I unfortunately hit a deer in my Tesla and shopped around to find a repair shop. Despite being an hour away from where I live, I would go back again for any future repairs. They were able to work with my insurance company directly which was a burden off my shoulders. More importantly, they noticed additional damages that my insurance company's appraisers didn't pick up when they first inspected the damages. They were then able to work with them to get the work approved and for my insurance to cover for the additional damages. These are people who care about their work and about doing good by the customer. Everyone was very polite and friendly. This was my first time having to do any sort of repair work on any vehicle, and I was at ease throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done, especially if you own a Tesla.

These guys are great. Took 2 weeks to fix a dent and taillight but kept me updated the whole process. (Wait time was for parts and paint), understandable. Very busy- so no car loaners available, but my insurance covered rental so it was ok. Did a great job on dent, scrape and taillight replacement. Truck was cleaned inside & out too for no extra fee. Straight forward no gimmicks or problems. Definitely recommend.

Great customer service is not easy to find in the car industry, but this group was fantastic. Very upfront and communicative throughout the process. They even cleaned the inside of my car! Highly recommend.

Had to have my car repaired after someone backed into me in a parking lot. Northside was excellent from the estimate, to the co-ordinating with a rental company, to completing the repair. The repair itself was excellent, you really can't tell where it was damaged, there is truly no sign of the damage. Staff were very nice and easy to work with and courteous throughout.

The customer service is amazing. The text system is wonderful so you are always informed and do not need to chase calls. My car was ready when I was told it would be. Every staff member that I met was super helpful and kind. I would recommend Northside to all my family and friends. I hope I never have to go back but this would be my shop of choice. Staff was nice! However it did take a while for us to get our vehicle back. This is understandable considering the supply chain issues everybody's having. We also had a rental supplied by Northside collision, it was very tiny and didn't smell the greatest. We were told that we would be placed on a waiting list for a different vehicle. Our vehicle happened to be repaired before we were ever called.

Northside Collision Baldwinsville offers high-quality vehicle repairs providing an environment where customer satisfaction is a foundational practice and top-priority. Based on volume of work & logistics, time to delivery may be slower than some other local shops. Yet, quality of service and customer care is worth that wait.

Great work. Outstanding customer service. They kept me informed and answered my one hundred questions daily. They treated me like family , that s why I ll always bring my business here. Besides that - the work is beyond professional. They went above and beyond to repair my car and made it right to exactly how I was satisfied. Highly recommend this shop to all. I hope the quality here always remains so great. Thank you mr. Matt and mr. Adam and the rest of the team for taking care of me and always looking out for us and our vehicles.

This is our second Tesla repaired at Northside Collision and we're just as happy as the first time. Brought my vehicle to the b-ville location. Accident was parked and unoccupied, and someone ran into my veh front driver side damaging the body, rims, and alignment. I picked up my car from this shop a couple months ago after they said they were done repairing everything. There was a grinding sound coming from the wheel well and could be felt through the steering wheel as I left their parking lot. I called and let them know, brought the vehicle in a couple times for the techs to do no more than go for a 5 minute ride with me once and not even bend over to look into the veh. For the last couple months this shop has dragged its feet to investigate, review, or resolve the issue despite many many promises from their techs to get additional testing approved from ins, put the car back on the lift, actually look with eyeballs yada yada yada - anything that got done with this garage was because I had to be in constant contact with them, and nothing was accomplished by the end.Brought the veh to another shop to get an inspection and of course it wont pass because there are still issues in the suspension. Seems to me that Northside repairs wont pass inspection...I brought this back up to this garage and they will not honor their repairs, they will not accept that they had a responsibility this whole time to address the situation. The tech has let me know that since an insurance adjuster FINALLY got to look at the issue months later they cant tie it to the accident, despite the fact that this wasnt an issue prior to the accident, AND even if it wasnt connected to the accident, this shop still ignored a customers concern with their repair quality. All of this could have been sorted months ago if they had listened to a customer.And I should have known because when I went to bring my veh into them the first time there was another customer in the lobby having this exact same convo with one of the employees there.Seems that unless they get it right the first time, they wont get it right at allServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I recently had my car serviced by Northside Collision! The staff are amazing. They made a very stressful situation easier to deal with. Their employees are super respectful! They walked me through the entire process start to finish. They kept me informed regarding the repair of my car including a parts issue (which was not their fault). They made sure that I was aware and kept me informed as to the progress of their work, and when I would have my car delivered. I will not go anywhere else for car repair but Northside Collision in Baldwinsville, NY.

The Northside Baldwinsville shop team restored my vehicle that received a right front side impact. The car is like new! The staff is courteous and answered all my questions and they were very kind throughout the entire process. Highly recommend the shop for any impacts or maintenance services needed - Reliable work!

I ve had bad experiences in the past with auto body repair (you can see those reviews on Google). Although it took a while to get my car in, once there, they kept me in the loop the entire time. My case was a little unique as I had an accident that was not my responsibility and then my car was broken into and the damages had to be paid by my insurance. They handled it perfectly for me. Highly recommend.

Not happy they're charging their clients 3% for using credit cards. That's a buisness expense. Take it up with Master card. I understand small stores but your not a small store.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great company! I was given my car back earlier than discussed. It was detailed inside and out!! It looked better than when I got it from the dealer new!! They kept me updated daily with phone calls and text messages. Always have done great work!! Thank you for making it an easier process!!!

Went in July 2022 to get my wife s Range Rover estimate . We were told they had to order the front bumper from the UK and the appointment wouldn t be till February 14, 2023 . Because we have always come to this location, we decided to wait . However we got a call yesterday and were told not to bother to come in till March . My wife was very upset and demanded an explanation. The manager was very rude and basically told her, that it might take even longer then March He couldn t even guarantee it as they are very busy . My wife demanded they fix car or give back the insurance check , the manager had the nerve to tell her he had to make sure no delivery fees were incurred or he would have to subtract the fees first ! This morning however he told her to come pick up her $1600 insurance check. What a disgrace this place has turned into after we waiting patiently for 7 months. We could have just gone somewhere else 7 months ago .Service: Body & Trim

From the ladies at the desk that greet you to the young man that brought my truck around to the front of the building when it was ready to go I received nothing but pleasant service. Everyone was helpful and courteous. For me the icing on the cake was getting in my truck to leave and finding they had cleaned and detailed the inside. All in all it was a 10 out 10 experience and not only will I bring my business to them again but will definitely recommend them to friends and family!Service: Body & Trim

Still waiting for a part to be put on my car. I have called 3 times asking for my part and everytime all of a sudden it has to be ordered again. They ruined my radio antenna and now I can only listen to 2-3 stations and they re not even ones I like. Honestly don t recommend this place at all. They don t lock customers cars doors (Ik because someone had something stolen out of their car while I was there and he denied it) they don t call you back they don t put on all your parts on at once and return the car the way it was found. I have a big scratch on my back end that I can t even prove it was them because I don t take pictures of my car everyday. I told them twice and in the initial report that my alignment was the main issue and it still doesn t drive right. Was even told by another mechanic that a piece is bent and doesn t matter how many times it s aligned it won t drive right because the other part needs to be fixed first. To top it all off the second time they reassured me that the alignment was great and everything was fixed not even two weeks later my tire almost fell off my car the tire was never fully tightened and was slowly unscrewing itself. When I called and told them guess what ANOTHER DENIAL! I live in the suburbs so no one would maliciously try to take my tire off and I sure wouldn t do it to my own car when I have two small children and I m making payments on my car. I recommend taking your car to your personal mechanic.
