck, I took it to a different shop to have done, well I was there for four and a half hours only to have it go on a lift 5 different times, and after having to waste a vacation day to get that done it still was terrible. My truck pulled to the left and the wheel was cranked to the right. I even went back the following day to have it fixed right to no avail. That's when I contacted the Ken Barrett service department. They were more than willing to help and got me right in. Even as I waited the service manager came over and notified me of the tecs progress/findings/ and basically be very friendly which I though was awesome cause most of the time the customer is totally in the dark about service at dealerships. Well I got my truck aligned , ( it only took him one try) and I couldn't be happier!! These guys know their stuff and my experience there was very reassuring. I would recommend this place / these guys to anyone needing anything done ! I would give them 10 stars if I could

unfortunatly had to use their services again, but just like last time they were beyond fantastic! Best body shop around in my opinion. Will recommend them to anyone!

Repaired damaged fenders on my dually truck. Paint match was spot on.They were very accommodating to get job . Didn't offer a loaner so I dont know if they due thatService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Auto body repair I am not happy with work preformed on my car after a few months of noticed more of things not a line up like head light. Or lug nut missing they were the only one's had tire off too inspection car fender.
