After visiting family in the area. I went head home and gauges did not work on my 2000 BMW 328i. Talked to Josh (the owner) and he said to bring it by and he would check it out. When I arrived he stopped what he was doing spent a few minutes to talk to me about the problem. He spent around 20 minutes evaluating the car and indicated he found 3 blown fuses. He replaced them free of charge. Great place, if I ever have car trouble visiting again I would definitely go here first.

This is the best place for all your automotive care, Josh and his staff are honest, knowledgeable mechanics, would highly recommend them to all. It's the only place we go to now,have been going there over 1 year, and very pleased with their work, knowledge and fantastic service

Truth and Grace was the only shop around willing to quote my MASSIVE repair. 2013 F150: Exhaust manifolds, both sides, both turbos, and associated hardware. It was a multi-day job and after calling 6 shops in Rochester I called T&G.It was an expensive job, but it would have been WAY worse at the FORD dealer. Truck is so much quieter, getting better mileage, and running like new again. Thanks T&G for the clear communication and updates along the way.

I really like how personable they are. They don t just do extra work and charge you without telling you like other garages. But they call and tell you if more work should be done and say how much it ll be which I really appreciate. Josh did a great job diagnosing and repairing what issues my truck had and to my surprise, the price was affordable. I was in and out when I was expecting it to take a lot longer. I was recommended to this shop by a friend and I highly recommend anyone else to use his services! Also, the waiting area with chairs is an extra bonus as you can watch them work on your vehicle right in front of you

Truly impressed. As a female that knows nothing about her vehicle I always feel uncomfortable at auto shops. This was NOT the case here at Truth and Grace. I was treated very kindly, had prompt service and everything was explained clearly.I highly recommend these guys - I've already booked my next appointment with them!

Amazing service, Josh is professional and kind, and did everything I asked for and more, he went ahead and fixed some minor issues that other shops left behind. He was able to fix my very complicated control arms situation, with some bolts seized because of rust and needing to be cut off.I highly recommend his services to anyone, Truth and Grace is a pearl among auto repair shops!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brake service & repair
