Had my truck there for a few weeks to have transmission replaced. WhenI went to pick my truck up i had to wait 30 minutes for Mo to return so he can take my payment. No other employee could take payment. When Mo arrived he charged my card and seemed very inconvenienced for having to return to accept payment. He has signs allOver his shop that says pay with cash and save 3.3% but nothing stating cards will be charged. When asked about it cause the charge was on my account. He stated this is what I get for giving you a good deal. Sorry Mo you didn t give meA deal, I m a paying customer then goes on telling me me I m whining. I wont recommend his business to anyone but the bbb. Also there was a receipt left in my truck from M and T bank on park st during the time my truck was in your possession.

My experience with this place was amazing. I called and got a quote for a clutch job for my car and the guy was very polite on the phone I dropped my car off they called me back within a few days I went into pay them and the guy was telling me about when he took the clutch out there was a few other minor issues and he fixed them for free, He also took $75 off my bill. These are hard times for me so that $75 meant a lot I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Moe quoted me $1,000.00 for a transmission flush. Tried telling me it needs to be done twice and it takes all day. Went to a GMC dealership it was less than 400.00 and it took 3 hours.

Moe and Dan are great guys! They did a great job on our classic car clutch replacement and very reasonable price too! They went above and beyond! We will trust them with all our repairs! Thanks guys you're the best!!

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, great local business. My service was complete after about a week for a transmission overhaul. The cost came in under the original quote price. I would highly recommend if you are looking for transmission work to be done.

The owner here is an outstanding guy. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had me fixed up and on the road the same day. Very professional, very trustworthy. I wish I had a transmission shop like this close to home. 5 stars all the way!

I would highly highly recommend this shop. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and AFFORDABLE. What could have cost us a lot of money not knowing what our problem was, ended up being a simple adjustment. We will definitely not hesitate when and if their service is ever needed again.

I recently brought my car here to get my transmission repaired. I was quoted a price and when they called me to inform me the car was ready they gave me a price that was 200 dollars higher. I personally purchased the needed parts so this was not a factor. They informed me the higher price was strictly because it took longer than they thought. This is not something that should be the customer s expense. Each job should be charged for the amount of hours it is listed for. This is unprofessional and a poor way to do business. When I questioned him about the price, he told me to never bring my car back there. Needless to say, I won t.So I m writing this now to explain that I not only was charged 200 more ,I have a transmission that is worst off then it was before. My clutch pedal is just flopping around , in first gear it just shakes and I have transmission fluid all over my driveway. Now it s getting rebuilt by a different transmission shop. 12/1/2018

I cant say enough about this shop. I called and spoke with the manager and expressed concerns about my vehicle and it's ill condition and the thought of thousands of dollars I don't have for repairs gave me anxiety... He was very empathetic to my financial situation being a person on a fixed income and raising children as a single parent, he put my mind at ease and spoke to me on a human level. Not as someone who is looking to score a big payday but as someone who understood..They took my vehicle assessed only the core problem I brought it in for and made a very comfortable estimate for repairs that was reasonable and timely.. My car was fully repaired and again the cost was not shocking compared to other service repair shops. They fixed the problem and gave me advice on never to use after market parts and to try to stay with OEM parts for longevity and performance of the vehicle.. I thank them for their integrity and over the top customer service and quality repairs. I'm sure they will be in buisness for a very long time to come.. Thanks guys..

Great service work and awesome customer care. Got my 1990 Ford Econoline transmission rebuilt and Moe and his crew did a great job!

The gang at B&M did a great job on my 2006 Corolla. She shifts like new. They came in under budget and completed on time as promised. I would recommend them to anyone who needed a transmission rebiilt.

Made numerous attempts to contact them to set up A appointment for A transmission replacement on my truck. Every time I called the phone just rang without answer. I tried too contact them through about A 2 week period with no answer.
