Staff was very helpful. I needed new windshield wipers for my truck. They found what I needed and even came out in the snow to put my new wipers on I will be returning to buy my car needs highly recommend this store

I went in today and was helped by the associate Lewis at the Batavia location. He could not have been more helpful or pleasant. He went the extra mile to find the wipers that fit my car even though they were showing they weren t in stock. He even helped me put them on. This is how sales associates should be. I will definitely be back to that location in the future.

I was here the other day and the lady that was working was very helpful, helped me get the right wiper blades and even helped and showed me how to put them on, in the rain with a smile on her face! Thank you again!

Most useless staff. Went today to be looked at by multiple staff members while standing in line to check out. Ended up leaving and going to a different store for the parts that I needed.

First person encountered was a little rude however the young man that waited on me was more than accomodating. He was knowledgeable and helped me carry my items to the truck! He even searched best prices and deals for me.

Fantastic service! Daniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately helped me with my headlights and windshield wiper fluid, I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes and all my issues were solved.

Nice staff, but typical of AutoZones slide. Prices are blah, counterhelp doesn't know much. Quality of brake pads I got was mediocre.Can't wait for O'Reilly's to force them to improve.

More helpful than advanced better quality parts equal the Napa cheaper and they have a 24-hour store if you need to go and get something anytime

Generally it's ok but today I did not have a good experience. The person quoted me two prices for the headlight and I asked for the lower priced one but he sold me the higher priced one. When I asked for the lower priced one he suddenly changed it to say there is only the one he sold me and one more expensive. Then when it came to having help getting it installed like I asked for he couldn't do that after all (which is why I went there) so I had to go to a garage and pay even more. I would have purchased my light at Walmart and have a friend help me install it for a much lower price had I known I would go through this experience. I'm not impressed.

Very fast with getting my part in. And the customer service was amazing. Not sure who I talked to on the phone when I ordered it but he was very helpful and friendly and then when I picked up the part Kenneth was so friendly and helpful also. Will definitely return.

Tyler Roth was soooo extremely helpful to my husband and myself. We had been traveling from Phoenix, AZ all day and when we arrived to our car at the Roc airport our car was dead! Luckily I saw his Autozone shirt! He had jumping cables and offered to assist us without hesitation! Thank you to Tyler and his friend for your kind gesture! Happy holidays!

Don't ever buy a battery from them, I bought a battery in April and it only lasted a month and then I took it to albion autozone and at 1st they they put it on charge and said it will be an hour so I went shopping came back and a older guy told me it wasn't ready but brought the old battery back out, and I told him to recheck it and he got an attitude with me and I told him that's why u get paid not to stand around to help the customer and then this young kid came to help me out and checked it to see if it was bad or good and he said it bad so I got a new battery. Then 5 months later that batteries dead. 3 batteries in 1 year, that's why dont buy a battery from autozone again either goto napa or advance auto. Autozone probably cleans the old ones up and resells them to the customer

Just spent over an hour in this store trying to get a part and a belt that I had a warranty on I got the part but they refused to give me my belt cause it disintegrated and I didnt have a piece of it to show them. I understand policy but was just floored on how I was treated. Was given a lot of attitude and was spoken to like I was an inconvenience.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly employees. And I've officially decided that I'm going here before I go to the Advance Auto in Batavia from now on. The employees just make it a better overall experience.

Went in to get windshield wipers, and was greeted with a hello as soon as I walked in the door, but no mention of "do you need any help?" just a simple hello and then he walked away. I was staring at all the choices for a good 15 minutes and not one person came over to see if I needed help. After finding what I needed, there was one employee in front and 3 chatting in back, and it took 10 minutes for them finally to go back and ask for more assistance up front. The lady rang me up, did not even say hello or how are you, just grabbed my items, gave me a number, and I paid and walked out. Nobody asked if I needed help putting the wipers on (which i did) but some nice by-stander in the parking lot saw me struggling and helped me put them on. Terrible customer service.

Most of the customer service is great there is a couple oddballs there what don't really know what they're doing and they shouldn't be behind the counter but overall I give him four stars I can't really knock the business because of the couple people that should not be working there great competitive prices price match and if they don't have what you need they ordered the same day or you'll have it the next day

I will never shop there again!!! I had to buy a car battery over the phone. They double charged my credit card and have refused to reimburse me the money for their mistake. All I've gotten is a a bunch of runaround excuses. They keep insisting that they have given me my money back and refuse to see the proof that they haven't. I will never do business with a company that blatantly steals from their customers. My recommendation is that no one else should either.

Some good warranties, LIFETIME ON OWNERSHIP, NOT ONE PART LIFETIME,AS MANY OF THAT PART AS LONG AS YOU OWN THAT VEHICLE, BUT SAVE YOUR RECEIPT AND NOTE: COPY IT, WHY THEIR INK FADES WITH TIME! SO A PIECE OF PAPER WITH NOTHING ON IT IS NOT A RECEIPT!MAKE SURE WHEN YOU BUY A PART YOU BRING IN THE OLD PART TO MATCH UP, SAVE YOU TIME FROM GOING BACK AGAIN TO GET THE CORRECT PART AGAIN!
