Always get the right part. I order online and get great discounts. Quality of the brake products is unmatched for the price point and i would know i do a lot of brakes. Always fits no issues.

I recently had a an emergency issue that required an inspection of my vehicle, with no guarantee of work being needed. I took the vehicle to two prior nearby shops prior, with one shop refusing to even look at the vehicle, and the other brushing me aside saying I can leave the car there and come back at end of the day. This shop, however, not only took the vehicle in right away, despite the fact that they had numerous customers being serviced, but inspected the vehicle and didn't charge anything. That says a lot about the management there and the integrity of the shop. They just picked up a new customer for sure. Thank you!

I needed calipers and brake pads and rotors, they were able to find me discounted pricing and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Great job this is a great auto parts store

I walked in and waited 10 minutes for someone to say a word to me had at least 4 guys who were working there walk past me and not ask me a thing while i was standing at the service counter. I literally had to ask a worker who was sitting on their phone with their back turned if he could help me so he could finally get someone that actually knew were they were doing from the back to come up *surprise suprise* the part i needed that was listed on the sight for 90$ was all of a sudden 580$ and them magically the price dropped to 250$ when I questioned the guy about. All around the most awful experience ive ever had with cashiers and customer service in my life if you hate your job so much just quit instead of making everyone else that comes into your store uncomfortable and annoyed.

Wonderful counter team - know best products for heavy duty trucks for air line fittings when you run out of solutions. Will find a way to solve your issue!

In town for a visit, broke a wheel stud. Ordered online the night before for pickup, it was ready 45 mins after they opened. Guy had it right behind the counter. Nice folks, place is super clean and new looking. My local store needs to be more like this one.

Store is nice. Counter help is OK. Some are excellent (James). Unfortunately the stuff being sold today is often made in China. I was looking for a wheel bearing race (LM67010). They had one in stock which was great. SKS which is usually made in USA. Surprisingly the race was marked made in China. I went to nearby Autozone. They had one in stock, their 'Valucraft' line. The bearing was marked 'National' and "made in USA". It cost $4.99 which was about 1$ less than NAPA.Another gripe. I bought 3 NAPA batteries in B'ville this year (2021). All were Legend 7524 . List price $159.99 each. A pal's business account # took $14 off the third one (about $145). I needed 2 more and went on-line. Found some wild price swings. $99.99 in Brooklyn, $175 in Watertown... $104 near Rochester (with another place at $154 just 10 miles away). I went 60 miles to Hammondsport because there is a nice museum nearby. Got 20% off with a AAA discount. So paid about 84$ each and w/o using the business account. Pricing games and import bearing races don't inspire confidence. I am finding it hard to be a loyal NAPA customer.

If I could give this less stars I would. If you truly don't care about any customer service, this is the place for you. I wait 20 minutes without being acknowledged for one customer checking out and 1 phone call all to be helped by a rude and cocky employee. Then i get home only to find out one of my calipers was completely wrong. I would rather drive 25 minutes to Syracuse then deal with this place.

At 5:30 in the morning my drivers side headlight wire had broken off somehow and I did not have working headlights in my truck. Winter storm Fortis was just starting to hit and these guys didn't open until 7am!!! The 1st employee to get to work greeted me in the parking lot and I explained to him what part it was I needed. Not only did he confirm the part to be in stock, he also let me purchase the part I needed 45 minutes before they even opened!!!! I was able to get to work on time and I owe it all to NAPA of Baldwinsville!!!! Thanks for the help this morning!!! Management!! Give this young man a raise!! He is an asset to both your company and this community! Happy New Year! --Black Chevy guy that needed a replacement "H11 Headlamp Socket" Part #787143.

NAPA Genuine Parts is a great place, all thier locations are similar, this one in Baldwinsville is no different, very good selection on the shelves, more behind the counter if you need a specialty item. They can look up parts for your vehichle very quickly and if not in stock can usually get it the next day or tell you which store has it. Staff is all friendly and welcome you in, and thank you on the way out. A+ for counter folks !

Tyler was above and Beyond helpful. My motorcycle had blown a fuse in town. I brought in the burnt fuse holder and Tyler helps me put a new one together to get me back on the road. Napa Baldwinsville is awesome

Threw me out for trying to buy a replacement training wheel for my scooter. The maniger Barbara Arabrab sed I was banned until I can drive a car. But do you really expect a 73 year old preschool sanitation engineer to have time to learn how to use an automobile? Plus, the drinks there are all horrible. Everything tastes like oil and gasoline.2.5 Stars

Inventory said they had 2 couldn't find either called back said they had it drive all the way back couldn't find it again for 10 minutes. Then I spotted it sitting on the counter (like I already told him when I first got there) and asked twice if that was it?

do yourself a favor before ever going here, and search for online coupons and buy online. i have no idea why they wont honor coupons in the actual store, and they give a better price online that the WONT honor in store.THAT makes no sense at all.....

NAPA parts were always a cut above others, while this isn't as true as it used to be, they still are generally better than most (other than factory). Good customer service.
