My experience at Fleetpride was fantastic!! It was just where I expected it to be, which is nice because I hate surprises. The guys at the counter are SUPER handsome, but do NOT try to hug them. No matter how good they are at finding the part you need or how handsome they are, they are strongly opposed to hugs... Unless it's just me, in which case I need to do some self reflection.

I ordered 4 batteries for my Peterbilt on Friday at 1030am. The gentleman assured me that I would get them delivered by the end of the day. We never recieved them. The next day, (today) I called them at 1145am to find out what happened. They had me on hold until 1201pm. When the man finally picked up, he said he cant help me until Monday. It was obvious to me, that he did not want to take any more calls anymore and kept me on hold until they closed. Absolutely terrible customer service. They messed up the delivery and to compound the problem they pulled this.
