They left the dipstick up after an oil change and lots of oil is all over the engine and my driveway, they haven't called me back one week after I left a message.

I went to this location to have warranty work done and have new tires installed. Needless to say they got installed but I don t think I will ever get the rims off to do rotations. The lug nuts are so tight that even a 1200 lb impact wrench will not remove them. And if that s not frustrating enough I call to see if they can have someone loosen the lug nuts quick and torque them properly so I can get back to doing my rotation and the shops response is we don t do walk ins, you will have to make an appt. all I wanted was for them to loosen them and get me on my way and that was too much to ask. I Guess customer service and fixing a issue they created is not high on there priority list. Will never step foot on this place or any bob Johnson for that matter. Fingers crossed I don t get a flat before I can get to a different shop to have them loosen the lug nuts because if I do I ll be stranded and unable to change the tire.

Meh. We got a good deal on a new truck but buying parts is a nightmare. It took a half hour to pick up parts, first go to the parts desk, then to the service desk for paperwork, then to a third desk to get checked out. Might want to set aside time and pack a snack if you go here for ANYTHING!

My wife and I have leased 2 vehicles from there. They were very easy to work with. We get both if our cars serviced there as well. They do fantastic work.

Customer service in the parts department was pathetic. Walked in needing a part, walked out needing the same part. The gentleman who "helped" me was more concerned about eating his crackers than finding a solution to my problem.

Went down and spoke to sales manager and put deposit on a truck, and then sold the truck to someone else and returned our check with out even a phone call! Awful communication at this place!
