Called for appointment for NYSI and lube, oil, and filter. They were able to get me in quickly and even tho I suggested I'd drop it off, I was in/out in a very timely fashion. Thanks, I'll be back!

Dropped it off for coolant leak fixed the radiator picked it up and drove it for an hour and the water pump went. Had them fix that picked it up again now I dont have power steering. They didn't even get up to look just sat there in disbelief when I told them. Not great service.

Every time I go to nobles they are always honest and up front. I will continue to bring my vehicle to them for any repairs or tire needs! Friendly, quick service, and no long wait times when making appointments.

I made an appointment for inspection, waited a week and when I arrived the owner came out, I thought to greet me but it was a cruel joke, I was told that his computer program with NY State blew upI checked with others around and the program was working fine. Being a prosecutor I understood what he was trying to do , especially being a person of color

Nobles is always my go to repair shop when something goes wrong with my vehicle. The people who work here are extremely trustworthy & they are all very friendly. I have never had any problems with them and they've always steered me in the right direction. They are also very wallet friendly. Meaning that their prices are very good compared to other shops. Before I had my BMW towed here it was "fixed" at "Upstate Auto Imports" where they not only took three months to "fix" my car but they also charge close to 200.00$/hr & they didn't even fix my car. I drove it home from there and as I was pulling into my driveway, it died after spending 750.00$ on the "repairs." They sold me a new battery after I had just bought one from Triple AAA not even a month before sending it to them. Within the whole three months they had it, they didn't even look to see if the alternator was what was broken and what was causing my vehicle to die out... They then refused to give me any type of refund whatsoever even after explaining to them that I only drove my vehicle from their shop to my home which is no more than a 20 minute drive... The whole ordeal was such a headache. I feel very at ease when I bring my car to Nobles because I am certain that they will fix my vehicle to the very best of their ability and make it as good as new again. I would recommend them to anyone who is having car troubles. Their prices are AMAZING and they are very trustworthy. After my experience with "Upstate Auto" I will NEVER bring my car to any other shop other than Nobles when it needs repairs. Awesome service and extremely friendly employees. Thank you so much for everything you do! I appreciate you!

My husband and I have gone to Nobles for a handful of issues. Each issue has been resolved. The guys are nice. They call after diagnosing the issue and before doing the work to make sure you are agreeable. The price has always surprised us and been in our favor. Support local!

When I drove my car to noble I had said to my self this car is done once I talk to Tim he said Joe it s going to be alright. I gave him my car at 11am and on the next day at 11am my car was done and I was so surprised. They gave me back my in great running condition again. These guys are great and the nicest people I have met since I move to Baldwinsville. Great place to get your car fix and prices are great. Joe

I had gotten a flat and pulled into Nobles, they were very busy and from what I could see maybe even a little backed up. The owner greeted me as if I had always gone there even though this was my first time every. He made a phone call to to someone to bring over my tires as they did not have them in stock. I was there for about an hour total including my wait time for the tires to be delivered. I have never seen a owner as friendly as he was qnd he jumped right in and helped do the tires and did not try to say I need brakes or anything other than the tires. I actually asked about the brakes and he informed me the were in great shape. Overall experience was outstanding! Very honest people with amazing customer service

Had an emergency tire issue while on the thruway. Noble Tire was able to assist in a timely manner. We felt very fortunate to have come across this business. Thank you to all who assisted us.

Fast and friendly service. Since going there 5 years ago, they have done all of our service, from tires to brakes and oil changes. Very knowledgeable recommendations and never try to take advantage of a customer. Got the best winter tires I've ever tried last fall based on their recommendation, plus the cost was cheaper than many other options.

