I have brought my car there 2x under the recommendation of my insurance company. Nothing but problems each time. Latest issues: pair of sun glasses missing, they looked through my glove box, car radio did not work when picking up my car.

Don t use this shop. I chose them through my insurance company to repair my rear bumper after a fender bender. They took almost a week to fix it, and the repairman said I rushed him to get the job done, which was not true. I kindly made a couple phone calls to follow up on status. Unprofessional and poor service.

At All Hour Collision I got professional service from very knowledgeable people.I brought my vehicle after an accident . All work was scheduled and done within promised time . The only reason I put 5 stars is because I can t put 10. This place is absolutely unbeatable with exceptional work and staff that makes you feel like family. I m not one to just hand out 5 stars but wow it is well deserved. I had very significant damage to the side of my BMW and decided to check out this shop. I needed a new door and a new quarter panel, which any car person would know can run up a decent bill. I was instantly greeted with an unbeatable price and a step by step plan they were going to take to fix my vehicle. In a few days, my car was ready for pickup and looked dealership new! I will not be taking my business anywhere else. Thank you to the team for literally everything, you guys have done mind blowing work! 100% recommend this place to everybody.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All Hour Collision provided THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I was nervous about dropping my brand new car off and me not being very knowledgeable in this area as it was my first and hopefully last incident. They did bodywork on the passenger side front panel and repainted my baby. She came home looking as brand new. Ashley was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, comforting and reassuring. The service I received from Jack and Cynthia at All Hour Collision definitely deserves a great review. My car was hit while I was parallel parking and my insurance company sent me to All Hour Collision, and I am so glad they did! Jack greeted me early in the morning and immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable with leaving my vehicle in his hands. He was very thorough with his explanation of what to expect and even let me know he would call me if the parts weren t readily available so I could return the rental and save money since my car was still drivable. It turns out that all the parts were available and I didn t wait long at all! Cynthia called to let me know my car was ready and was SO flexible and patient while I figured out my schedule and how it affected the picking up of my car before they closed on a Friday afternoon. The car looks amazing; good as new! You cannot see where it was hit at all. All in all, I am so pleased with their services and would totally recommend this auto shop to anyone in the area. Visit Dates: December 1, 2022 and December 7, 2022Unfortunately I had a car accident last week. I thought everything was going to take a long time to handle but thankfully geico got me set up to drop my car off to all hour collision the day after the accident. I was checking the claim on geico's mobile app and I was estimating I would be expected to pick the car up on Friday. To my surprise they called me at work and they had the car ready for me to pick up on my lunch break. As soon as my lunch hour time got around I ran to the time clock and drove the rental to all hours. I paid my deductible, they got the car ready for me and pulled it up. The employees I dealt with were so helpful and I am impressed with the work they did to fix my car. Hopefully nothing like this happens for awhile but I'm just glad it was all on the minor side and resolved fairly quickly!

Great customer service. My car was fixed quickly and returned in perfect condition. Ashley was great to work with! I came here after my car was hit and needed repairs, and she made the insurance process really easy. I recommend this shop.

Great shop! Was looking for the auto body on Black Friday to find a good mechanic and these guys were above amazing! It s hard to find a good honest mechanic and this is one of them! 10/10 would recommend it. Roman and Sierra were very helpful and nice. Very fair about prices .

Brought my Volvo V60 in to get repaired and was greeted by Ashley, who was kind enough to explain what would be done with the car. I picked up the car and was pleased with the repairs. I will use them again, but I am hoping that I do not need to. Thanks for keeping me informed throughout the process. It was seamless.

Avoid this auto body shop and go some place else. Despite their claim of a guarantee, they do not stand by their work. I went here after a small accident that required body work and a new front head light. Geico was my insurance provider and recommended this place. A year and a half after the job the clear coat began to fail only where they did the work and I brought it to them to fix but they only cleaned, compounded and waxed the car. They refused to repaint which is what the car needed. It looked good for a month or two and the cloudiness returned. I changed insurance too so Geico was No longer a help either. They also used a cheap aftermarket China made bumper that does not align at the seams. Very poor job. DO NOT USE.

I highly recommend. When you end up at a collusion place, you are probably not having a good day. But Ashley and her team turned a real inconvenience into a minor problem. At All Hour Collusion I got professional service from a knowledgeable staff. Work that was scheduled to take a week, was completed in three days. After an accident I brought my car to them for the repair estimate.It took weeks for me to get the estimate. I was asking everyday if it's done. Once I came to pickup my car beside paying for the estimation they forced me to pay extra for the car storage total for over $1400. Please be very careful with these guys, read every small font line before signing. Or best dont have any business with them. These guys are not honest and will rob you off.Service: Body & Trim

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER. Geico assigned me to this shop when my brand new car was hit. They called me to tell me my car was ready and when I went to pick it up before work in the morning I still had to wait on it only to find that there was damage on the car that was not there before! It looked like a burn in the paint on the side of the car that was not being repaired. When I questioned it, Naomi said it was "bird poop" that had eaten away at the paint. Brand new car, there for 2 weeks and bird poop ate a hole in the paint? She tells me to wait 5 minutes and they will take care of it. I was already late for work. 20 minutes go by and I'm still waiting, so she tells me to bring it back when I have more time. I refused and left it to pick up later. I went and read the reviews and all the negative ones had the same experience as me! I called and told her I would be back on my lunch break at 2 pm. I get there at 2:15 pm and she tells me they are working on it. Not to mention the job itself was amateur work at best. You could see where the car was painted! The owner, who tells me he's been doing this for 47 years, says "it's called orange peel" when you see a texture to the paint. OK, except it didn't match the rest of the car! And now the strip is coming up around the door! Awful service all around. Not to be trusted.

