HASSEL auto body is a top notch body shop. Doug and his crew handled my car accident repair and all my custom modifications for my cars. I have been coming here for over 20 years. Best there is 100%

They do great work, and have such an amazing staff. I brought my car that is less than two months old in for a small scratch on my door and Ryan was able to get it out completely! He did it all for free, which was so kind of him, and took the time to do it right when I walked in. I also got another car fixed here a month ago which was in a minor accident and they did amazing body work on the car, and even fixed some older scratches that had been there for awhile and were not part of the accident (for no extra charge). They have amazing customer service, always answer their phones (Kathy at the front is very sweet) and have very fair pricing. They were the cheapest I found when looking to fix the body work on our car. Highly recommend Hassell Auto Body!

I cannot say enough good things about Hassell Auto Body. They just completed a repair for me and took care of every detail and explained all the steps to me along the way. They made sure all my parts were in before the repair was started, set up my rental vehicle, kept me in the loop along the way and even returned the rental for me. Hassell made everything super easy and convenient for me. The repair was top quality, and my car was beautifully detailed upon pickup. All the employees were so nice and a big shoutout to Stacy who really walked me through every step. I would highly recommend anyone to Hassell Auto Body! Thank you so much!

Wow... what can I say.. the service... they make your car look not only look brand new but spotless, flawless. I am so happy with my results.. go to Hassell before you go anywhere else, you are treated with respect and individually. Any questions they are happy to help you.

Our experience working with Hassell Auto Body was outstanding! They were thorough, experienced with insurance companies and fast. We specifically want to note their Adjuster, Ryan was wonderful to work. He s clearly and expert in his field and helped to ensure our vehicle was returned to us in perfect condition while communicating updates and details along the way. This place was recommended to us to go and get our car seat professionally installed and it did not disappoint. James Wood did a wonderful job of not only putting in the car seat but explaining everything he was doing every step of the way. It was all free of charge but make sure to tip him because the service is worth it. We will definitely be back again with our other car and future car seats!!

I went in yesterday 10/16 just to have my carseats installed. Everyone was so friendly. I didn t need an appointment. The receptionists let me know what hours the mechanic was available and that they would call me if he happened to go out on a tow.I didn t wait at all once I got there around 1pm. James Wood installed 2 carseats for me at no charge. The seats were so secure. He gave me advice and even fixed an issue we were having with the straps on one of the seats.The service at this auto body shop was great and now my husband and I plan to use them for any services we may need in the future. Highly recommend!!

I called to change the emblems on my car and asked if they could install my mudflaps. I arrived and they took my car on short notice as well, and did the job quickly. Everyone was beyond nice, the woman at the front was so kind even offered my daughter and I drinks and a bagel / munchkins. As i waited for the car, i noticed They were also very helpful with other guests coming in with car accident fixes/ etc. There was also a Boy Scouts car wash going on, very nice of them. After my car was completed Hassell also cleaned it. A small request and they delivered great customer service, conversation, and an overall positive experience. I recommend this auto body repair to everyone.Service: Body & Trim

I can t believe it s taken me so long to find Hassell - and specifically James! I am a mother of 2 young children and recently tried cleaning one of my convertible car seats. When I tried putting it back together, I realized I had done it wrong. After calling my local firehouse- I was referred to James at Hassell. He not only fixed my car seat, but properly positioned it in my car. He explained in detail each step and assured me that anytime I needed help to give him a call. I was truly blown away by his knowledge and kindness and am so grateful to now have a safe car seat for my baby!!

Wonderful experience. We were crunched for time as my son needed his car to go back to school. Stacey was on it!! She not only had the car done promptly, but 3 days ahead of schedule. Front staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Cathy was great in helping us through the process. Highly recommend.

I went to have my daughter s car seat installed by their technician James Wood. He was very helpful, informative, and reviewed how to properly adjust the seating for her. I highly recommend to have him install your child s car seat to ensure their safety. Very friendly and warm atmosphere at the body shop. Thanks again, James

It s amazing to know there are still companies in the auto body industry that value quality care and hard work. I had my car taken in for repair and it started off with a few smiles welcoming me as i walked in. Everyone that i met look like they truly appreciate their career in this office and all work very effectively as a team unit. It s a great vibe and i was helped then by a gentlemen named Ryan. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I knew my car was in the right hands after our first meeting. Ryan and the Hassle team made the experience seamless and easy to understand. True professionals of the auto body industry. I will add photos when i have my car back. I couldn t have better things to say about the quality of work that Hassell Auto Body provides. After a pretty bad accident with one of my work trucks, I found Hassell Auto Body through the very high reviews as well as being rated Best Of Long Island continuously. Doug & the team made me feel very comfortable by keeping me updated with the entire process of with fixing my truck and what was involved. The result far exceeded my expectations when I saw the truck that looked better than when I first purchased it!

