I have been a member for a few years and it's great. They have already updated the machine inside that cleans your car making it more effective. The lines aren't too bad. The system doesn't miss much. Little known fact if you ask they will even give you a blue towel to wipe the inside of your car with while you go through the process and you can just drop it off next visit.

Love this car wash! The monthly plan is so easy, the staff is awesome, very accommodating! It's very easy to get in and out of traffic as well. I've been a customer since we moved here and a member for over 6 years! Keep up the good work.

The employees are hard workers, and they look out for anyone having any difficulty operating the touchscreen or anything else. Everyone is great and friendly. Conscientious too.

Got a big truck this is the place to go. We have a monster truck. Employee was very helpful came out to look at truck to make sure tires could get on the track. Vacuums suck good!!! No towels bring your own. But friendly employees is always a plus.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, especially if it is over seven years old. I took my car through the wash, and the spinning brushes ripped off my license plate and frame; damaging the front bumper, and destroying the plate and frame. They refuse to take responsibility, despite their employee telling me that they have vehicle damage issues frequently. Their excuse is that my car is old...despite the fact that it is in excellent condition, and I have never had any issues with their competitors in the area. I even offered to meet them halfway with the cost of repairs, but all I was offered is a $50 check to replace the plate and a free 3 month wash membership. However, I cannot trust a company that has damaged my car and makes excuses for faulty equipment, and even the manager admitted to having to adjust one of the brushes because he should not have touched the front license plate. I am a disabled woman on very low income, and cannot afford to pay for damages to my only vehicle, especially when I did nothing wrong. This place doesn't understand the meaning of "customer service", and one of neighbors had his brand new truck damaged their wash too.

They don't take cash only cards, gift cards, or becoming a member. They missed scrubbing the back of my vehicle still had dirt around the bumper and license plate

the best place to get your car washed! there is a girl named Tylin who works there and she is always super nice and helpful. she always goes out of her way to greet everyone and make them feel special which makes such a big deal. I always hope she is working when I go. they do a great job spraying off the car just before you enter and if there is any trouble pulling in they are always so kind to help guide you in. I refuse to go anywhere else! my car is always so clean and spotless unlike when I wash it at home. worth every penny.

Best car wash in Batavia! My car is white and shows dirt easily. This is the best car wash in town for keeping her clean and looking new. Other washes miss a lot of areas and leave debris on my vehicle; not the case here at all. They spray your vehicle down before entering the wash to make sure everything is loosened up and it makes all the difference!! Everyone is super friendly and helpful! The free vacuums are easy to use and have great power. I will not use any other car wash in Batavia now!!!

This in my opinion is the best car wash in Batavia for one reason and that is their customer service! I went through their car wash and my wiper fell off. I called and the manager Brandon answered the phone and explain to me sometimes they break and sometimes they don't and he took my name and number down and he called me back within 5 minutes and said he has my wiper and it's not broken. He said if it was broken I would have to get a new one and they would simply reimburse me for it! However, mine was not broken. I drove back out. Not only did I get my wiper but Brandon himself put my wiper on for me. I will definitely be going back there again. Just because of that experience! I usually don't write reviews. However, I was extremely happy with my experience and with this business The wash did an amazing job on my truck as well! Great job customer for lifeServices: Vacuuming, Car waxing

I choose this company because they had a great service for the cost. Now they have removed the dry rollers and have not added any additional dryers. This causes the vehicle to remain wet; which causes you to hand dry it or deal with spots. Considering new options.

Monthly Wash Club here is a nice way to budget for a salt free clean vehicle.I drive by 2 other Car Wash's to do business here.......fyi.

A bit pricey, but it has attendants, so they pretreat & spray your car on way in. Would have rated it higher if they manual dryers as well, at the end. BONUS- FREE VACUUM CLEANERS!!!! (which you can use without purchasing a wash )

Love the new up dates! When they reopened this place they put in all new updated equipment. The vacuums are 100% free! The basic wash is like $7...I normally get the step up wash for $12. My car always looks great afterwards. It's an automatic system, you can use cash or card. Staff will help if you need assistance.

Okay, the wash is a bit better than you'd expect however, the wax coating with the higher end wash does not last as long as it should. The microfiber rollers at the end do not get the entire vehicle if you have a car that is a bit lower to the ground. All in all though, there isnt much complaining to be made. It's a solid wash for the prices.

This is, by far, the best place I have ever gotten a car wash at.I'm in Batavia only once a week, but I did purchase the unlimited package since after 2 washes, it basically pays for itself.I live within walking distance of a car wash, but the water where I live is very hard so it leaves spots and it smells. The drying feature leaves much to be desired as well, and I drive a dark car, so you can imagine how much work it takes to make it look nice even after going through the car wash.Auto Wash is so totally the opposite. I barely need to dry my car and the soap is actually very pleasant smelling. Today was the first I used the vacuums, and the power is nothing to laugh at. It got every spot of dirt in my car.I think my favorite feature is the tire shine part of the package I purchased - I dont have to spray on tire shine anymore. The car wash takes care of that!I am so glad I found this place! I've been telling everybody I know about it! Keep up the great work!Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

Love this car wash!! The employees are very welcoming, the facility is very clean, my car always comes out looking great, and I really appreciate the FREE use of the vacuums. I buy the unlimited carwashes to give to my family members as gifts. They love it!

These folks do a tremendous job at this car wash. The attendants always do a thorough job of spraying out the wheel wells. When I had a question regarding my account, they were very courteous and efficient with getting me a response. Joining the Car Wash Club is a 5 Star experience.

This is a great new facility that gives the local competition a run for its money. I love the complimentary vaccums. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The car was itself is excellent. The only bad thing is that there is only one lane at this facility, meaning on a sunny day--expect to come earlier to beat the traffic. 2272210

They have a great monthly wash club for only $20/month and free vacuums. The employees take the time to spray off your car before you even enter the wash which is something I really appreciate living in a rural area. I always left the car wash with my car looking great and the staff was very attentive!
