Pretty small store but that shouldn t stop you from stopping by. Got a slice of pizza and some pasta salad for lunch as I am on the go. Drinks where cold and the employees are friendly. They have a bathroom in the corner but I didn t have to visit.

We got subs from Crosby's on the corner of Seven Spings and Rt 33 and they were the best! They didn't too much meat on them that you couldn't taste the other ingredients on the sub. They were the perfect ratio. The rolls are delicious as well. Pam and her staff are always very polite. We stop there almost every day !

I have to tell you that today October 27th I had the best pizza that I have ever had! You can beat I will be spreading how good it was to everyone I know!! Absolutely 100% Best pizza around the Batavia area.

Dave, Michelle, and Rochelle at Crosby in Batavia, NY are the best!!! They are great at customer service, they will help you with anything. If you need help bringing things to your car, they will assist you. Plus they are just the kindest individuals. Good job with hiring your staff Crosby.

Ordered a menu item over the phone, came to pick them up, and they said they had them, and they forgot to make them and it would be 10 minutes. Okay, things happen. Came back to pick them up and was cashing out something I needed to grab, and the cashier told me the lady was in the back grabbing them. I was waiting and she came up and was just looking at me asking if I needed something. I told her I was waiting for the food and she just goes Oh we dont have them, we have to refund you. Like okay, you couldve told me that in the first place so first you lied and now im waiting to be refunded for 10 minutes because apparently no one knew how to do a refund on the register. Most likely will not be ordering food there again. Thanks for crappy service and having an attitude about it as well.

Staff was great. They let me shelter from the rain in the store, and gave me good advice for biking through town. Food was good, too.

The steak pizza was delicious? Listening to the worker gossip was very entertaining

Much better now that Crosby's took over for arrowmart which was a dump.
