Great quality service and fair pricing. My family and I I have been getting work done here for 5 plus years and they have always took care of us. When I got my first car last year they fixed it up for me completely! Then I broke down one time and they came and got me with their tow truck. They were very understanding with me on pricing and working around my schedule. My cousin even got a used car from them, it was in great condition. They do tires, towing, brakes and inspections. So I had my car serviced here a few times and the costumer service has ALWAYS been top notch. They go above and beyond and will usually have you in and out fairly quick. JP, the mechanics and Evelyn, the receptionist are great! Their professionalism, care and consideration can t be beat. I have been a client over 5 years. 1st at their Freeport location, then the Marion Pl. location and even their Grand Avenue one as well. My mechanic Robert is the best. This shop provides Great work at reasonable prices and they re very honest. I needed a new engine on my 07 Explorer. Robert put it together, the car has been running great since. It s been 3 years. my experience was horrible, this shop charged me for work not performed and when I addressed it with the owner he was very rude, highly unprofessional, and just outright nasty, its better to go somewhere in which an owner has respect for their customers. The work order clearly showed labor hours added that was not done, if I had the time I would file a consumer affairs complaint.
