I went to 4 different auto part stores and nobody had a clue what they were looking for unless they had a part number in front of them. Chad, at NAPA in Ballston pulled up exploded views of my vehicle and figured out exactly the parts I needed. Very helpful and patient. I will be going there for all my automotive needs.

I have to say that everyone who works here is informed, helpful, polite and go above and beyond . Thank you all for the wiper blades for my Subaru. Advance auto lost a customer and you gained one. Thank you all so much .I really appreciate the great customer service.I did not get the 2 employees names , nice woman and young man. THANK YOU

Not a lot of parts for aftermarket, but the guys who work there are top notch, every time I've gone they've been super helpful.

Let me start off by saying the place looks great. A beautiful store, plenty of parking.But that doesn t help when I have no clue what I m doing, and I m asking for help.See, I what had happened was, my horn doesn t work.A buddy at work said I need a relay. So I come here to buy the relay. The cashier was super friendly (I can t remember his name). He got my part, was about to ring me out, and that was gonna be the end of it.Another guy came up to help, and told us it was the wrong part, and wouldn t fix the issue.So, ok . I have one guy saying I need a relay, I have one guy saying it may not be the relay but it might be, and I have another guy saying I have a bad horn.The gentleman saying I had a bad horn had the worst bed side manner . I m glad he isn t a doctor telling someone their family member is about to die.His attitude was very poor. The attitude he had isn t the kind you have in retail of you want to keep customers.Which btw this is my first time here, and will be my last, thank you very much.Auto Zone is very helpful, and would have been a better choice.To top this all off, I parked in front of the door. The nice cashier had the part, and could have walked me to my car to see if the relay worked before I forked out $39.99 for a part I may not have needed.The gentleman with the attitude made it known once I bought the part it was mine , and when asked if I could try it out quick, the answer was a quick, absolutely not, I told you what is wrong with your horn, so.. The attitude is what made this visit sour, and because of this dude, a customer was lost.Auto zone will definitely get my business.Oh one more plus, this place has a great location, especially for me!But because of the attitude problem this place has, I ll go out of my way instead!Love, peace, and chicken grease people!

Tonight, 8/17/23 my brake fluid light came on. I stopped by the Rowland St Napa in Ballston Spa NY, and realized the closed at 7, as I walked up to the door at 7:14. The gentleman who was letting another customer out of the already locked door, greeted my warmly and let me in for the fluid. I would have to say I was pleased and surprised! So appreciate their helpful attitude, and highly recommend this store.

Unfortunately prices are a bit high here. Got a comparable car batter at advanced auto parts for about $60 less and it was a die hard. No salesperson came over to help me either though I was by the batteries for between 5-8 mins.

Fast service, great selection and plenty of parking. My battery died and they had the exact one I needed in just a couple minutes. Made my day so much easier! Prices what you'd expect at a qualitu parts store. Highly recommend!

I stopped in while out of town and my oil light came on and Michele was so helpful to ensure accuracy of the oil weight and specifications. This is a terrific team. So friendly and knowledgeable

Huge building that stands out too much considering it butts up to a residential area. Plant some trees to screen out the light at night. Business inside was great. To co-exist peacefully is the goal. The architect who designed the building for that area failed on design for blending in. This is a small town and should reflect that. I feel bad for the neighbors behind it.

Meanest employees ever. Parking was in short supply and there were 4 spaces in the back which they were saving for employees and they threatened me with being towed if I parked in one of them. I hope this business fails because they forgot the first rule of business. The customer is always right.

Helped me out greatly, needed a particular item, but not in the store. Gentleman checked warehouse inventory, yes it's there will have in store for you within a couple hours. Was able to pick up same day. Fantastic service

Very helpful, very friendly and very fast service. Broken wiper this morning right before a downpour. Nathan helped me choose a wiper and even replaced it for me. My local NAPA is really the only place I go. They're always professional and always sociable.

After going to 3 prior auto parts stores, I was told this Napa had my part. Not only was the sales associate aware of her stock, she was extremely helpful in making sure I had the correct rear wiper blade replacement for my vehicle. She made 3 trips back & forth to my vehicle, assuring the blade was the exact fit. Thank you so much!!

I called about a replacement bulb for my pontoon boat's navigation light. An associate named Scott took the part number I gave him to look up. He couldn't find it, so he asked me to hold so he could contact his light bulb guy. Moments later he said he found what I needed. I was appreciative of his help and that he was willing to go the next step to find what I needed; something Autozone did not do. Thanks Scott!
