Came in for a routine inspection on my 21 Silverado and brought my dog Dzus with me who me and my girlfriend have been trying to socialize more due to him having bad anxiety and being abused from his previous owners. I wanted to wait for the truck to be done and to take advantage of the walking path and the area around the dealership to walk him around. I came back and was greeted by employees who wanted to take a picture of my dog wearing a Chevrolet neck gator. Also, numerous employees stopped while working to see him as they walked by and offered treats and some love. Mohawk Chevrolet not only takes care of you but they are clearly a pet friendly environment and enjoy their customers and their four legged guests.

I don t typically write reviews but felt the need to get this out there. Had my 3500 Chevy worked on this last week. Brakes, rotors, oil change, taillight fixed, and torsion bar replaced. It cost $5400 dollars, $2700 of that was labor. I dropped the truck off on Monday, it got worked on Tuesday, and was completed around 3:30 per the phone call with the service rep. The labor on the invoice was for 14 hours. I called and spoke to the commercial rep and asked if this was accurate even though it was clear that did not happen and he claimed it was correct. He said there was nothing they could do. In the past, I ve had no problem taking it there. Their service team has always been super nice and accommodating, which is why this is unfortunate. What they charged is outrageous, even in todays age. Probably won t be coming back for any service.

Performed an overall review of my vehicle pointing out any flaws they uncovered.They were very friendly.It took much longer than anticipated but they kindly modified the estimated cost.

We actually switched local dealerships to Mohawk and couldn t be happier. Their very helpful staff is responsive and schedule appointments for the near future rather than a month+ out. The interactive kids play room is an added bonus, making Mohawk the obvious choice.

They are a super dealer,and i mean super,always there when you need something ,any kind of problem,we have had a problem with our radio and they were able to locate and fix it within a reasonable amount ot time,we are happy to be able to deal with such a nice dealership.Thank you Mohawk Chevy and all of their many people that we have had the pleasure of meeting.

This was my first time using the Service Department as I just recently purchased my new vehicle. I scheduled my appointment online which was very easy and user friendly to bring my vehicle in for a recall. I was greeted right away by my service advisor Greg Rivers. Greg was friendly, professional, and informative as he explained the process of what needed to be done to my vehicle to complete the recall inspection. Greg kept me well informed throughout my short stay in the very comfortable and inviting service waiting area. They were very quick in getting me back on the road and to work! The dealership is very clean and modern. But I was disappointed in the communication I received from the diagnostic. Although the car was dropped off the evening before. Synced new FOB to my truck. An hours work and they were timely. Marc and Melissa were friendly and professional. They even dropped me and my son off at a local restaurant so we could get breakfast then picked us up when the truck was finished. Great customer service.

Labor cost charged seemed very excessive. Communication between customer and service representative was quite lacking. I asked for pricing during 3 different calls and only got an answer the first time. Why would you call the customer about a service being performed/completed and not know the pricing ahead of time?

Be very aware. I ve had some issues with my truck that I bought there. They told me they ordered parts for it. Never heard anything for 2 weeks I had to call and check status and the advisor told me they were never actually ordered. They ve had to keep my truck over night which I understand happens, but they offer nothing for a vehicle. They have the you on your own mentality, I spent over 40k on a vehicle and they don t care if you have a ride home or not.
