They were awesome. Did my transmission filter and fluid change. The dealership wanted $500. It wasn't nearly that much. Quick and professional. Use them for my oil changes too. Very pleased with their service.

Had them do an oil change and asked them to check antifreeze cause I knew it was a wee bit low. After they were finished, I asked the GIRL if she checked the antifreeze "Yup" she said I said really because I know it's low, soooo I know you disnt check (I wanted it topped off and obviously pay for it) But yet on the bill they check marked checked wipper blades they never lifted to look nor did they even look at the windshield... They check marked antifreeze they never even looked! Pictured is my coolant COLD and before running for the day, I drive over 2k miles a week so yeah antifreeze to keep my engine block cool is absolutely important. Key to the story always check your fluid even after you had them "Checked" and "Filled"To your response as the owner. I asked her to fill the reservoir of antifreeze. The issue is she never did as I asked her to do as a paying customer. So your comment has no point, Because this is exactly where the level was when I went into your shop. Hence, the problem of telling her to put in a freeze in and she did not. That is the problem that your are not addressing! And I never said I had to constantly refill.......

109 dollars and can t even put sticker on window or reset oil on dash. Go block away pay 32 dollars with filter and do my self. Way too much of a mark up for ten min service. And the hours are dumb. Never again. And looks like owner can only reply to bad reviews lol

Josh is always helpful, kind and courteous. Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable about what they re doing. The only place i ll go to for any tune ups or oil changes!

Great customer service! I sat in my truck and was out in about 15 minutes. They even identified and corrected a problem caused by a different garage. And she called me Hon!

I was just driving by and decided to change my car oil as it was due already . I pulled in , the manager Josh met my outside the door . Directed me to the entrance and with his other associate took care of everything super fast . These guys are super nice and friendly, professional. I m sure 100% that I ll be back . After getting my oil changed and tires rotated yesterday (for double the price i should of went somewhere else but had limited time and needed it done asap) there has been a burning smell since when driving.They offered me to bring it back to look at it but I ve never had an issue before getting oil changes so I ll bring it elsewhere to get it looked at in hopes it s just from oil getting onto the engine!Which again shouldn t happen.Positive the service was quick.

i went to xpress auto care for the first time on Saturday morning. I needed an oil change really badly, Josh was pleasant,helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He was working alone as the other staff had called in sick. He completed my oil change in the most efficient and timely manner with great customer service too! will definitely be a repeat customer! I went to get an oil change on Saturday. There were no cars in the front so I wasn t sure if they were open but the hours posted on the door said they were. When i tried to open the door it was locked. Here s why I m infuriated!!! There was a guy standing right at the counter, looked at me and totally ignored me. Wouldn t you think as a new business the guy would have at least acknowledged me presence? Say sorry not open? How can I help? Nothing!! Crickets!, I will NEVER use their services because of the way they treated me.

I've been going to Valvoline for years, but after going here, I'm definitely making the change. Both technicians were very nice and very knowledgeable. Price wise, they are about the same as the other car care places in the area. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Well worth a 5 star rating!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I use to work for this place, and when I worked there the owner John wanted to train us on the transmission flush machine. He wanted to do. My car, and I said it takes special cvt transmission fluid. He argued and said it's fine, and that it was universal. But also I said I don't think you can flush the transmission in nissans. He still said it's fine. So he proceeded to do so. Now my transmission is shot. It doesn't shift properly, I have 2 codes now. If has no power in reverse, and over revs now in drive. Do not get anything done here. He isn't a mechanic, he's a god dam clown who likes to screw people over.he wanted us to lie to customers to get them to buy services.Service: Transmission

Big sign says "now open", sign on the door says "closed Sundays until further notice".Update: I did use them during the week and the gentleman who helped me was great. I still think your hours should be better posted or adjusted online but the service was good.

Technician did not properly secure my hood after oil change. Discovered later on that the only thing holding my hood from blowing into the windshield was the safety latch. Will not be returning to this business.

Oil changed, but nothing else done. I had to ask to check tires. No topping off fluid. $55 minus $10 coupon. $45 seemed like a lot.
