Ordered Intake for my car off website. Although it said it was in stock, didn't deliver for over 3 weeks. The product itself is awesome. They did not provide any instructions. Sent an email with parts that appeared to be missing. Never opened or responded to email until I called them. Then they sent instructions. Great product, poor communication.

Very responsive. Had problems with my cable on car. They happily took my ECU, flashed it in house and we were all set. Called me after hours to make sure we were ok and that everything went well. You do not get service like this anywhere else these days... I would definitely recommend RK Tunes.

Alpina b6 wasn't running right after 135mph it wouldn't accelerate. After plugs and a dyno tune jordan and his team had the car running perfectly. No real customer service. Won t answer calls and answers given via emails are vague and repetitive. Send an ECU to flash, could not bench flash it and their software won t extract old tune that they installed initially via bench flash

Honestly I had given up on my car couldn t get it to run right Was recommend to RK ....... after a phone call with a young gentleman who worked there he assured me it would be taken Care of and set me up with an appointment they tuned and dialed the it in fun being the fastest out of my friend group big THANKS TO RK
