I've taken my 2018 vehicle to Dunn several times and it is normally a good experience. However, this time I took my 2018 vehicle to Dunn for an inspection. My vehicle is well maintained and had no symptoms or issues prior to taking the vehicle in for inspection. Upon Dunn conducting the Inspection they scrapped my sticker and failed the car for my "later rear links". They had told my wife "the rear tow on the vehicle was off". They quoted her 668$ to fix the alleged issue.Having a basic knowledge of vehicles and knowing that the vehicle did not present any symptoms prior to taking the car for an inspection I did not trust Dunn's assessment of the vehicle and I took the vehicle to another local repair shop. That local repair shop passed my vehicle with no issues and said they do not see what Dunn is talking about. I also was underneath my vehicle and did not see what Dunn was talking about.Beware when taking your vehicle to Dunn for work as if I did not obtain a 2nd opinion I would have been paying 660$ for absolutely no reason.

Another great experience at Dunn Tire Batavia! Called for an inspection and they got me right in same day, their communication through the process was outstanding! Had a wiper issue and the staff went above and beyond for me. Everyone there was super friendly, kind and accommodating. I will definitely be returning if and when needed. Vey satisfied customer!

Great service. The best. This young man (Craig) works very hard Keeping busy working with the customers or working on their cars. I ve gotten Serviced there a couple of times before. This young man does not slow down. Always busy but very time conscious and polite to everyone. Dunn is very very fortunate to have this young man working for them. Give this man I believe his name Craig a big raise. And that would be a Dunn Deal.

The staff were very friendly and even shared a laugh or two with me during my visit. They respected me and my vehicle and made me feel welcomed at their location. I will continue to take my vehicle to Dunn Tire Batavia in the future because I knownits in great hands!

Dunn Tire saved the day. I am from out of town and was heading out for a 6 hour drive back home when the low tire pressure light made its appearance. The manager at Dunn Batavia got me right in and had me on the road in an hour with no appointment. I m grateful for their attention to detail, transparency and customer service. I wish they would open a shop in my area. They would have a customer for life. The peace of mind I had hitting the road was priceless and I am happy to recommend them

Had a good experience, there was just a hiccup as to.my appointment time. Was supposed to be at 9 am but I left for awhile and came back at 930 to find my car wasn t started and all bays were full. After talking with store Manager he got my car in and had 2 guys working on it so I was out by 10:30. Very friendly and courteous staff. After leaving got a call that I had left my iPad there. Had errands to run and when I went back he offered to check the tightness of my lug nuts so that I didn t have to return.

Most of the time pretty good I have to say I wasn t expecting valve stems to not be covered on the warranty when they installed new ones, but it really wasn t a big bill so all in all satisfied

Craig, the manager gave me an appointment at a moments notice. His staff did the work scheduled to be done in a timely and efficient manner. They charged me a fee that was comparable, if not less, than their competitors.Great job, as always, Dunn Tire!

We have a flat tire on the way from Canada to New Jersey. After traveling for two miles we found a garage. However they were too busy and recommended us to go to Dunn Tire. They understand our need and repair our tire. After waiting for about an hour we are back on the road. Thank you for your help.

Took 3 weeks to get a answer on when they could get snow tires. I had to call multiple times was hung up on multiple times while on hold for extended amount of times. Picked up car pulled out of driveway noticed car was driving funny found tire was soft almost flat. Had to turn around and shop had to dismount tire remount and re balance tire.

The manager Paul is very kind and helpful. I am a former automotive service manager who worked in the industry for almost 30 years, and I have seen my share of dishonesty. I felt that the manager was very straightforward and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need. Plus, the tech was careful not to get my car's interior dirty, and I appreciate that. I will definitely return to this location for service.
