I needed new calipers. Ordered them from here and they had them in for me the next morning. It was slightly more expensive by $70 than ordering them from my regular parts store online. I didn't have to wait a week for the parts though. Had them the next morning which was super convenient. They have ample parking. Everyone was very helpful. They have a wide variety of parts on hand aswell. They loan specialty tool,they perform free electrical testing and free check engine light testing as well.

Took a tire ga. back cause dial stayed at last reading. Bought in fall of 23 used very few times.Was told warranty off so I m out of luck.my old ga.was many yrs old and finally quit.they lost costumer b/c of employee lack of knowledge for doing business.

First time in this store. (Auburn NY)Went in for a set of windshield wipers. Destiny was awesome!She greeted me as soon as I walked in, and helped me find everything I needed, as well as provide her recommendation for which wipers I should go with.Store was clean, bright, well organized.I was also impressed with their covid-19 policies posted on their front doors.They take the safety of their customers and employees seriously, which is important to me. I ll definitely be shopping here again.

We were looking for an auto part of course. Called around and shopped online. Most people didn't have it in or had no idea how to look up the part. We went to O'reilly. They didnt have it at their location but got it to us in about 2.5 hours. Paid 50 dollars less than other places charged. And then it turned out that part wasnt the issue. Returned it and got something else. Easy peasy. No hassles. Money was even back in account same day. I cant say all their prices are cheap but its always worth checking because you do find good prices.

I just love it there so much! I love that there's girls that work there and they actually know what the hell they're talking about! I love that Destiny came out to my car and helped me do something that I couldn't figure out how to do! If the manager is reading this Destiny deserves employee of the month!!!

If I could give less than a one star I would. I went in today to get parts for my vehicle and had to come back three different times from about 15 minutes away. I had both of my young kids with me and what an inconvenience. The third time my mechanic finally looked up the part numbers himself to give to the associates there to make sure I was able to get the correct part. Two different employees got the parts wrong. Glen knows exactly what he s talking about. Glen is awesome, has great customer service skills, as well as actual knowledge of vehicles so he knows right away when something isn t correct. If he didn t work there, I would honestly never go back there again. It would make sense for the person in charge to be someone who actually knows cars. I could work for O Reilly but would be zero help to the customers. What purpose does that actually serve? Please train your employees so that they can get it right the first time! Not three times later.

I needed my battery replaced immediately in my 05 Mercury Mountaineer, so I called O'Reilly while I had the engine running because once I shut it off, it wasnt going to start again. They had the battery i needed in stock, so i drove straight there, bought the battery, and they even installed it for me. The associate that replaced it for me was very professional and knew his stuff when it came to vehicles. I was very happy with the service as i had my children in the truck with me.

Needed a part out of stock late on a Saturday evening. They were able to get the part at 10:00 am on a Sunday morning.Glenn and Joel both provided excellent customer service. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable and bends over backwards to help!

Terrible customer service and lack of knowledge. I was given the wrong part which I attempted to install and came back to return just to get attitude from a worker named (ALICE) she was a old short lady and was utterly rude and unapologetic for their mistake. I will never buy from this company or recommend anyone to do business with this company again. Do yourself the favor and take the mile drive down grant ave to advanced auto they re much nicer people and they actually have a brain cell or two to simply look up the correct part on a computer.

Stopped in from out of town and Joel and his crew fr the Auburn store were absolutely amazing at replacing our brand new key fob battery. This place and Joel are top notch!!!!!!
