Amazing workmanship. I brought my car in after an accident and the car now looks and runs like it's brand new. John from Penn Collision was so helpful with the insurance process. Skilled, professional, reliable, efficient, fair pricing and an amazing finished product, that is what you get from Penn Collision. I highly recommend them.

Really happy with excellent service and work at Penn Collision! I've been going here for years with any autobody needs but recently my audi was rear-ended on LB rd. These guys not only did a great job fixing it - it looks better than new - but went over and above dealing with the other drivers ins. company so I didn't have to and also arranged car rental for me and made sure the insurance covered it ... Audi never did that for me!! If I could give more stars I would, I highly recommend!!

Mike and John are phenomenal! Like finding a good mechanic it s hard to find a true honest and reliable auto body shop. I found it when I found Penn!! they worked with my insurance company perfectly and made a stressful situation so much better And the work phenomenal!! ...my car is absolutely perfect and I can t thank them enough along with Julie their secretary. Do not go anywhere else people I m telling you this is the place for your auto body needs in Baldwin and everywhere on Long Island!! They treated me like family thank you again guys

A shout out to John at Penn Collision. I needed to tow my car from a dealership that wanted to charge me $3K in parts alone. John got me out of there quick and inexpensively. Upon inspection, the actual repair was not his forte so he recommended another shop which he then towed me to for no extra charge. I can't say enough good things about this business and it's staff. The team at Penn Collision handled everything from the insurance company to the rental car. The repairs were completed very fast, and the work was impeccable! Mike and Julie were a pleasure to deal with, and made sure that everything went smooth. They also kept me updated throughout the process. Brought my Ford F150 in after serious damage to the drivers side of the truck. Mike was extremely helpful during the process. This auto body shop is excellent and very customer friendly. John and his team are the best in the business. If you re looking for quality work at a fair and reasonable price, Penn Collision is the place to go. I got an estimate for repair from a shop in Freeport that just didn t seem right, so I decided to take my truck over to Penn for a second opinion. John saved me $550 in repairs and got the truck back on the road within an hour. Next time I won t be going to Penn for a second opinion because from now on, they will be my first choice. Been dealing with penn collision for years. They are honest, reliable and have excellent customer service. Today I needed to pick up my car early and they offered to pick me up. Let s face it who does that today. I found my car in excellent condition and vacuumed and washed. Penn also went out of there way to take my car to the dealer for a recall that blew me away. Don t miss out on this place when your in need.John T.

Incredible shop. Impeccable workmanship and an absolute joy to deal with. It's becoming more and more difficult to find good honest shop's to work with. Mike and his team were a breath of fresh air. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to anyone!!!!!

Hands down the best shop on Long Island very clean work. And turnaround time was fast. John and mike are true to their word and do exactly what they promised and some. Would def go back.
