I was happy with the service of the mechanic shop. It was challenging to locate the facility's entrance, even with navigation. Once here, the parking was limited. There was no signage for where to enter. When we arrived, we walked through the opened shutter gates. It is interesting that after parking our vehicle, we must walk almost to the street to locate the main entrance. Otherwise, the mechanic was friendly and knowledgeable about his work, and there were no complaints. One thing, though, is that my car has two batteries, and the main battery died. To expedite the service, I had to purchase the battery myself and was only charged labor for installation. Shortly after, the accessory battery sent a warning signal to the dashboard that it was malfunctioning. Still, I have yet to return to make the mechanic check to ensure it is not an installation error. There is a restroom here but no additional parking. It seems additional parking must be on the street

There was a crabbing noise on my amg glc 43 for some time. I thought maybe it was the axle or something. But brought my car in and they found out it was the traction on the tires that was making the crabbing noise. This is a well known problem with the AWD Benz. I had Contisport tires on before and now I have Michelin Pilot Sport4s. My car is driving brand new now thanks to Royalty Auto repair.

Royalty Auto Repair is the best auto repair around. Great staff, they offer top-of-the-line customer service. The price is right with no surprises. Patrick, I guess the owner listened to my problem and before he speculate he says let me run a diagnostic on the car. Before he starts the job he explains the issue and gives me an estimate of what it would cost and how long it would take. I agreed to have it fixed and was about to call for a ride and he offered to give me a ride home. I received my car before time and the cost was right. The car is driving so much better. I have been to other auto shops before and the service was terrible. To some it up at Royalty you get value for your money at other shops you get misery for your moneyService: Air & cabin filter replacement

The work I needed done on my car was done quickly and efficiently. No extra surprise fees. Staff was professional and polite. Patrick and his wife over at Royalty Auto are truly kind hearted and very professional. They always provide great quality service in a good turn around time and at a decent price. One of the best mechanic shops on Long Island. Very honest repair shop. Family owned business. The best thing about it is they care about their reputation. They do things right the first time so there's no one upset with the work that was done. If there is anything else that needs to be done, they will let you know about it and either schedule your return visit or fix it on the spot. You can feel confident in paying for the service you get.

Royalty auto repair is the most amazing and reliable repair shop on long Island. I was in thr process of buying a used car and I used royalty auto as my subject matter expert before I signed the dotted line, Patrick was able to point out key issues that needed to be repaired with his state of the art BMW scan tool. He was able to point out that the dealer was being shady and had recently reset the check engine indicator. So far I have no issues with the car. Royalty serviced it after my purchase and I have to say I'm very thankful.

I went to New York and my car which I ve never had any problems with would not start. I googled repair shops close by and got this one. I had my car towed there . This shop is family owned and the couple was very nice. The wife drove us to get food. Long story short I drove home and the car felt different it was loud and dragging. I took it to a mechanic who said that the shop who repaired my starter forgot to put back on my engine mount. They claimed they fixed it and Royalty paid the bill. The noise did not go away. I took it to another shop and I had to repair my engine mounts. When I called Royalty I felt as if he was denying even having anything to do with this problem. $400 for parts and $450 for labor all because this shop messed up and didn t take full responsibility . Nice people but bad business practice. He knew it was his fault but he also knew I wouldn t come back because I lived too far.

I have been getting work done by this company for a little over a year now. Some of the services I have received include: a brand new A/C installation, front and rear brake changes, tire changes and rotations, oil changes, etc. My car hasn't been in such good shape since I brought it brand new in 2010. Their pricing is extremely reasonable! I've never left feeling cheated or overcharged. Patrick and his wife are true professionals - and the other staff members are equally awesome. They are always keen on fixing my car in a timely fashion, so that I am not without my vehicle for long; I also find that they use premiere parts and products on my vehicle, which keep it running extremely well. I have been to several other places and have NEVER been this satisfied. I recommend this auto repair shop to everyone who needs work or regular maintenance of their vehicle.

Royalty Auto Repair has saved my car and my sanity! Replaced my engine, my brakes, and just last week repaired the entire driver's side after a hit-and-run. Matched the paint, did a beautiful job, and then polished the whole car.Looks better than when I first bought it! All the while they work with class, integrity, and grace.

High quality service and repair was received. The pricing was fair. My only suggestion would be cleaning up the office and bathroom a bit more. But that's typical in autoshops.

Take it from someone out of state(SC to be exact), this business is honest, knows their stuff and is very fair on price. I wanted to buy an old Jeep and found this deal online from a private seller. A friend up there recommended Royalty Auto to do an inspection. Patrick did a thorough inspection for only $100, more complete than I was used to, sent me a complete list of issues then talked to me on the phone for 15 min. about what he would do in that situation. No joke, if I drive to the area in the future visiting friends and there's anything that needs to be done to my vehicle, I will make a special point to go there. I know this guy is meticulous and reasonable and doesn't make costly errors.

If you're looking for an honest, no-bullsh*t mechanic, go to Royalty Auto Repair and ask for Patrick. I had a strange vibration sound coming from what I thought was my instrument cluster and it as annoying as hell. Patrick was able to diagnose the issue and fix it same day. And I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. He still got me out same day. Great guy. Great wife. Real deal, family-run business. This is my new spot.

Royalty Auto is a nice friendly family owned and operated company. I took my 2013 Mercedes Benz in for wheel alignment and balancing. I was given a ride to the LIRR and was picked up later that evening. I am very pleased with their service.

Excellent service, good prices, fast service reliable, I bring my car to Patrick to fix it because I find out that I had put bad gas in my car. He replace my spark plugs and remove and install my fuel tank all that he did just with in a few hours and I couldn t ask for better service then that I will definitely go back.

Windshield ReplacementRoyalty Auto picked up my vehicle for the windshield replacement due to my hectic schedule, and returned my car after the work was complete. My windshield was replaced by Safe-light two years ago and Royalty noted that they had put in the wrong glass. My BMW is equip with rain sensors and automatic headlights that did not work after safe-light performed the work. Thanks to Royalty Auto, now everything works as it should and I have the right part for my car. When you want quality visit Royalty...

After going through several mechanics I returned to my trustworthy site, unfortunately I paid almost a thousand dollars and they did not solve my car problem either. I finally managed to repair it at home by watching tutorials and changing one of the valves that they replaced.
