Took my Honda shadow here may 2022 due to a burnt valve. I was told it would be a couple weeks until they fixed it. Waited a month with no calls to let me know progress or what was going on with the bike. Finally decided to call them only to find out they were only open 3 days a week. I was told it would be a couple more weeks. Fast forward to august 2022 l, finally after weeks of ME calling them, they said I could pick my bike up. Originally they wit was going to be around $900 for repairs, but ended up charging $1200. Whatever I just wanted my bike back. The guy says it runs great. And for that much money I expected it to be fixed. I go in the back to get my bike and the mechanic tells me a different story. Tells me it still needs some tinkering and he couldn t do it because I would have to pay more for labor. As soon as I started the bike I knew it wasn t running right. It actually runs worse than it did before the valve burnt out. Won t stay running unless fully choked and it backfires. Im fairly disappointed seeing as the bike only has 6k miles on it. After seeing the receipt, I notice they charged me for more parts than I agreed on such as a new air filter that I never agreed to replacing. 2 faced business, terrible service, no updates, $1200 to return my bike back worse than it was before. Do you customers a favor and hang up the towel. What a joke.

When the Buffalo and Rochester area Piaggio dealers closed, my wife and I thought all was lost food upkeep of our two Flys. However, though Batavia cycle specializes in Honda, they were happy to work on our scooters. We both needed our 700 mile maintenance done. They not only did the fix, they them running like they were brand new. The best part is that one year later they still run better than they ever had before. We love this place and the staff is friendly and highly skilled. The price charged was reasonable considering all they had to do. We are now loyal customers.

was there several years ago forgot to put review on. bought tire from them for my gold-wing. On top of being over charged for tires. They sold me old production date tires. Actually the bike was a 2012. Was there in 2015 and the tires were produced in 2011. These guys give Honda a bad name

Been shopping here Since 2000....always has what I need and want in Stock. This is the definition of a mom and pop shopFriendly fast customer service. Sells Honda prefers Honda but doesn't criticize or say anything bad about yamaha like most dealers would may not be racing atv anymore (considering it again) so my shopping is light these days Pretty much just two stroke oil and various lubes for my two stroke RC, but still same great attitude as when spending $700+ on a new race suit, and doest try to hurry the smaller sale up.Batavia needs more shops and shop owners like this.

Do not trust these people for repairs.SLOW SLOW SLOW and HIGH PRICED.You can purchase oem honda parts on ebay for 50 % OR MORE LESS/CHECK EBAY FIRST.COSTLY REPAIR BILL TO ONLY RECIEVE BACK IN POOR RUNNING CONDITION.TOOK APART WRAP AROUND WIRE REPAIRS TO FIND BROKEN UNREPAIRED WIRES ??? AMAZING THAT THIS PLACE SURVIVES.

Took bike in and 5yrs later took them to court and I won! Don't go here for anything. Worst service and overpriced.

Terrible terrible service my motorcycle was there for over 2 months no call back finally told them keep the bike got my license plate don't know how this place survives do not go
