Matt and his team are always professionals and provide expert service. Their communication is prompt and prices very fair. Highly recommend bringing your import here instead of any dealership.

The Baldwinsville location came highly recommended by a mechanic friend for fair, quality service on my European vehicle. Had a couple of miscommunications the first time I used them but the work done was ultimately good. Matt the manager made everything right giving me great rates and even having an apprentice drive me home half an hour away when repairs took longer than anticipated. Gave them another go for a new issue and they were communicative, timely and thorough. They are honest businessmen in my opinion as it takes true professionalism to own a mistake and turn it around the next time. Thank you Upstate for working with students on a budget!

Top tier service. Matt helped me get an engine swap for my Lexus. I went with this shop based on reviews and they do live up to their reputation. Worth every penny, lol and it was a lot of pennies. I could keep going on forever but I hope this helps you proceed with choosing this shop for your car repair. If you want quality work stop scrolling and call them now.

I m a bit late in sharing my fantastic experience at Upstate Imports! I brought my 2013 Audi Q5 in because the blower motor and regulator needed to be fixed. Matt was so accommodating and so so nice! They did a complete inspection of my entire car. This list let me know what needs to be done at some point! I was very surprised at that because now I know what needs to done now and what can wait a bit. I was very appreciative of this. My old girl works perfectly now and I am so happy! I will definitely be going back to Upstate Imports. I would recommend anyone with an import car go there. Matt and his staff are the best! 5 star service all the way!Thanks guys!

Upstate was recommended for a small issue with our car,I spoke with Matt and he said to bring it in on Jan 2,2023,car was brought in right away,issie was found and parts were ordered! Jan 3,2024 received a message that car was completed,very happy with service! Highly recommend if you have a Euro car.

Have nothing but great things to say about this repair shop. The only shop I trust with my Mini Cooper. Have been here a few times over the course of a few years- unfortunately for me because of the various issues with my car, but I'm so thankful to have such a trustworthy shop. Even when there were issues beyond anyone's control (parts arriving broken or ill fitting a few times in a row), the team persisted and did everything they could to get my car back to me and even took some money off the total for the inconvenience. Appreciate you guys!

Upstate Imports in Baldwinsville was Awesome to deal with. Matt was unbelievably patient during all of the dragged out warranty nonsense. They replaced the entire engine in my Jaguar F-Pace. I picked "Mick Jaguar" up last week and it's been running and driving just like new!Jason Morrison

Sorry about the delay in posting. Traveling from MA to Central NY for a wedding, I encountered a dire situation once I reached my destination. My 2010 Jaguar XF completely shut down with all sensors flashing. Called Upstate, spoke with Matt on a Thursday afternoon who said he didn t know if he would be able to check out the car due to a full schedule, had the car towed to Baldwinsville. Told Matt I had to return to MA on Monday, Labor Day. Mid-morning Friday, received a call from Matt saying he had gotten the car in to check out the problem, they had the parts for the repair, could have the car that afternoon! Left the wedding, retrieved the car and able to return home on Monday as planned. Thanks to Matt and his team for all their Invaluable help!!

I have a 1987 Jaguar XJ6 and Upstate Imports in Baldwinsville has been working on her for nearly 10 years. Whatever the problem, Upstate Imports fixes it with quality and a fair price. Matt is very responsive and fully explains the issues and costs to fix. They have my complete faith and trust.

I brought my BMW 4 series to Upstate import autos with a problem that was not recognized by a previous shop. They were able to find the issue and provide me with their findings to a point that made me very comfortable with my decision to allowed them to make an important fix to my timing chain. I m f this issue wasn t addressed in a timely manner it could have cost me thousands more. Have nothing but great things to say about upstate imports auto repair in bville. Matt was amazing to deal with. He kept me informed about what they found and what they would do to fix the problem. He took a significant amount of time to explain what was wrong. Customer service was outstanding and my car drivesgreat again. Cost was very reasonable. Will be back.

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and was treated very well. Technician left the car clean and the service was performed timely. Out of all the shops in the greater Syracuse area I have been to, and there were many, they have the best prices and services to date. Only wish is that they could reset the oil service light.Would recommend coming here

Bought my first Mercedes Benz recently, a 2009 SLK 300. I know someone who had a past good experience at Upstate Imports and it's closer to my house than Mercedes dealer. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They do quality work on your vehicle and I knew I wasn't driving a typical Hyundai or Ford so I wanted the best possible people working on my vehicle and I believe these guys are the ones. Pricing can be a little higher than expected at times but once again I'm sure they are not as high priced as the dealer would be. Comfortable waiting area. I will definitely go back to them again!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Great customer service. Great and friendly service. He answered alot of questions I had about my car and was so helpful. The price was alot lower than Mercedes dealership so I will be going back for all my vehicles needs.

Truly exceptional service. I recently had a tire puncture and wanted to take my car someplace that really cared. I noticed all of the high reviews and thought I would give Upstate a try. I have been to MANY service places over the years, most were hit or miss. I was willing to travel the 25 minutes to Upstate from Dewitt and am very glad I did. My car wasn't even in the parking lot for 2 minutes before Matt took it back into the service area to have it worked on. The tire was repaired properly with NO damage to my wheel (something I was concerned about). The entire process took maybe 20-25 minutes. Check out some of the cars in their parking lot, these guys know what they are doing. I will be back in the future, cannot recommend enough.Service: Tires

Nobody in the Syracuse area wanted to touch my 1971 Jaguar XKE - Jeff tackled the repairs with several innovative suggestions. Thanks to his workmanship, my vehicle ended up featured in APEX magazine. The car is once again fun to drive. The mechanics also provide honest opinions on repairs for my other imports. They helped a friend repair their car within 24 hours when then were en route for a family vacation through Syracuse. Service is always friendly and responsible, prices reasonable.

Jeff at Upstate performed a major engine out upgrade to my Porsche including a complicated modification of the transmission. He was extremely thorough and did a perfect job. I felt his price was fair and will plan on using his shop for any work going forward. I can't recommend him or his shop highly enough. Nice work!

Great diagnosis on my 2001 Passat electrical problem. They took the time to ensure they narrowed down the issue so we weren't throwing parts at it hoping for positive results. I feel the prices we very reasonable for a shop who specializes in imports. They won my return business.

I purchased a 1991 classic Alfa Romeo, Spider convertible recently, from out-of-state. When it was delivered to me, I noticed immediately that the speedometer and odometer did not work. I called Upstate Imports and spoke with Justin about the problem. His crew searched throughout the U.S. for the part(s) they needed and couldn't locate any. Finally, they had to order parts from England. I was extremely pleased with the outstanding service they performed on my classic vehicle. I recommend them highly, you will not be disappointed with their quality of work and their highly skilled staff.

I really enjoyed the service until one day I was given an extremely overpriced quote for replacing my bushings on my Saab. The store gave me a quote of $1200+ for replacing my front and rear bushings and claimed that it was an extremely hard process (Mind that the car is not worth $3000). Anyways, a few months later took the car to another shop and got my bushings replaced for about $495. Great service and experience on Saab but be careful with their quotes.
