Aaron was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and friendly when he came a couple of hours ago for my AAA service call. He checked the battery that had been installed in my car yesterday by a not very professional technician from another company for a AAA call, and was able to tell what the issue was immediately- the starter and NOT the battery. He then towed my car to the mechanic I use a few minutes away once it was determined it would not start, as opposed to only calling AAA to complete his call and send another tow truck over. My husband and I are beyond appreciative to him for his kindness and commitment to do the job right! Will definitely be calling Harry s to have my old car towed to U-Pull It! Thank you so much!

No help at all. Not towing on a Saturday . MID STATE TOWING Was the only place willing to help us. Thank you Mike Jr. For towing our car 80 miles after breaking down on the side of a country road.

When we called them to get our car out of a ditch and they told us one of their competitors would be faster. It speaks volumes that they were looking out for us, so we decided to have them give us the tow anyway. I got my box truck stuck in the snow today, because a exit from a store had not been plowed yet.Harry's responded as quick as they could, because we were in the middle of a snow storm. The gentleman who got me unstuck was nice, and helpful.This review is only 3 stars, because I was charged $270 dollars to pull my truck 30 feet. It just seemed extremely excessive. Again the service was good, the price just seemed extremely unfair. I have had vehicles towed miles, for less than half of that price.Service: Special vehicle towing

The call part of the service was friendly and nice, compared to other companies. The towing part of the service was a total 5 star. The tower was polite, friendly, with a great customer service. We've used many companies in the area unfortunately but this one is the best

Fast, professional service. All four tires got slashed on my mustang, he was at my house within 15 min of calling, with a flatbed, and got me to the repair shop safely. I recommend this tow company to anyone for any service needed, very fair rates.

Had a great experience when I lost my car keys and couldn't get into my car. Professional service, and I felt like my vehicle was taken care of every step of the way. Very friendly and personable -- highly recommend!!

Had to have my truck towed because it overheated. They were there in 10 minutes, towed right to the shop and was fixed the next day. Ready to pick up.

5 Stars. The AAA man was so nice and quick to come. Came out of work to a flat tire. Went to Harry's to get tire plugged and was back on the road with in an hr and 15 mins!