My car was hit while parked on the street. I have spent the last 3 months dealing with the fallout. I have been navigating between the person who hit me and multiple insurance companies. I can't tell you helpful Hassell Auto Body has been in helping me through this situation. My car was totaled and sat in their lot for 3 moths without them making any money off repairs. Hopefully I will never be in this situation ever again but if I am, I will definitely go back to Hassell.

After my car was repaired at Hassell Auto Body, my car looked better than new. The staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Doug, the owner, makes the experience less stressful. He explains what's needs to be done in a thoughtful manner. It's a top-notch body shop.

I brought my car into Hassell for a repair consultation and I really felt that my needs were being considered. Hassell helped me understand my rights as a consumer with my insurance company and they helped explain all of the options that were available to me. Hassell Auto Body is by far the most reliable and trustworthy choice for fixing your car after an accident. The staff are all friendly professionals who take pride in making your car safe to drive and beautiful. They never use after market parts because the quality and safety are not as good as original parts. They have the equipment and expertise to get all the safety features of your car calibrated perfectly. I see the cars that are going back to clients and they look better than when they were new. It's amazing what a great job the team at Hassell Auto Body does for their clients. I brought my car there. I brought a family member's car there. I highly recommend Hassell Auto Body.

Got into an accident and hassells came to my rescue! They picked me up from my accident, towed my car and everything was covered directly by insurance. Hertz is 3 doors down so I left that same day with a rental. Amazing service and very friendly staff. Bob made everything go by smoothly. They even detailed my car and cleaned the interior! 100% recommended to anyoneService: Steering & suspension repair

There aren't enough stars to rate this auto body shop. I love it so much. Usually, having to get your car fixed is a nuisance. But, I actually enjoyed getting my car repaired at Hassell Auto Body. I have no words to express how incredible Doug and the whole staff is. They really care about you and they make you feel like you are part of the family. The guys that work on your car are artists, perfect and beautiful workmanship. I had to get a dent on my right bumper fixed and needed a touch up on my right door, the repair was flawless.Doug is the most amazing person you could meet. He really cares about you and makes sure everything goes smoothly. He follows up with everything and ensures that the customer is satisfied with the service. I'm currently writing this review for my mom, Denise Schneider.Hassell is the GREATEST Auto Body Shop. They have the most Fantastic Team of Workers! Everybody does a great job!You will never have to worry about dishonesty. Doug is the most honest person in the business. Their work is EXCEPTIONAL In making your car look like brand new!The beautiful, young women in the office are great, they are so smart, knowledgeable and pleasant in the office and on the phone! They really know how to take care of your needs and insurance questions.I would tell everyone to make Hassell Auto body your first choice when choosing a place to bring your vehicle! I've been a long time customer of Hassell Auto Body and here's the reason, my car was bumped in a parking lot and my bumper and quarter panel became slightly misaligned. I stopped to speak to Doug or Bob ( both are extremely professional, kind and friendly). They took the 10 minutes to re-align my bumper and reattach a piece. Both refused any compensation because that's the kind of family, community friendly business they have built. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. They stand behind every repair they do. Once again, Doug and the folks at Hassell have outdone themselves! I just cannot be more impressed with an auto body place than this one here. I ve been a loyal customer of theirs for more years than I d like to admit (shows my age) and refuse to part ways. Between Hassell s caring and friendly employees, their excellent workmanship, and their concern for your time and lack of having a car, they are number one in my book! Hassell is a company who really cares about their work as well as their customers and their safety! They even install car seats for free (every one I ve ever had in all 3 vehicles)! They are so pleasant and accommodating! What a great crew! They are so confident in their work that Hassell guarantees it as long as you own your vehicle. So thank you again to everyone at Hassell for another job beyond well done. You can sure turn an unpleasant experience (my smashed car) into a positive one! I cannot begin to express my gratitude!

Both my wife and son had accidents within a 2 month period . I had both of the cars brought to Hassell Auto Body . Doug was the absolute best . He handled getting every taken care with insurance, got me set up with rentals through the insurance company then got made our cars back to us in a timely fashion looking brand new . There is a reason this business is voted best auto body for like 10 years straight .Service: Body & Trim

They demonstrated understanding of my concerns, worked with me to resolve the problems and showed mastery of their trade while meeting a promised schedule and did the work for a great price.Hassell is a great auto body shop. My car s fuel door wouldn t open and I brought it to Hassle Autobody shop for an estimation. An employee there named Doug quickly fixed my car s issue and he did with no charge.
