Had a really bad exhaust leak one my 1 box after treatment system. Stacy in the service department was absolutely stunning and professional. If there was an ability to put 6 stars...... Great experience overall.

Coolant leak repaired and got me back on the road. Stacy and Glen were awesome. Their knowledge and customer service made a frustrating time easier to deal with. I would definitely go back if I have any truck issues when I'm in the area.

These people at the Freightliner Western Star of Batavia New York are some of the nastiest people I have ever spoken to. They are all grumpy and being very miserable. I just don't understand where they get off acting this way. I have a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia I wanted to give them my business my being an owner operator and all and these folks are so nasty. I asked this fella why he is being an ahole to me and he hung up on me. I needed a headlight and some other stuff for my truck and that kid just gave me a nasty attitude. Long before I ever asked him my question. There are other Freightliner folks to deal with. I called this same place twice with questions and they were so nasty and miserable they just ruined my excitement for having my own truck. But anyways that kid was such a jerk and very grumpy. I hope he has a better day. But being nasty to a customer just sucks. Go somewhere else. These people absolutely suck and they don't know nothing about anything I asked.

My truck had a wiring problem and they got on it and had it fixed quickly. Stacy in service was a pleasure to deal with with great communication skills !

Very Good experience with this dealership I run 25 trucks in Buffalo area & whenever we get any happen in the truck we call Batavia dealership all the time there is a guy in service he s name is glen all the time he help me out with very helpful way & makes bill so sincerely ..He always talks politely & Give advice so true all the i really proud to be a part of this dealership because thy guys are Good in price & work so Good

Pndb box was bad I told Glen I thought that was the problem. Truck went into the shop the next day they changed a fuse in the box and told me it was good to go. Picked it up and had the same problem, truck was shutting off while driving. That cost over $500 took it back and they changed the pndb box and a positive cable from the battery to the box. That was over $1200 and I was shut down for a week. As an owner operator I will never go back to this shop again. Uninformed mechanics not technicians and hourly rates will kill you

I had a check engine light that came on and Glen Reinhard told me to come right in as on my way to Canada. He got me in and out in 30 minutes. This must be the best dealer in the country. These guy will definitely get all my business going forward.

First come, first service! Knowledgeable and professional mechanics! I ll recommend if you have serious issues with DPF or CPC, MCM, they can fix it everything.

I made an appointment with Glen about a week ahead of time, to get the transmission fluid changed in the Allison Transmission in my Motorhome. When I arrived I was told it would take most of the day, so we spent the day sight seeing. They have really nice facility. Communication was good, no issues with the work done. If in the area I would take my coach there again.

We have never had better service from any repair shop. Everyone I meet will know that this is the best place for service. Glen and Brian treated us like we were the only ones that needed help. We live in our Coach and they made life during our repair so easy by letting us plug in and stay there while they did the repair. They went out of their way to get our coach fixed and on our way to our life in our home for the summer. They are our forever go to to have our coach ready to travel across the country to Arizona in the fall. We will be back.

went in for a coolant level sensor wiring issue, was thinking it was going to be getting looked at next day.... however, the service team got me in within minutes of dropping my trailer and right back on the road within a couple of hours.great team, very courteous, great service. have to say best experience when needing to get into any shop.

Top notch service, had an alignment set up for 7:00 in the morning, they had me in the door at 7:15. I was back on the road by 1:00 p.m..

I have never written a review for anything. I generally just go somewhere else if it isn't a good experience. That being said the service level, communication and lack of knowledge of this shop is exceptionally bad. Took motorhome in for service on chassis, service on generator and an air leak. Service fine except they charged an additional $150 for air cleaner installation. Generator service ok except they couldn't find a fuel filter so I found one for them and then they charged me twice what their cost was. They charged an additional $80 to tell me the generator had a coolant leak that they couldn't determine or fix. The air leak needed two leveling valves changed and they charged a whole days labor to remove and replace the two valves without any warning of the cost. To end the $3,200 day when we came to pick up the coach after hours the batteries were dead and we had to jump start because they never shut off the masters or plugged the coach in to keep the batteries charged. Beautiful shop but very expensive and poor communications.

They should make 0 stars for companies like these. Took truck there Wednesday said they will get in in by Friday if not Monday. Ok. Had truck there 3 weeks. $5200. changed 2 dpf pressure sensors and cleaned out coolant.(800 to clean that- they were pouring one gallon an hour logically looking at it.) Went there oh it s $6200 had to diagnose sensor. Ok for 1000 extra?) Ok? Told me still needs nox sensor after 3 weeks of being there. Oh part is in back order. Waited another 3 weeks. Went picked truck up changed part myself after ordering came in after 2 days. After a month they called me said sensor is in where is your truck. Why are places like this even open. Paid 2k just in insurance waiting for these guys. On top of that they wanted to charge me another 700 for labor for that sensor just bc I took my truck. For what again. No communication. No worthwhile workers no management no nothing. Nice building. Maybe jipping people off their hard earned money is why they charge so much so they can pay for their building taxes. Stay away.

Every time I am looking for service in Buffalo, NY, this is the bestThey will take a truck in by the word - today,than - today. Tomorrow, than - tomorrow. Plus, if you have experience with a dealership in Buffalo, you will know- they will book you in , in 2 weeks from today.

Called for PM, DOT and Brake adj. Told by Bobby to be here at 7, they will get me right in. Spent 12 hours in the parking lot, just to have Glenn tell me, no way they can get me done right away, "this ain't no McDonald's". I told Bobby I would be on a load and would need to be done 10 am or a little after. Nice communication and attitude. Could have got the work done at TA or Loves I guess.

What a beautiful service center. My wife and I travel the country I have never been a cleaner, more efficient shop. The people were very friendly and helpful. They fixed my truck in a reasonable amount amount of time and at a reasonable cost. The lounge was spotless just like the rest of the facility.Could not have asked for more.Bob

Glen and The Mechanic that fixed my truck were Amazing. I was quite worried about what was going on with it but they found it was a Nox Sensor that went bad. My warranty paid for all of it. They didn't waste anytime fixing it. Thanks... Wish yall was closer to Michigan I would bring my truck for all work..

Arrived at 0730 with a DEF leak, updated me shortly after arriving as to my broken DEF pump and was out by 1120. Excellent staff who updated me frequently on the status of the work. Took care of an outstanding recall during my visit as well.

Make sure you got all parts before leave. Most of the time, they lie availability of parts. I had 2 times bad experience.

I drive for West Tennessee Expediting an recently had work done. Couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. My truck was at Tracey freightliner 2 weeks in a row and was unable to fix. This place and your facility in west Seneca are both the greatest in my book. Thanks again for all your help

If you are a owner operator footing the bill don t come here. I have never seen a company nickel dime you on everything. A oil change and change some parameters on the computer over 900. Will not ever come back. Take to Tracy Road
