I have been privileged to have B&H Automotive troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and perform New York State Safety and Emission inspections on several of my vehicles for years.There Knowledgeable and professional autotech services are outstanding and are above and beyond any autotech shop around.A special thanks to Bob, Holly, Vinny and Rachel for everything they have done to keep my vehicle's in safe operating and tip top condition.

Extremely knowledgeable staff and technicians. The experience feels much more personal than many other shops that just take your car behind a curtain (*cough* Cantech). The technician met me out front within 30 seconds of pulling in to the parking lot, listened to my concerns, and performed the service I needed. You really don't get this kind of service anymore. They have THE best wheel and tire service equipment money can buy. I'm actually looking forward to getting new tires for my car instead of dreading it and worrying about nicks and scratches.

I've had several great experiences with B & H now. Holly is so pleasant to work with and the service to my vehicle has been great! They work quickly, and prices are always fair. I couldn't be happier to recommend them.

One of the best shop s in CNY and the only shop I truly trust. Having been formerly employed, I ve seen how they truly operate from the inside . Besides having the best diagnostic abilities in the area, They have something that s unfortunately hard to find in the automotive industry... Honesty, professionalism, and quality. And that s exactly what you ll find here. No smoke and mirrors. They tell you exactly what s wrong and what needs to be fixed, plain and simple. Bob, Holly, and Vinny... keep up the great work!

I had a great experience with both my vehicles being serviced here. They make you feel like family. The technicians are very knowledgeable, the prices are fair and most of all their honesty. I would highly recommend B&H to all my friends and family for all future services.

This is a company that once you use them you'll never forget them. Last year May 2020 on our way to go camping our brand new F350 was leaking soo much gas that we keep going empty and having to pull over on the thruway to refill. We are still an hour from our camp ground and were getting gas all over our new toy hauler that we were towing, all over the truck and when our engine started smoking I started to get nervous. Here we are passing Pulaski and I've called everyone around who can service this truck. Absolutely everyone said no. Until, B&H Auto saved us by letting us go there for help, come to find out we blew our fuel filter, which we thought was going to be way worse and very expensive. It didn't matter at this point because we would've paid whatever at that point and they knew this and didn't take advantage of our situation. To top it off, the staff (everyone) was awesome and helpful that here it was 95 degrees outside and they are washing the gas off of our truck and camper. These people floored us with their kindness and treated us like we were family. Trust me when I say this... They made our trip go from horrible to fabulous just by being themselves. Thank You

Based on a few visits to B & H, they seem like a very kind group with their customer's best interests in mind. They went out of their way to make sure my car was done when I needed it to be. Their pricing was comparable with, if not better than other quality privately owned shops in the area.

Just had a wheel bearing done by these guys and I have to say, it was one of the most stress free car repairs I ve ever experienced. It is nice to know that when I put my car in their hand s it s going to be done the right way. No surprises, no B.S.I actually had brought it in for something another mechanic had misdiagnosed, they were able to find the real problem and fix it at a reasonable rate. It would ve been pretty easy to go ahead and do the work I requested and give me a list of things I still needed but like I said, you can trust these guys. Never expected any less of this place though, everyone there is incredibly friendly and holly kept me posted at every turn. Really great experience, plus I can drive again without it sounding like a prop plane inside my car and my wheel won t fly off! Hooray!

Awesome service experience! Bought a Shelby GT500 from a dealer in Albany on Saturday and realized a problem on the drive home. B&H got me in at the last minute on Monday to confirm and document my issue for the dealer and my experience was great.

Awesome service and great staff! Had my car in and out in under 2 hours for exhaust work. Never have had such a good experience bringing my car somewhere and will definitely be making the drive from Cicero to bring it to B & H from now on!

I highly recommend B and H for anyany repairs! It's truly hard to find a respectable,and very reliable auto mechanic place.. While the people were nice enough, I feel, the pricing was ASTRONOMICAL. The most significant part that was installed in my vehicle was marked up nearly 600%. I was charged 1.5 hours for the installation (a part that was accessible and not seized because I removed and replaced it myself just days prior) and the installation of a few light bulbs, and two hours worth of diagnostics (which I cannot comment on as that is indeterminable not having been present for the VAG COM plug in and reading). Combined, it may have taken 1.5 hours to install the part and the light bulbs with the reinstallation of the corresponding trim/housings. Personally, I think that the diagnostic charges were exaggerated. I was also charged for a failed NYS inspection when the mechanic told me, beforehand, that my car wouldn't pass due to a leaky rear brake caliper (a $50 OEM part that he wanted $250 + tax for). He also advised that I would need struts and a new rear shock absorber and wanted to charge me $500 + tax for USED struts and $96 for one rear shock (I later got both front struts with strut mounts/bearings as well as both rear shocks with mounts, brand new OEM for $117 - I turned a dozen bolts myself for the removal and replacement saving nearly $500). As for the work that WAS done by B&H, my car did what it was supposed to do having come out of the shop so no complaints there. I just feel that if a new customer comes in, it would be good sense not to beat them up to any extent. Better to make $5 a hundred times than $100 one time.

Pick and choose what vehicles they work on. Supposedly can work on anything and schedule appointments for anything but then turn away the work. Extremely unprofessional and rude definitely do not recommend.
