Ken and Chris are truly two of the most wonderful people I ve ever gotten to meet. They made the entire process of choosing a vehicle, financing, signing, and getting in that car so easy. I can not thank them enough for all the help they provided me in the process. It was quick and easy! A special thank you to Andrew for switching my tires around to ensure I could make it to my pick up date safely. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody!

Amazing family owned small business for this community. Let me tell you my experience.My grandfather gave me his 87 Cadillac Brougham d'Elegance when he needed a modern car and was only offered $1k in trade. I have kept it since. The Florida sun did havoc to the filler panels and vinyl roof. I moved back up here 5 years ago. Another shop had the panels replaced, and the color was extremely off because of materials aaaand the new vs old paint coat wear difference in shine/luster. That was perfectly fine and understandable though... kind-of.Last winter, mice got into the garage and decimated the vehicle; tearing up insulation and making nests everywhere over the course of months. The car reaked of piss and poo. When other places would say the car isn't worth or possible to decontaminate, Chris saw what it meant to me and the underlying value in the old beaut. The price was incredibly reasonable for the work that ended up being required.They were up front every step of the way when the level of soil got worse with each layer they checked. They even took out the seats and carpets from the vehicle. They removed the saturated insulation, got into the body rails, speaker grills and had to do multiple layers of removal to get to the vehicles original cleanliness. They ozoned, pressure washed, hand polished, revitalized the brittle fake wood plastic interior, cleaned then moisturized and conditioned the leather interior, conditioned and protected the vinyl roof. And on top of it, they buffed the exterior as best as the thin clear coat would safely allow them which brought the panels back to life and now the sun blends the body much closer to the filler panels in appearance. AMAZING!!They had to use many specialized equipment for this kind of job and even needed to buy a unique machine to get the Florida sand and the feces/urine out of the carpets perfectly. Matt is a top level detailer, a diligent worker and with Chris there to support him, they are a credit to what makes quality family owned small businesses vital and valuable to our community. I'm glad that a friend told me about how great these guys are.I 100% am going to bring my family daily drivers to them because if they do this amazing on a horror job, you can expect nothing less than that level of perfection on an everyday job cleaning up milk and cherios as well.I just had detailing/partial restore work done but they sell cars as well. While asking a returning customer about his feelings about them as a dealer... he said, "They sold me a ten thousand dollar car and when something broke 2 days outside of warranty, that they took care of it. You wouldn't get that kind of treatment anywhere else. They're great guys here."

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Chris and Ken to pick up a low mileage 2021 Chevy Silverado. I had a long conversation with Chris as to the specific features I wanted in my truck, colors, trim levels, motor, etc, which did not make it easy to find. Chris kept me informed throughout the entire process and called to tell my my truck was in. I have so much faith and trust in Chris that I never sat in or started the truck before I purchased it from him. Very trustworthy and can find whatever type of vehicle you are looking for!!

I scraped the side of my truck against a wall at the airport, and it looked pretty bad. There weren t any local options that could help. Then, I stopped into Spa City and Chris set an appointment right away. He was able to make the truck look new in the matter of a few hours. He also gave an incredibly fair price. I would recommend stopping into Spa City Motors for any detailing needs.

Absolutely amazing. Went there to purchase 1 car and ended up purchasing 2 vehicles. Cars were beyond my expectations and the service was incredible. Chris and his father were absolutely awesome to deal with and a pleasure to do business with. If I ever need another vehicle I will definitely be going to see them again. Could not be anymore happier or praise them enough. Thank you again!

I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was looking to have the exterior paint and interior leather coated to protect them. Chris talked me through his recommendations and made sure I was comfortable with the work and the expected price point. I shopped around at a few garages and settled on Spa City Motors based on their positive internet feedback and a great first impression from Chris. I definitely made the right decision.Chris gave me a timeframe to expect my car returned, and he nailed it. He also stuck to the price he gave me with no surprises. What impressed me the most, however, was Chris passion for his work. He really took pride in the outcome of the project and it showed. I didn t think a car could look better than new, but Chris made it happen! This also gave me peace of mind in the protection of the vehicle.I was so happy with the Jeep that I asked Chris if he could look at my wife s car, which had a small dent in a body panel. He was able to accommodate me in a short period of time, and the outcome was incredible. The dent was corrected and no longer noticeable!Honest, friendly, very competent this is a great local place to do business. I will definitely return here for future work!

