Brought in my car last week for the first time. The staff were attentive and efficient; assessing my issues and putting in a new set of brakes within hours. They kept me in communication every step of the way and I felt the pricing was fair. All of my needs were met and I will be back for other service needs.

My husband and I were heading out for vacation when we noticed he had a flat tire.Mike took the car in to Bakers garage.He had 1 flat and all 4 tire were bald!John and his staff were seriously amazing.4 new tires (better quality than what he had) were ordered and installed.Everything went so seemlessly it was awesome!This shop is run right! Everyone was so helpful!If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and talented staff this garage is it!!!We can not say enough positive things about Bakers garage!Service: Tires

The team at Bakers has been great to work with. I find them to be very thorough and really appreciate that they call you to discuss any next steps instead of just going ahead and doing something. They are always happy to explain things and are up front. You can always tell they care about quality because they keep their shop and garage very clean. Definitely recommend them.

This was once a place that you could rely on for quality service and fair pricing. Not sure what happened, but they act like they are burdened by your business and are adamant about sucking more money out of your pocket. Avoid them at all costs and choose Sams auto or Rowland st garage right up the road.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Crooks. Strongarm customers into paying top dollar for shoddy service. Charged my father over $1000 in holding fees while he was in the hospital. They had no problem counting down the days and driving it around the lot while they failed to realize the shoddy electrical work they did caused the driver side and back seat windows to no longer go up and down. Don't really know what happened here used Bakers for years and spent a good sum of money here but something changed they act like there doing you a favor by working on your car and there not cheap either but last time I had my car there John the so called president was more concerned about his lot even tow truck driver said to me this old man is always grouchy in my opinion it is time for him to get out of the game to old Chris the son can also be very condescending no more business for them go to Generations in Ballston Spa they are great mechanics and appreciate your business

Awesome experience - met up with a seller for a pre-purchase inspection not far from here, called a few places with good reviews and Baker's was able to fit me in and I 100% recommend these guys - very knowledgeable, professional and a good value. Just over $50 for a pre-purchase inspection and amazing value for a piece of mind.

As a local business owner in Ballston Spa, I utilize Baker s Auto Service to help inspect and repair my fleet of delivery vehicles. My check engine light went on on my 07 Nissan Murano. I also noticed that I was past due for inspection. Chris Baker looked at my car and found multiple problems with the car. He honestly told me I should get rid of the car because fixing the problems might not help with the check engine problem. He recommended some trusted brands and then didn t charge me for looking at the car. My family has gone to Baker s for years. Their work is always impeccable and their honesty is refreshing. I highly recommend Baker s.

We've used Baker's for over 15 yrs. They've handled everything from our beast of a Buick, a tiny Toyota, and our happy little Honda. Quality parts installed on time and on budget.
