We worked with Gene this week and it was fantastic customer service experience! We received text updates as needed. We were able to drop off and pick up the car after hours using their key lock box. It was awesome! We're very happy with the service on our car. Definitely recommend Lou's!

When our cross-over needed new wheels due to slow air leaks, Lou's Car Care suggested a cost-effective solution. Matt listened to my needs and came up with an estimate that fit our budget. Our vehicle was able to be worked into the schedule within a couple of days. The job was done on time, and the wheels look fantastic.

Very friendly and welcoming. Got my vehicle in same week. Thorough inspection, including taking notice of how far off in miles my "next oil change" sticker reflected (25k miles over current odometer reading). Clearly an error on the part of the other dealership! Thanks for having great attention to details!

I ve had my car serviced and my wife s tires swapped in the last week. Great place to work with! The texting for updates is a game changer especially when working. Both cars will be coming back for regular service.

Hands-down the best car service experience I ve ever had. I arrived in a panic and left informed, calm, and safe. Service representatives were incredibly polite and clear, and I even left with a free tote! This is the only car service center I ll be using from now on.

Was told they could not give me a quote over the phone because they had to physically see what brake pads and rotors my Tahoe needed. Apparently, a make and model or Vin number is not good enough at this shop. Well, they got me in the door just to waste an hour of my time and give me a quote within 2 minutes after I went up and asked how much longer it's going to take. The man I asked was extremely rude. Then, he proceeds to give me an outrageous $1500 quote on the brake job. Long story short, if you are a woman, I would advise not going there without a man or having a man make the call for you.I ended up ordering the pads and rotors and doing the work myself. Cost $300

I have been relying on the folks at Lou s Car Care since the early 1990 s for service on my vehicles. I have recommended them to MANY people over the years without hesitation. I was searching for my dream car and found it at Lou's. After talking to Lou Jr. on the phone, I had a great vibe and thought it would be worth the 2 hour trip from Buffalo.I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere from the staff and really hit it off with Lou.I loved the car. I also loved that there was absolutely no pressure with the sale. He gave me time to go back home and sleep on it.We talked again and made the deal!I highly recommend Lou's Car Care to everyone who wants a truly great experience!!Thanks again Lou and staff!

Very very expensive. Found an error in their estimate only after a thorough review and discussions with other garages and then questioning them on how high their quote was they said they made an incorrect selection which reduced the cost by $400. Other quoted work I ended up having done at the dealer for less money. I went to them because they were able to look at my truck the soonest but they were by far the most expensive. I would go to the dealer or try another garage before going there again.

This place has a great environment and is very accommodating. They show you pictures of everything on your vehicle and point out maintenance concerns. I have spoken with Lou personally and he even gave me a tour of the shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone that has vehicle needs.

We just moved to the area and needed some work done on our Honda. I read some reviews and made an appointment with Lou's Care Care. I dropped the car off early in the morning and it was ready at 5PM even though I elected to have significant additional work done. Staff kept me apprised of the work progress throughout the day. This place is the definition of professional. I'm very satisfied with service I received and highly recommend you try Lou's.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Tire rotations, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I've used Lou's car care many times. The people there are great. Courteous and friendly. Same for Nino's body shop. They have done 4 cars for me in their body shop. The paint comes out beautifully. Top notch. You won't be disappointed in either shop on the premises. Highly recommended.

Best professional experience ever I am very pleased this is my third visit with you and there's a reason why I keep coming back because you guys are the greatest. You spent time with me explaining everything that had to be done including photos which was really awesome made me feel so much more comfortable. My son will be coming to see you soon. Matt and John are always super friendly and helpful. I don t know much about cars but they ve always been patient with explaining the repairs to me and I find the prices to be reasonable. Love the digital inspection reports that they send out after each visit it s great to see an overview of the vehicle s health and be reminded of any upcoming work. I ve been go to Lous since I got my first car. Everyone there is super friendly and helpful and they consistently do a great job. I even had to pop in once before a long drive to see if they could help with a random issue I was facing and they were able to fix it on the spot! The people at Lou's are amazing at what they do. They're thorough but, they also understand that some things can wait and are just good to have on the radar. I ve been going to Lou s since 1990. My mother was a loyal customer of theirs before I could drive. They are the perfect combination of reliable, honest, friendly, and helpful. I LOVE this car! Lou was very pleasant and easy to work with. I drove 2 hours to see and drive the advertised car. He was very up front on issues he was aware of and assured me the problems (all minor) identified on our visit would be corrected. The car was on consignment and he worked hard to get the seller to come to an acceptable price. Lou was true to his word and worked diligently to correct all the faults identified. Bought our car with Lou few weeks ago. It was the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. His prices were lowest in 100 miles radius so there was no need to haggle. Plus he is the owner and the finance manager so he can make decisions himself. We were very impressed with his knowledge on cars. There is no sales pressure and you get plenty of time with the cars to yourself to make a decision without hurrying. I would definitely go back there to buy our next car in the future.

I bought my BMW from Lou in January 2019 as a single women; never purchased a car by myself before. The sales experience was so positive that I will only take it here for service. My wife and I had an excellent experience purchasing a vehicle from Lou's Car Care Center. Lou Jr. took care of all of our needs and questions and spent quality time with us without us ever feeling rushed. He was professional, respectful, honest and friendly. All of the staff smiled, greeted us and were courteous whenever we came in. A great facility all around and one we would definitely do business with again. A family owned business that cares. Super experience...we love our Fiat 500 Sport! We highly recommend them.
