Ordered an A.R.E bed cap through ENAS, great service! John and his crew are the best, very knowledgeable about their products. Price wasn t all that bad either. Very grateful!

Wish I could give zero stars, brakes and rotors done in 2022 and just had to have them replaced again! Should have just went to my mechanic but went there because it was convenient..never again will I use East Neck for anything

I had a sizable nail in my front tire. Saw some good reviews and decided to go. John helped me immediately saying, "we can fix that". He took my jeep in and in less than 15 minutes it was all fixed. He charged me $20 and refused to take extra as a tip. I said I would write a 5 star review since he wouldn't take my money. I could not have been more pleased from start to finish! I will definitely go back for any future tire needs.

Visit Date: November 19, 2020So my tire light came on and I famously ignored it as I tend to do because I like to run around like a lunatic and over extend myself until it was pretty much flat. I got in the car on Thursday morning and hoped to get my son to nursery school and to a tire place safely. I saw East Neck Auto and turned around after I bought my son to school to drop in.They took my car real fast (which I always appreciate) and had the tire fixed (maybe plugged) I'm clueless with car tires and auto stuff in maybe a half hour probably less. It was $20 to fix the tire and I appreciated the honesty of the business. I was expecting to pay a few hundred for some new tires.I gave the guy a $10 tip said thank you and promised a good review for their service which I am writing now.As a woman it feels good to know of honest shops out there especially when it comes to cars. I'm getting a divorce so if my father, brother or brother-in-law (maybe future boyfriend if I get one) aren't going to be around to come with me for a car repair or car service it's good to know of a shop out there that won't be looking to snow me because I'm a female.I'll be moving to Nassau County but will still be visiting the area to pick up my son when I have him so if I need a repair and I'm this way this is the shop I'll come to!

John and his team are nothing short of exceptional in their professionalism and quality of work. My entire family uses ENAS for major repairs and simple procedures like oil changes. John always makes sure he's straight-forward and doesn't hesitate to give his opinion when repairs can cost a lot of money. I trust him and his team and will continue to use their services.

Great Full Service auto shop. Very professional, thorough, amicable, clear and concise. The work they did on my 2003 Jeep Cherokee is top notch. John took the time to clearly explain the work that was being done, I didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything. Would recommend this auto shop to my own mother. And the turn around time is always very reasonable.

My wife and I spend the winters in Florida. She had to come back to New York recently for her six month scan. The morning of the scan she discovered the car had a flat tire. She managed to get the car to John. Who we have been using since we moved to West Babylon 6 years ago. He knows my wifes history. He immediately took care of the tire and did not charge her. In addition, he assured her that he is available 24/7 if she needs him during her stay. Its nice to know that some people still care and believe in service and relationships beyond the dollar. Do not let the "gruff" exterior fool you, there is a genuine caring human being in there.Thanks John!Marvin

Worked with Mike picking an ARE cap for my F150. Mike went through all options and explained all details. Order time was quicker than expected and installation was fast, clean and complete. The owner was friendly and safety-minded. East Neck has many other truck accessories (like Decked, bed covers, lighting, etc.). Highly recommended and I will definitely return.

John was good at first and then i realized that he s a angry old man who just talks down to you and degrades you. I went here several times and the last time was my last for good. There s no reason to put dealership parts on a truck that s 8 hrs old when aftermarket parts work great. I had my starter go abruptly about a month ago and they saved my butt! Towed my car, fixed it up, picked me up and drove me to the shop to pick up my car when they were finished! Took less than a day, so friendly and reliable! My brakes just went and they're able to take it first thing in the morning. Absolutely the best local shop if you're looking for accommodating, affordable and prompt service.

Told them I heard noise when steering. They called me back and said I needed rack and pinion, $1100.00 worth of work. I bring it to my regular mechanic who said I didn t need that repair and only had leaks which would only cost $480 bucks. Yeah they tried to rip me but all they got was a lousy review and never going back. Not even for an oil change. Screw them.

"Poor to Horrible" would be a better way to describe the quality of this shop, beware of all of these happy comments. Maybe they're good with truck caps but I went to these guys for 2 tires and they COMPLETELY DESTROYED the face of one of my wheels after they used a blowtorch to remove one of the bolts (they ended up torching the face of the wheel instead). After speaking with John, he told me that "the wheels were already marked up" (some clearcoat peel and a few rock chips) and that there was nothing he could do. This is after spending $372 to have 2 new tires put on the front of my car and 1 of my other tires swapped to a different rim that I brought with me. Very poor service all around and an even worse attitude (John got real defensive when I showed him the burnt up wheel) when it came to addressing the problem his shop created. NEVER going back and would not recommend to anybody.

It's a pleasure doing business with the team at East Neck. I've been a customer since 2015. From a new Cap for my Silverado, Lift Kit, enhanced exhaust, brakes, tires and general maintenance. I own several work and personal vehicles and John fixes and maintains all of them. East Neck Auto is nothing but professional, curtious and honest. Fairly priced and more importantly problems diagnosed and fixed properly with no upsell.. Highly recommend!!

I think that most people are not proactive in caring for their vehicle, especially if it's an older one. I have found John to be upfront, thorough and honest. If it costs more than you thought...it's probably been neglected and John will make it right.

I would like to thank John for being an amazing person. There was a 92 year old man stuck in SHOPRITE parking lot. I walked over to see if someone could come over and jump the car. He said someone would be over shortly. He came himself and got the man's car started. We need more caring people like John in 9tese times. Thank you again for being and amazing person

Good 'ol fashioned accomodating service..I had special needs with my corporate card for an alignment w/a company car going outta state.. They did an estimate with paperwork involvement which was a bit extra work than usual but they went through things all the way and did a good job with the alignment as well.

Reliable staff. Standard prices for oil change.Dropped the car off. They called in 45 min. Picked the car up. 1, 2,3 just the way i like it

This place is really great. John is always accommodating. I have children and john knows my car carries them. I know he is pricey but i know my car is safe on the road

There the best I've ever used in my 40 year's of getting my cars repaired when other shops couldn't find the problem they did and they repaired my vehicles correctly and at reasonable prices I wouldn't go anywhere else

Been here several times, but today they went above and beyond. I had a leak in my rear driver side tire and they checked all my tires and found a nail in both rear tires. I will never go anywhere else.

I got my a r e cap glass replaced here. twice the cylinders that came with the cap failed . but joe replaced them no questions asked promptly
