Thanks to my brother's recommendation, Dan, Julio, Venus, and their team have been taking care of our cars for several years now, and it's been a 100% great experience. They are friendly, patient, funny, and very knowledgeable about vehicles. They've given us great advice and great pricing every single time. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful! When Great Lakes Honda City service wanted me to schedule an appt just to check my car battery, Goodyear did it immediately and changed my battery so I didn t get stuck with a vehicle that would not start! Thank you!

I had a great experience today in the liberpool NY branch. They squeezed me in at the last minute on a busy day to get my car checked out before a big trip. They put my worries at ease after testing everything out and didn't even charge me. Couldn't be any happier. Will be back for future work.

The staff is always very friendly and inviting when I enter the Service Desk/waiting area. The communication between the Writer and the customer is great and their customer service is great. Very kind and thoughtful staff. I had a huge sheet rock screw go into a tire. Went to put the spare on and noticed the side walls were splitting. Thankfully, a friend let me borrow their vehicle. I happened to have an appointment in 1-2 days to get 4 new tires. I called in panic mode; they told me to bring down the tire/rim and they will swap the tire out. Definitely a complete life saver! I am not sure what my other option would have been. They were super helpful and understanding. I definitely use my road hazard protection and have quite a few "frequent flyer miles." The Service Writer/Manager/Shop Manager is always very knowledgeable about their promotions, what kind of tire would work best on my vehicle, because that is not my expertise.Sincerely,Rachael with the Silver Dodge Grand Caravan, who uses her road hazard at least 4-5 times per year.

They were wonderful. I came in without an appt and they fixed my tire (staple in it) for no charge in a busy holiday week!! They were outstanding!! Saved me in a pinch.

Your alignment failed inspection. You put my oil filter on extremely tight. The pinhole in the ps line drained all the ps fluid in one night. The loosened tramsmission cooling line was noticed and tightened . Luckily I put floor mats under my car after you corrected the oil filter by installing a new one. That night all the ps fluid drained. Pretty big pin hole Julio. My ps pump or even the rack could have been ruined. Never bringing my Avalon back there. No thanks.NO.STAR!!

Julio and his team here are very effective and knowledgeable! Brought my vehicle in for new tires, the tires I wanted weren t available and the team here helped me select a different tire and I couldn t be happier! Highly recommended!!

I had a slowly leaking tire which had to be fixed. Good thing it is easy to get an appointment at Good Year! The staff were super helpful and accommodating (shout out to Venus who assisted me and Connor the technician!). They would also try their best to give you an estimate of your wait time. 5 stars!

Our van started making a weird noise the night before and we made an appointment to bring it in to get checked out. On the way there our van died. I pulled off and had to get it towed to the repair center on a Saturday mid day. We are in the area visiting family and are leaving Monday and we were stressing about not being able to leave, figuring the van wouldn't be repaired in time; but Julio and the team discovered we needed a new alternator and installed a new one the same day! He was trustworthy, responsive and prompt. Definitely recommend this repair center to anyone. We would give them 100 stars if we could.

Venus and Julio were awesome. We brought our car to them at the end of the workday with a tire that was hissing air. Venus came out and liked at the tire and confirmed it needed to be repaired. She put us on the schedule first thing in the am. When we called other places, they could not repair the tire for multiple days. The turned the car around early and we were able to get back on the road. Julio is always super-friendly and he helped complete the checkout process. Thank you!!

This Good Year store is one of the best auto shops I have ever been a customer at.They are 100% professional. The checkin is painless, they ask the needed questions and tell you what the process will take. Even better they have a clean and professional waiting area.I ve been to the Baldwinsville location four times and each time my expectations were exceeded. Good service and the job done right the first time.I would recommend this location for all your auto needs. You won t be sorry.

What a tremendous experience I had at Goodyear tire! They got my vehicle in quickly on short notice and fixed it within minutes. Every time I bring my vehicle here I get treated well and it is a pleasant experience! Great Job guys! Thank you

Very pleased with our experience at Goodyear route 31 Baldwinsville. Not only was it quick, but everyone was very pleasant to deal with. They were having a busy extremely cold Saturday morning and managed to fit us into their schedule. Much appreciated.

Goodyear is the best! I have taken my vehicles here for years, and will continue to do so! I trust them with my car and the quality of their work. Any time I am forced into using a different shop, it never ends well. This Goodyear location always provides fast, reasonably priced, quality service. The manager at this location, Julio, is friendly, professional, and helpful! The staff makes sure you understand what needs to be done, what they will do, and what they have done afterwards. The place is clean with a nice, quiet room to wait for your car, and it's in a convenient location. Definitely choose to go here over anywhere else.

The Women at good year on 31 who works the front desk in Liverpool ny did an exceptional job with me. She polite very helpful and went out of her way to give me a great customer service experience. People like that are the reasons why I definitely will be back there hands down. I will gladly pay extra as well for the service she gave me

Thoroughly impressed with this Goodyear. Last week I visited to check on a slow leak, they were prompt, informative and Julio the manager very service oriented. Back this week for inspection and oil change. Kept me updated of the status of the vehicle. 1 hour, in and out. Greatly appreciate reliable service in Baldwinsville with great care by the manager Julio. Thank you!

These guys are the best! Customer service is incredible. I used to go to Pep Boys on Route 57 and after going to Goodyear there's no other option. From now on this is the place I'm going. They were really busy and I didn't have an appointment but I had a flat tire. They immediately got me in and taken care of so I could get back on the road. This isn't the first time they've been so awesome and accommodating.

Do not trust! Took there for a simple inspection, a new car with no issues suddenly started making noise as soon as I left. Someone there screwed up something and now I'll have to find someone more trustworthy to fix it. Could not be more angry.

Went into Goodyear with a tire mountain dismount, needed due to a damaged tire. Venis was very polite and accommodating and I was in and out within 30 minutes on a cold winter day. Thank you so much her customer service was excellent and the technician appeared to do a great job.

The shop in Clay NY really came through for me this week. I had a very busy couple week ahead, and I drove over what turned out to be a construction staple on Monday morning. I couldn t get over there until Thursday morning and was hoping for a fast turnaround as I was picking someone up at the airport that afternoon. Not only did they fix it, they called me before I even got home after dropping it off, to tell me it was ready. Then I got in there and they didn t charge me! Nice to get good service, which is pretty hard to come by these days. Highly recommend!

I called last minute to see if they had availability and the woman in the phone was the nicest! She said they were booked up, but could squeeze me in between appointments. I went immediately, they got me in and taken care of VERY quickly. And most surprisingly to me, there was no attempt to upsell me. Super reasonable, wonderful people, great experience, I WILL be back!

Julio, the store manager was very helpful and assisted me with my car. I needed my right front wheel bearing looked at and repaired before I had to go back to work on Friday. These guys were great and efficient, got it done fast. Excellent customer service. Kind and polite, all around. Thanks Dan for the call this morning notifying me my car was finished and ready. Pleasantly surprised about the service from start to finish here.

I came to Goodyear in Baldwinsville after several failed attempts to have my tire fixed by Mavis. I'm so glad I went! Very friendly service. They showed me pictures of why my tire was leaking and fixed it free of charge because it was a Goodyear tire. Fast service, easy to make an appointment, and overall a great experience.

I've never posted a review before. The Goodyear service center handled a drop in tire repair and oil change for me. I wasn't on the schedule, they called me to update me during the afternoon. It was the first time I had service done there. Very friendly, easy to work with, handled each issue timely and I will be using this Goodyear Center for other services in the future.
