I was traveling through on a long trip and was rear ended. I was concerned that there may have been some damage that would prevent making it back home a few states away and just googled the nearest place. These guys were so kind and so amazing. While they do not perform body work, they were willing to still take a look, make a small adjustment and help bring peace of mind to a slightly distraught driver. The car made the rest of the journey home! Their kindness, generosity and willingness to help will never be forgotten. Thank you for being such wonderful people!

Great experience, they got me in quick and did a great job installing a custom exhaust onto my vehicle. Very fairly priced as well.

This is the kind of mechanic shop everybody dreams of. They're honest here and they know what they're doing. The prices are fair. The waiting room is small but clean and cheerful. They also do some pretty cool work in their custom business so it's fun to drive by and see what they've been working on, plus they are active and involved in our Ballston Spa village community. I'm really glad that one of my friends recommended this place, and I have recommended it to others as well.

I do a fair amount of business with these guys. I can say with out a doubt that they are good people and will do the right thing. I feel completely comfortable with all their guidance and decisions. They are always friendly, respectful and go over and beyond. This is the type of place I would send my grandmother!

This is a great local garage. I called around to 9 different places to have 4 tires installed on my car and everyone was too busy to install. When I called at Generations although they were completely swamped, I explained that no one had availability and really needed these tires on. Just like that, they made an appointment for me that day and squeezed me in. That s great customer service. I found my new garage to do business with.

I had the privilege to use this shop a few months ago to have some work done on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma truck and my 2015 BMW. I was incredibly pleased with the service and professionalism they provided then. Today I had a flat tire on my pick up truck. I called them they arrived at my at my house 10 minutes later. Took the flat tire off and put my spare tire on. Took the flat tire back to the shop and plugged it for me. When I called to ask the status, they told me that it was ready and my charge would be $10. I drove over, they put the tire back on for me. I can't say enough about their service and commitment to customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. They are honest, reliable and great at what they do.Thanks Kameron!

I m so glad I found these guys! I have recommended them to all of my family and friends and everyone agrees that they are the best auto repair shop around. They re great communicators and are open and honest about any problems or issues related to your car. They call you right away and will explain anything to you if you don t understand. You can really tell they care about their customers!

Simply one of the best truck repair shops in the area. Believe it or not I got recommended to them by a another shop. First rate customer service, highly professional and very knowledgeable about my truck. Top notch detailing crew person they know also.

You know when you get that feeling after you leave a mechanic shop and worry something will fall off or go crazy. Well not here. Easy is schedule. Left with confidence. Good prices and awesome to get a recommendation for fixes. Will call Lynn when I get future work done. Thanks guys!

The guys are really awesome at Generations Auto- My mother and I bring our cars here (2013 Mini Cooper and 2014 X3), they are always so helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention extremely fair priced. They pulled nails out my tire in 10 minutes for chump change- they are just an extremely friendly, not intimidating to the non car expert, fair, and fast place to get your car work done. If you live around the area, go to them, youll be glad you did! Im sure ill be back soon (hopefully not that soon lol)

I chose to take my Jeep here for some diagnostic work and possibly repair. My symptoms were quite unusual, but Lynn was able to track down the suspected issue in a very timely manner. Unfortunately it must be dealership serviced but he was happy to help and did it for much cheaper than expected. He kept me up to date on the status of the diagnostic and even asked for permission to charge another hour of labor. So far this has been the only repair shop I have found that seems to be run by truly honest mechanics that aren't trying to rip you off at every turn. I will not hesitate to take any of my vehicles here if needed in the future and I suggest you give them an opportunity as well.

My husband and I are car people all the way. We do not let ANYONE touch our vehicles, we are very perticular. When people do ask where we bring our vehicles this is it. It may be far for some people but its worth it!! I can't say enough good things about them, honest, trust worthy, professional, great attitudes, great cuatomer service, just so much. I always am ecstatic after I pick my vehicle up. Thank you guys for ALL that you do!! We are so blessed!!

Generations is the best! I will not take my cars anywhere else as long as they are in business. We have 5 older cars that we like to keep on the road since they are all paid for. Lynn takes care of them and keeps us going.

Excellent customer service and follow up.Literally just needed an inspection a month ago for our business vehicle. Simply stopped in without an appointment, went for a hair cut, and upon return, truck was outside waiting for me ready to roll.Upon completing my transaction for our NYS inspection, the displays and surrounding led me to think about the upcoming weather and if our work and even my personal vehicle was ready.Jason was efficient in options with either the most unfoundeded and covert sales tactics that within a day he was calling me and to inform out weather tech floor mats arrived.Kameron, was pleasant as well, even after all the wires involved with the heated seats and remote car starter installed.From repair, inspection, tires or tune up, this will be a frequent stop for us.

Originally loved this place.were very friendly and helpful on a couple different repairs.until my last repair of a radiator.my front end and spoiler had to be removed to get to it.after installing radiator front end has been uneven and not the same.I asked them about it and was told I had a broken bracket on headlight.a bracket that wasn't broke before I went there.they told me to come back and I was under the impression they would fix for free and charged me another 120doll.my front end was straight before fix and now will never be I guess.would recommend them on fixes other then body work.

True professionals that are skilled and grateful for the busines I'm telling you Generations is 100xs better than any national chain (Mavis,midas,jiffylube any of them) Prices are good service is great and its family business "Generations" They are locals so get on over to Generations get your oil changed some new tires Get that ticking sound checked out They do it all folks go check them out