If you're looking for an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY mechanic/shop in the 315, then look no further - this is it!! After living 30+years in another state & having long established relationships I thought I could never replace - worried I would never be able to find a shop I could trust - a friend referred me here - and I could not possibly be more thrilled. My very 1st experience - needing to bring my car in for the dreaded "check engine" light (a ready-made recipe for any new shop to really "take advantage") - these guys not only made time around *my* schedule to get me in & checked out - they found the problem (a pesky/tricky one at that, which my previous shop who supposedly already "knew" my car so well could not find after several tries) - and... when the hard to find part (that itself costs >$200 *IF* you can find it) couldn't be sourced - they on-site instead self-fabricated one (a specialty insulated/shielded hose/system) & successfully replaced/installed it - fully solving my on-going otherwise nightmare problem & my baby is now running better than it practically ever has - and all done at less than just the part(s) themselves alone were quoted to me elsewhere!! Yup... if you are looking for honest, thorough, skilled & most of all ETHICAL with your auto repair/maintenance needs - Nobles in B'Ville (even if u have to travel to get here) is definitely the place to go!

Fantastic and highly recommend Noble s! Tim is great to work with! They did exactly what they said they would in the time they told me!! They were fast and I felt like they were very thorough in their work. Pleasant experience and happy to find a good mechanic

Great place. They work very hard to get the best parts at a great price point into your vehicle. I had one issue which was diagnosed by Nobles before the Recall was issued by the manufacturer, phenomenal! The technicians know what they are doing and can tackle just about any job. The one time a mistake was made, they immediately owned up to it and corrected it on the spot. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!

I was in from out of town the week of Thanksgiving and needed a good service center to correct a mistake from another mechanic. My family recommended Nobles and Tim fit me in the next day. Tim was able to easily identify and fix the problem the same day. He also wrote a detailed receipt explaining the problem and how he handled it so that I could get a refund from the first garage. We need more garages like Nobles in Virginia!

Hard not to recommend this shop. Too often, it's hard to find a reputable shop and it's a good thing this one came recommended. I've brought vehicles in multiple times where I was never charged simply for them looking over my issue. If there's something that should be done for your car, they will tell you. If you don't need it, they won't try to sell you on it. Great guys, overall.

THEY JUST DONT CAREDo not go to this placeLeft my car there for a couple days. When I went to go pick it up I found out someone hit my car in the parking lot. When I went to cash out to pick my car up they maxed out my whole credit card and did not fix the problem to my vehicle. I highly advise to stay away from this company.

They were nice enough to get me right in one morning when I was hauling cross country from Colorado and had problems with my trailer lights. Problem was fixed fast and we were back on the road. Decent price. They were also very nice to my young son who was with me.

Today, I had a wonderful experience with Noble's service. I, unfortunately, got my car stuck in snow on the side of the road. I called AAA and they sent a wonderful driver within 20 minutes. He was pleasant and knew exactly what he was doing. I believe his name was Joe. I have worked with Noble's in the past and have always had a good experience. Today's just re-enforces that experience. Thank you.

Would be nice if Noble's didn't lie to elderly people after their car got towed there after an accident. Lying and telling them they can't have their car moved to the dealership for repair until the insurance company looks at it is reprehensible. Shame on you! All you care about is making a buck. Fortunately other businesses are helpful and tell the truth.

Seems like they get upset if you bring your own tires that you bought somewhere else. I had two rims for some boat tires I had got... They tried to tell me that you have to wait 3 days to put them on so they can expand. They wouldn t give me a time frame and said hopefully we get to them by 6... Went down the street and got them put them on in under an hour and had a better experience. First and last time I stop there for anything.

Is there a 6th star? Highly recommend. 2 words: honest mechanics. Yes I said that. Don't let the shady looking exterior and interior fool you. These guys know their stuff and won't overcharge you. Period.

My experience was terrible I had my car towed to nobles after a minor accident. They gave me a huge list of problems that I knew were not wrong because I had checked before it was towed. They said I needed to replace my exhaust from the resonator back and when I started my car after the accident it sounded and looked fine besides my driver side muffler. They replaced the exhaust and when I picked the car up it was 3 times louder than stock so I took it back and they claimed I had a faulty brand new resonator so they replaced it and charged me a 30$ fee for their mistake. After about a month the car became even louder and developed a terrible rattle in their "new" exhaust. They ruined my cars exhaust and stole our money, this place is run by a money hungry thief DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

Tim takes care of his customers. You dont have to worry about being over charged or work being done thats not needed. My family been goingto Nobles for over 20 years and never experienced anything less that perfect service
