Great service and I highly recommend this place if you are nearby or not. I had a brake line rupture and brought my car here, they took it right in and replaced it while I waited. As for the price, it was $300 less than the best quote I had been given. So yeah, they definitely won me over!! Where do you get such a thing today, I'll tell you where JT&S. A big shout-out to Rob and the mechanics, friendly, knowledgeable and dang good at what they do!!

In my 62 years of life I have owned a lot of vehicles and I have dealt with a lot of dealers.I can honestly tell you I have never met nicer people and had better service in my life.They are straight up people no hidden costs no hidden problems with vehicles, they are about as honest a dealer as you're ever going to find. My wife and I traveled 2 hours one way to buy my new truck from them and I will continue to do so. They are amazing. Listened to my concerns and understood what I was looking for. They literally went out of their way to help me and my family. Jodi made my daughter feel extremely happy today. My daughter has autism and loves cars. Jodi gave her a calendar with cars on it and talked to her about different car parts and maintenance. Haven't seen my little girl smile so hard in a while. Will highly recommend

Rob and Jodie were recently very helpful in taking care of us and our vehicles. In fact, we just purchased a new to us vehicle from Rob and he to made sure we were" good to go". We appreciate great service!

Did me right wit inspection. Need to just get them to put the sticker on. I haven't reached the 50 mile reset though. Been up and down with COPD, EMPHYSEMA ETC. Weather finally clearing We'll see them Monday. Incendiary bought my jeep from them 6 yrs ago. Their cool.

Very nice people. Willing to come in on a sunday to show me a car. Threw in an extra warranty for free. willing to do all required maintenance for no additional cost, which was cheaper than any other car in the same price range and quality of vehicle. ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE PEOPLE. WILL NOT TRY AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

After being denied by other jt&s got me a car and got it quick fast and in a hurry. They also worked very well on getting me the car that wanted the most. Great service friendly workers highly recommend it to anyone looking.

Be careful they are snakes in the grass and some vehicles aren't so great. I thought before I had two bad experiences with them having my transmission blow twice in less than 3 weeks of having the vehicle. They like to try to screw you over on paperwork so they make sure they get their interest payments. Be careful and make sure someone looks over your paperwork like a lawyer.

Shout out to JT'S auto on clark st.my mother bought a vehicle in March so I went and I bought a new (used) vehicle back in may and a couple weeks later started having problems... between my schedule their schedule back and forth trying to fix it to no avail FINALLY after a lot of attempts to repair it they lived up to their word and traded it in for the vehicle I wanted without raping me! Rob and his wife Jodi gave great customer service if anyone needs a car or repairs tell them I sent u!I am now the proud owner of a 2013 Ford escape that I LOVE!

My son bought a car from this place a few years ago ,they were very nice about absolutely everything ,very helpful ! And went out of Thier way to make sure the car was good before letting my son take it away ! Great place !!

Avoid at all costs they might seem nice till the car you just bought turns out to be a lemon and they not diagnosed the problem correctly so they can charge you for fixes you don't need

You can t ask for a better dealer to work with if they don t have what you want on the lot they will go out of their way to find it for you and make sure you are happy with your vehicle I would not hesitate to send friends and family to them and will be returning to them in the future
