This place goes above and beyond! When you buy a used car you have to expect some problems .its a USED CAR! This mngmnt staff goes above and beyond to help their customers even way after leaving their lot. Most dealerships will not even bother with you once you drive off! Not this one. Their always there to help if needed and if any problems they offer many more then fair solutions to rectify! Ive bought 4 cars from them now! I trust them 100%

I bought a car from here exactly a year ago. The car had less than 65,000 miles. And the transmission went. Now I have to pay out of pocket 3,500$ I called the dealership to seek some help and why this would happen with having the car for only a year. And I was told, I m lucky it was only 3,500$. I m still paying off the car. I have no idea how I m going to come up with 3,500$. I m a single father. And this has been a disaster of an experience.

Anthony was probably the best salesperson I ve ever come into contact with. He was very transparent, tolerant, and patient. He was so helpful and got us a great deal on a great car. I m grateful for how easy the process felt because a lot of sales people will gut you lol. Thanks for everything!

I am not into writing reviews, however I DO NOT RECOMMEND LONG ISLAND MOTORS, Inc.The management is very dishonest, from the beginning they tried to apply an additional $3,600.00 warranty to car note without asking my permission. Two days after driving off the lot with the used 1500 Dodge Ram the muffler on the passenger fell off, on the 4th day the muffler on the driver side fell off. The bottom of the car is completely rusted out. After several attempts I finally spoke with the manager David and he said he would take care of the situation. I waited 3 weeks to see if would honor his words. Moral Compass doesn t exist!!!!!!Newest update: the left driver side rotor seized on me and I couldn t drive the truck. I had to have it towed and have all 4 rotors and brake pads replaced.In my opinion I believe they had the inspection falsified and I making an complaint with the NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE to investigate.WARNING: DO NOT TRUST

I love my new car! My husband and I came to Long Island motors to see a car that was advertised on line. Sadly it was sold.. Special thanks to the team.. Angel, Joann, Louis, and David. We started with Angel who gave us a few different choices and answered all our many questions.. Then we met Joann who went over all the pricing and really worked hard to get us the best price on this beautiful 2017 Ford Escape that was totally out of our price range. She totally made it work for us! Louis helped out so much by taking it to get inspected, and filling the tank that night instead of having us come back.. When we got it home, we noticed a tire was a bit worn, we called David the manager and he put all new tires no hassle no BS! I definitely recommend Long Island Motors!

MIGUEL AND JOANN ARE AWESOME!!! This place is great. They are patient and work with you to insure you have the best experience. They even went so far as to help us figure out what insurance works best for us. They understood although that wasn t their responsibility to do so, they wanted to make sure we were comfortable with making the car payments in the long run. My family and I went to multiple dealerships who weren t helpful because we couldn t afford the car we were looking for. But Miguel and Joann explained everything to expect and spent the whole day with us making the effort into getting the car we wanted. I am definitely recommending this place to my family and friends!!

Honestly wish I could give zero stars... Where do I even start, my sibling went here to purchase her very first vehicle recently and it was a terrible experience. Everything started of nice and finance seemed very helpful till they LIED to her and told her she needed to purchase a warranty. They made her put $3,000 on a extended warranty! Once she told me all of this I immediately knew that was a lie due to me working in the car business as well. 0nce I called them myself on behave of my little sister and told them to cancel the warranties they acted like they didn't know what was going on and told me they'd call back... Need less to say I had to call back THREE TIMES just to have the finance guy tell me he's not dealing with me nor helping her out because he doesn't know me even though I told him I was helping my sister and he looked up the deal and gave me information. I wouldn't recommend EVER buying a vehicle here they're shady and only care about putting money in their pockets! Terrible people.

This has to be the best car buying experience I've had to date. Absolutely no BS whatsoever! I've had so many bad experiences at dealerships in the past, and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with long Island motors. EXCELLENT customer service! Pablo, my salesman, was awesome! JoAnn in finance made me feel so comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I am so happy to be in my dream car, and I know I will definitely be back for another car in the future! Highly recommend!! Tell them I sent ya!!

I bought an Infinity Q50 from them. Beautiful car for a good price. I m a first time buyer but Jackie was very helpful and made the process super easy. She even got me a good deal on my insurance. Couldn t be happier with my new car or the experience. 100% recommended

I purchased a vehicle yesterday at Long Island motors and I could honestly say that this is one of the best life experiences that I ve had in my life. The level of professionalism that was displayed by all the employees once I walked in and the attentiveness to the details by my sales rep Angel Nieves and Joann the financial manager was excellent. i walked in a buyer and left there with a new family because of the genuine love and honesty that was shown to me by those two. they made a great team every step of the way, and I would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to give them your business because without a doubt you will leave this place happier than the way you walked in. I am forever grateful to have met you guys I will forever be spreading the good word of saints i encountered whenever Someone ask me WHERE DID YOU GET THAT CAR . Thank you guys once more.