Chris was great to work with. Spa City Motors are real, old school car guys - honest, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. They do not try to sell you on anything - they are real people who run a good business. I ll gladly be a return customer.

We bought a 2013 Subaru Forester from Spa City for our daughter. We wanted to buy local and from a small business, Spa City was welcoming and easy to work with. There were some issues that appeared soon after we bought the car. Long story short, Spa City made it right without questioning anything. My daughter loves the car and we will definitely be repeat customers.

My son bought a 2013 Tiguan from Spa City. I shopped for him as he was in college full time. We wanted to buy local and from a small business. Spa City was welcoming and easy to work with. Some issues appeared soon after we bought the car. Long story short, Spa City did everything, and then some for us. They made everything right. This is what most larger dealerships are missing right now. Take care of your customers and they will come back time and again. Top notch.

Bought a 09 civic with 181k didn t expect it to be new but coming from a dealer u expect it to drive straight . Didn t make it 5 mins down the road and car noticeably pulled hard right.. figure no big deal it s an allignment issue .. pulled onto the ramp to get on 87 soon as the car got to about 50 55 shaking like hell.. I stopped 30 minutes away a little jolt when I put it in the park and a bad vibration in the steering wheel wheel At idle I m a reasonable guy so I got a hold of him and let him know what was going on immediately telling me that car drive straight as an arrow there s nothing wrong with it that I m a liar .. The alignments been Done in the car hasn t pulled to the right anymore .. The bad news is that it needs motor mounts and transmission mounts Unfortunate because there s not a lot of cars on the market right now I ve kept the car and getting fixed myself, but You don t expect to have to put the better part of $1000 into a car the first week you buy it Used or not.. Chris s attitude went back-and-forth Long story short, he will make you feel like the bad guy I can t speak for all cars and say every car is a lemon or not up to par. Even the car I bought has a lot of life left in it, but it was no shape to be freshly inspected which they inspected it and it was in no shape to be sent off the lot that way maybe a cash deal as is type thing but the car was not what was promised .. Really disappointed I was recommended to go there, but I would not recommend anybody else go there Just a dishonest place to do business with .. after he told me he wouldn t let another shop look at it And offer me a buyback within 24 hours Of purchasing it, he did offer me the option to Have him look at it The next morning, at that point my way of thinking is If this guy willing to lie To sell the car and then treat me Like I don t know what I m talking about Or that my opinion is wrong or that the car was perfect Then what s gonna come out of looking at the car? I had a hunch what was wrong with it I told him what I thought was wrong with it After having my mechanic look at it that s exactly what was wrong with it, but keep in mind they sold this to me this way .. I m not saying there s not good cars in the lot But we planned on going back next week To Buy one of the Higher price range SUVs he had there But definitely will not be going back there I ve dealt with worse But I definitely will not be sending anybody their way Sad Situation.. I wish y all all better luck than I had I wanted to really love this experience

Chris was absolutely the best. The 1978 Chevrolet C10 Bonanza truck was exactly as advertised. Chris was thorough and stayed in contact with me as I am from Boise, Idaho. Five stars really isn t enough. A few days ago I purchased a vehicle here and it was the best decision I could ve made! I had never gone through the process of purchasing a vehicle before and working with Ken made it an amazing experience! He was so helpful, kind and patient. I couldn t have asked for anything better than that. Not only was he there to answer all of my questions and even help me with fixing errors with my insurance but he sold me a QUALITY car that didn t break my bank! I m expecting my first child in May and he made sure I was getting a safe reliable vehicle for myself and my growing family. I can t thank him or everyone else at Spa City Motors enough. I will definitely be recommending these awesome people to anyone looking for their next car!

In addition to selling great late model used cars, Chris is an outstanding auto detailer. He just finished detailing my vintage BMW, including applying the System X paint treatments. The car just dazzles, inside and out. Highly recommended, you won't find anyone better in the vicinity

I have purchased two vehicles from Chris for my business. Each time I give Chris the specifications of the vehicle and he finds me a perfect match. Chris really took the time to research the vehicle before he purchased it for me. He does a great job in cleaning and prepping the vehicle before turning it over to me. It looks better than new. I continue to use Chris for my truck purchases and would highly recommend him.