The first time all hour collision tried to repair my car they failed. The bumper was missing paint and they said the tech who worked on the car burnt the paint. Despite there bad job I gave them another chance. When I went to pick my car up the second time around they failed again. The paint had pin holes in it and the grill was stained with Compound dust. I was forced to pick my car up and pay my deductible because they held my car hostage and bring it to a trusted shop, which I should have just done in the first place. Now I have to sort it all out. This shop is terrible and doesn t deserve to be a Geico shop. I have no idea how they became one and would like to know who decides how shops become it. Do not take your car here this shop is not to be trusted. If I could give this place minus stars I would but my app won t let me post this review unless I put at least one.

The staff at All Hour Collision are skilled professionals who put people first and deliver on quality. If you need auto work, make All Hour Collision your first stop. Period!This is the first auto-shop I've been to where I genuinely felt like they cared about my best interest. My brother referred me to them after they did a fantastic job on his car. I was skeptical because I always feel cheated by auto-shops, but they took great care of me and my vehicle, going above and beyond to get the best materials possible at prices that were much lower than what other shops quoted me. I was so impressed when I saw the finished product! I could not believe how much work they did on my car for the price I paid. My car looks so much better than I thought it could and runs superbly!

I have had two cars repaired at this body shop and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences. Naomi and Jack have been wonderful from beginning to end. They explain things thoroughly and had both my cars ready when promised. Both of my cars were returned to me looking brand new. Although this could be a very stressful experience, I have to say that it was entirely stress free. I highly recommend All Hour Collision.

Great people to deal with. They do great work. First got introduced to them a few hears ago. They did a great job on my car. Recently had another small issue and I knew, right away, I wanted All Hour Collision to fix my car. Didn't even think twice. Highly recommend!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HEREIf I could give them a zero I would. This has to have been the worse experience I ve ever received in terms of customer service. My car was rear-ended a week and a half ago, so Geico advised me to go here. Once I got the damage costs assessed by Geico, I went back and asked if it was possible to take the car and check other repair shops as $4500 seems very steep for a trunk, rear body and rear bumper repair. Before asking this, Naomi was very helpful and attentive, but after asking this she gave me a hard time for minor things like asking exactly what needed to be repaired in my car. I picked the car up today and the front and rear bumpers were off when they gave it back to me, since I ve never put one of these on, I asked if I could get some assistance and they proceeded to tell me that the hinges were destroyed in the car crash and wondered why exactly the claims adjuster didn t explain that to me. Since I couldn t just put the bumpers in the back seat of my car since it s a sedan, I attempted to put the bumpers on and wouldn t you know, not a single hinge was broken and went on just fine. The people that operate this shop simply care to make a profit off of you and their sense of customer service only goes as far as to fulfill that. If Geico suggests that you go to this repair shop, ask them if there is another site they can send you to.

I just picked up my truck this morning and it looks, drives, and even smells brand new. It was spotless, inside and out. Furthermore, they fought with the insurance company to have genuine Mopar parts installed on the car instead of aftermarket parts. I don't normally advertise for people, but All Hour is definitely high on my list of businesses I would endorse.

I had a wonderful experience at All Hour Collision! First I want to say how helpful and kind everyone was there. They made me feel right at home. My car turned out beautiful, it looked better than ever! My vehicle was finished in no time at all and I was very satisfied with the work. I would HIGHLY recommend All Hour Collision.

This body shop works with insurance companies to do the least amount of repairs possible. Any hidden damage or hard to notice won't be repaired. To get them to repair your car back to original is like pulling teeth. Also they scratch up your car while they work on it. Though the work they did do was of good quality.

Great shop !!!! I am more then extremely satisfied with the work done at All Hour Coillision. My car was not only completed in just 3 days but the work is above excellant. My car looks brand new !!!!! I cant thank Jack and his assistant enough for the hospitality extended to me during a what is usually a stressful situation. Highly recommend. Real professionals.

I have been sending my cars there for 20 years. Jack, Cynthia and Naomi are the best. I am very picky and in 20 years I have never had an issue with them or their work. Quality people, Quality work and Genuinely great people.

I'm a first time customer. Ofcourse I was waiting and expecting for something to be done wrong especially since I was going thru the driver who was at fault Insurance which was Geico. Well the Geico rep there handled the claim without any problems. And NIAOMI the representative from ALL HOUR took care of the rest. I had to bring it back cause of something small AND THERE WAS NO HESITATION SHE GOT ME IN RIGHT AWAY PROBLEM FIXED. I even had to take it back cause of some acid water stains on my hood due to me parking underneath LIRR bridge at a station. And they buffed out the hood without any charge!!!!!!!! I AM VERY THANKFUL, ALL HOUR MADE A BAD SITUATION INTO A EVER LASTING CUSTOMER. Although I'm in NO rush to get in an accident. But if I do I no where I'm going..Signed2012 White Jeep Grand Cherokee