The best people to work with , God bless them , from the manager to salespeople, and servicing. We worked with Pablo, he was very friendly and patient with us, answering our many many questions. He knew exactly what we needed and made sure we were comfortable with the price and financing. Jo-Ann was very personable and gave us a clear understanding of the financing. I am referring everyone I know that needs a car to them since I bought my car in October!!

Absolutely best staff. They are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Finance manager Joanne was a pure delight, everything I asked for was granted. She found me the best deal and bank that worked for me. Left lot same day with vehicle with no issues. Highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy crude yesterday. Both Joanne and Pablo were wonderful. Even though it took all afternoon it was what it was. I left so happy, because I wasn't expecting to actually get a car. Everything was explained in detail, I left with no questions or issues. So so happy, if you want a good previously owned car, and deal with trustworthy people go to along Island Motors.

Living further away, I was nervous driving out to Long Island if I would not be approved a loan. Miguel was FANTASTIC! He called and texted me to get all the information and run things through with his finance lady. They were able to approve me for a loan and were incredible FLEXIBLE when I had to reschedule the first appointment due to an emergency. Unfortunately the car I was going use as a trade in broke down the same day and needed extensive work. Miguel was wonderful, kind, and checked into make sure I was alright, even after knowing I wasn t going to make it out to Long Island. Based one hat I experienced remotely and the great Google reviews, I would recommend this place to friends who live on the Island. Thanks for your understanding, concern, and kindness. Today was one of the greatest days of my life. I'm so thankful GOD used Brother Miguel and Mr Winston to take a few hours out there day to help me purchase a vehicle under there brand. I am only 20 years old with no credit & not too long of a driving history yetMiguel , was able to come up with a secure solution which enabled me to exit his dealership same day.I highly recommend trying them out , see for yourself why Miguel and Winston are the best.

I went here wanting to purchase a 2007 Toyota Camry and left with a 2016 Hyundai Accent. Pablo was able to help me choose the right car that fit in my budget. Not only that, he assisted me and my family with all the million questions we had. In addition, we seen the Carfax report which made me make the correct decision towards the end. On the other hand, Jo-Anne gave me a clear understanding on the monthly payments. The manager was amazing too! Overall, everyone was super helpful! I HIGHLY recommend!! Ask for Pablo!! :)

Such shady sales techniques. first the vehicle I was interested in was listed as 21,995 and the blue book was 19,500 but it was in good condition so I drove 43 miles one way to get it. Finally test drive it, good truck. I sit down for the paperwork and there's a new number. $27,225. Not the number we agreed on. After I said I was no longer interested they ran my credit after I said I was paying cash and the salesman wanted my debit card for some reason. Overall shady place. Go anywhere else

I had zero expectations walking in here but ended up walking out with my DREAM car!!! The entire staff went above and beyond to help me stay within what I could afford and getting me in a car that I absolutely fell in love with!!! Especially Pablo- he really helped to see it through smoothly and made sure I was comfortable. He was extremely honest and not pushy how typical salesmen can be. I will be recommending anyone looking to go here in the future!

Their inventory is great! Very good looking cars with reasonable prices. The staff were very accommodating and professional. They ensured that I was going to be in the car that I wanted. Just purchased a Kia Optima 2016 walked in was greeted by Pablo. There were some difficulties with the numbers but after working with Pablo and Eddie we were able to come to an agreement. Story doesn t end there had issues getting insurance through my current auto insurance and waited over an hour to get my insurance card. Eddie offered my wife and dinner while we waited. When I mean customer service was above and beyond that s exactly what you get. Fair prices and superb customer service!!! I would definitely be purchasing my next car here and I would definitely recommend it!

All the staff was courteous and professional. Pablo Courtade is an amazing Salesperson! He worked hard to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and I left there satisfied! Would recommend LI Motors in W Babylon (and Pablo of course...) to ANYONE looking to purchase a vehicle. I LOVE my Honda Civic! 5 Stars! 2 Thumbs Up!

This place looks good on the outside but is not! The financing will run your credit with banks you didn't ask for, even when you come in with your own pre approval and tell them specifically what you want. When you have issues and try to reach them they bang the phone on you. Bought a car that they were supposed to fix something on, went there 3 times to get the run around. A scamming place. Stay away.
