Mr. Yousey made a big negative impact on my family s life the past year or so. His shop is very close to the house I took it there for inspections and little things as I first moved here. We are a young couple with a disabled child and 1 car. It s a small hometown and chris would tell me he could help at anytime and made it seem like he genuinely cared. My fianc� was in a car accident and we had them tow it to him. Chris told us a few different things and gave us a car he had to hold us over. Which we also got a ticket for that not being registered. He let us use that car for four months which seemed nice but why was it taking so long. We finally got through to the geico agent and they told us everything Yousey was saying was a lie and they paid him the repair money MONTHS ago. I called him and told him I want my car back this week and I want it fixed he said no problem. Picked it up the next day and yea the outside looked good but the insides of the car were never messed with. Took it to another shop and there was more problems than initially right after the accident and had to pay thousands we didn t have to get it fixed just to be able to drive and my family has been behind. However when he was holding our car for four months it was obviously somewhere just getting corroded and cooked. There has been so many problems since then with it and a hardworking family tryna save money, farm, and make it long term has been so held back while he probably took that check and had a blast. He knew my family s situation, he knew we have no other family to help with a ride in the state of New York, he didn t care, and he messed a lot up for us. Took me a while to be able to write this without more anger and emotion in this because when I called he didn t care he had attitude and sounded happy he got one over on us. Anyone in Ava that would wanna talk about this if they don t believe me I would love to talk about it with countless other locals that followed with me the whole way through this. Chris Yousey is not a trustworthy mechanic. Chris Yousey is not a man with good morals.

Absolutely amazing work and outstanding customer service. If you're looking for a shake your hand and look you in the eye, my word is my bond kind of mechanic, this is the place to go. 100% will be going back for any work that I need
