Their prices are great and the guys working the front are very polite. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, they forgot to top off my windshield washer fluid and I ran out a week or so later. Not the biggest deal. I went in recently for an inspection and when I got my car back that s when I noticed the dirty marks from soiled hands on my cloth interior and windshield. Not sure if I will go back or go elsewhere. Poor attention to detail.

I made an appointment for morning.My vehicle was brought right in for an inspection. I was sent text updates. Also offered a fresh cup of hot coffee. They never try to sell a service unless they show me it's truly needed. Thanks Mike

THANK YOU! Midas is the only place in Auburn that didn t give me a run around! Was able to make an appointment with no issues and got everything I needed done within an hour! Wonderful customer service! 10/10!

Great service! Scheduling was easy and they completed everything I needed quickly. With a fleet vehicle I have used many vendors but they are consistently the best ones in the area.

This was only my second time using Midas for work on my car. Both times, I was treated with respect. I didn t feel like I was ripped off or taken advantage of. Very friendly staff and quick service. I appreciate a place where no matter how busy they are, they are very friendly. While waiting for my car to be ready I saw interactions with people who I assume are repeat customers and were talked to like friends, not just customers. I will definitely come back for future work.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Pleasant employees!They inspected my car and the things I thought I would need done did not. I did need tires which I thought was a possibility. I wasn t oversold on products, talked to like I m some dumb girl ( which has happened as other places ) and was informed of other repairs that will need addressing at some point. VERY happy with my service and the price was better than the quote. My previous local franchise shop (not a Midas) closed and I had to find a new shop. I had never really heard much about or considered Midas. This particular Midas and its crew are consistently friendly & seem knowledgeable and talk to me person to person, not just as corporate scripts to just another dime-a-dozen customer. They explain everything clearly. The appointment time I make is kept right to the minute, my vehicle is brought right in to the bay. I am glad I made this choice! This is my new shop from here out.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto engine tuning, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

My opinion... The work that Midas on Grand Ave in Auburn New York. Did on my car I was not happy unsatisfied but I will pay the bill but I Will not return there

Don't know what happened to this place, was my go to location for a oil change but the last 2 trips were so bad that this recent one I'm done using Midas.Every time I make a appointment on the website, and show up in the time window it says, I always catch attitude from whoever's working the desk.The first time it was that i put a window in from 2-4 and showed up at 2 and got told ''well your appt isn't until 4 so you'll have to sit'' I even showed them the email with the time window confirm with it not saying anything about it being one time or the other and just got more attitude.This second (and last) time I put a appt in for the same time window, showed up and got attitude for it not being in their system, I even showed the confirm email again and just got ''well I don't know anything about the email system your not in our appts so either sit and wait because I have only 2 guys and other people in-front of you or make a new appt because we close soon.''I'm done with this Midas, went down the road to the Valvoline and got right in and right out in 10 mins. far more friendly and had no issue getting me in with no appt, cheaper too.Just really sucks because this was my go to place for awhile and there's so many other good reviews.

Scheduled day before for an inspection and oil change. Service took the projected amount of time and they have a text system to keep you updated. No price gouging, prices were average for similar shops. No complaints from me.

I had an excellent experience with Midas in Auburn the past two days. They promptly diagnosed and repaired my first car with a broken exhaust pipe. They had the parts in stock and had me back on the road in under 1.5 hours at a fair price. I was so pleased that I called and scheduled brake work on our other car and was again taken care of extremely well. I felt they were super friendly and honest and did all the repairs quickly and for a fair price. Thanks to Mike and all his service staff for taking such good care of me. Midas is where I take my cars every time I need some work or maintenance done. Making appointments are easy and always are faster than I think. Mike cares so much about his customers as do all employees. I will always bring my cars here. Everyone there are very friendly and kind, I feel very comfortable when I an there, the only thing that I worry about is , are they going to find anything else wrong with my car ? Because I am not ready to spend anymore money at that time. However if they do then I am grateful because I do want my car to be safe and keep me safe. So thank you for having my safety and protecting it.

I stopped by multiple places, but I m so glad I ended up at Midas. They were phenomenal from the minute I walked in the door. I went in for an inspection and they said it will take about an hour. 45 minutes later, I was out the door. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

They were great. I used to go to Mavis but the last time I went, the guy says I needed new struts. I said you replaced them 4 months ago. He goes back out...comes back in and says "Okay yeah you are right". He then says I need new brakes, I said but you did those a year ago and it's been 10K miles. He goes back out...comes back in..."Ummm, yeah ok maybe." I told them to take the car off the lift. I am now a Midas fan.

I use Midas for oil changes and basic maintenance on my car and they're always punctual for appointments and are also flexible in squeezing me in last minute if need be. Highly recommend!Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Great experience, excellent, They're very honest. saved me a lot of money by telling me my brakes are still good , don't need to be replaced, and they cleaned them. Highly Recomend their service.

This Midas is great, always get the work I need done here and am never disappointed. They have the absolutely best and most helpful staff. And Steven is the friendliest technician to meet always trying to be helpful.
