White horse automotive was a fantastic location. We worked with Mike and he was welcoming, worked with us and was very very patient with both us and the banks! I would 10/10 recommend going to see Mike for a car! He was willing to give us a call when the bank officially got back to them. When the other employees were not occupied by other customers they made great conversation and made our experience absolutely amazing! We will be going back for all future car needs! Thank you so much for an amazing experience and amazing car!

Love My Truck! Great Transaction!! Chris gave me a great deal on my 2017 GMC Sierra! Fast and accurate. Crunched numbers and got me exactly what i asked for. A++++ Will Definitely purchase from White Horse again!

Well I did something I thought I'd never do and that is buy a car without driving it first. I saw what I wanted , put a down payment on it and after reading the reviews. Chris/ Mike were nice to do business with on the deal. I drove from Williamsport, Pa. It was everything they said. I had ABS problem driving home and contacted them, they paid in my hometown to have it repaired, I believe it was not a covered item under warranty. That was nice of them. The car was in new condition and they forgot to run it in for detailing and deducted another $50.00 towards staining on both front seats, again so appreciative. If purchasing in the future I'd be sure to go on their site again. Rick, finance manager to the gal across from him all very nice to work with.

Simply amazing. I bugged the owner for months, looking for the perfect car. I mNot an easy sale as my list of needs and wants is long and specific. Chris always answered my questions, always talked numbers, always had time for me. Finally - he found my perfect car. Immediately sold. He listens to his customers and jumps through hoops. He stays late, answers calls and texts all hours, and his detailing guy is superb at cleaning them for pickup. This is our second vehicle purchased here - and he s done everything he could for us both times. I would have been $200 more a month anywhere else. Chris gets the job done and is a great guy!

I had reached out to Chris asking about a specific Subaru I saw online and unfortunately he already had someone coming to look at it this morning, but when that person canceled their appointment this morning, he very promptly gave me a call and within 3.5 hours I was driving home in my new Subaru Forester! All around a great group of gentlemen working there, all extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!!

I went into White Horse just tire kicking and after seeing the amazing professionalism of the staff and talking with Chris we struck up a deal on my trade that was so amazing I think I may have almost fallen to the floor. Chris was amazing not only through the buying process but even afterwards. Pointed out something I not anything noticed until an hour before pick up and took care of it without any hassle. If your looking for a great small dealership with true values this is the place to go. I am beyond happy with my dealings and highly recommend to everyone!

Chris was amazing. This was the smoothest transaction for a car that I've ever had. He was patient with us , kind and really showed he cared . Within 10 minutes we were approved at a great rate, better than my friend who's a manager at the same bank we got the loan at. We will definitely be doing all our car buying needs and service for years to come at White Horse Auto

Having consistent problems with a vehicle, that I had been told has been having issues since before we acquired it from the dealer, had to bring back 3 times after it supposedly being fixed. After being stuck with the vehicle itself due to immense pressure to purchase the vehicle by my gf from her recent ex bf. The dealership disregarded anything that she said towards wanted to be out of the deal. And sold an over priced vehicle with no way to remedy the situation, not one bit. Making many ask, you paid that much where???, even including standard dealer fees. For a car over 11 years old.

But a beautiful 2015 Chevy from an awesome dealership in Avon, NY. I tried to do a seemingly simple upgrade to ky truck and we'll it wasn't. I called the guy's at Whitehorse and asked if they could help, they said of course. I totally expected to pay for their services and they said no charge that they would do it for me for free. You just don't get customer service like that any more. Awesome people, great cars, highly recommended them.

I had the best experience buying a truck here. Chris and everyone there were so nice and help. All the vehicles are priced fair and ready to go. Once I decided on the truck, they took care of everything. Great financing. I would 100% recommend them to everyone I know.

Phenomenal and professional atmosphere! Everyone was amazing to work with. In and out in 2 hours and left with the vehicle same day! Gave me the MOST for my trade! I wish there was 10 stars!

definitely should ve went to a different dealership. bought a wrx and it had to be serviced the same day i bought it and towed to subaru. where it stayed there for 5 months was making payments for a car i didn t even drive tried to get a hold of people there and it was always transfer to this person transfer to that person. have had to take my car into the shop 2 other times since i ve had it for the same reason. even though subaru just put a new engine in tried to call it in as lemon law and they said it wasn t. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY or TIME HERE

Purchased a stellar condition vehicle from Whitehorse automotive today. I've purchased used, I've purchased brand new. This is the first time I've left a dealership knowing I was treated so fairly. Fair pricing and vehicles are in really nice shape.....and they make sure they are in good shape. My first great experience buying a vehicle. Great sales staff. I will be a repeat customer.

Originally was thrilled with the trade in I was offered for my truck. My new car an Audi Q5 had issues off the bat. Was told to bring it to the in house mechanic Rick, where issues (brake sensor, oil consumption a quart every two weeks) were swept under the rug, a service in July was not even documented. The last time I took my car there It was repaired without my consent and would not start when I went to pick it up. Now less than 15,000 miles later the car has failed and had to be towed to Audi. The warranty company will not cover this. I reached out to Chris who stated I needed to reach out to Rick. White Horse does not stand behind what they sell nor is there an attempt to make things right. Don't be thrilled with the trade in...get everything inspected by your own mechanic. I believe if I had taken this vehicle to a different mechanic a lot would have been discovered within the 30 days. Yet was told I would save the $100 deductible if white horse serviced it. You can't trust everyone. I am now making payments on an inoperable vehicle.

WOW !!! Where do I begin ! I m from buffalo. Did this whole deal on the phone with Ron. Traded in my car. Drove up to Rochester could not have been a better day. Seriously this was the easiest car buying experience ever. The guys at Whitehorse rock !!! And the inventory was out of this world. Everything u could ask for from high power sports cars to big . Trucks. Two words LOVE LOVE LOVE opps that s three but really great place to buy a car. I Will all ways check Whitehorse inventory for my next car purchase !!! Five stars

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Chris Bill!! He helped me get out of a tricky situation and went above and beyond not only as a cars sales man but as a friend. Anytime I had a problem they fixed it immediately for me!! They take care of the customers!! Highly suggest seeing Bryan he s a wonderful person and is amazing at what he does!!
