I recently purchased a Subaru . Every aspect of the transaction was positive. My sales associate Joel Easton was low pressure, helpful and committed to making the process easy. The sales manager and finance manager were friendly and helpful. It was a truly hassle free transaction and I would certainly do business there again.

Bought my first subaru at Fox Subaru, Aburn NY. My sales person was Bill. He was very pleasant and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Jamie, sales manager, was also very pleasant. Both were great to deal with.

We have purchased four vehicles at Fox Toyota and Subaru. The staff is professional and responsive. It was a team effort and it felt like they were a family. I commend Emma Jordan, who personally sold us our current vehicle, a Subaru Forester! She was thorough and followed through quickly with all of our requests. I highly recommend Fox Subaru and Toyota!

This dealership was fantastic, the salesman and manager were both great and patient with us and our young children. While signing paperwork they even had a fun activity for our five year old. We love our car and they went over all the features and we feel we got a good amount for our trade in. Overall I would highly recommend them!

My experience at Fox Subaru in Auburn, NY was a pleasant experience one. Gabe, my sales person was very helpful, understanding a d pleasant. She and the financial officer were able to find the color Subaru Forester I wanted at their sister store in Syracuse. They were able to pick up that vehicle the next day and have it ready for me that same day. I would recommend Fox Subaru to my family and friends.

My wife and I needed a newer vehicle and decided to trade our Chevy Malibu for a Toyota or Subaru. We walked in the Auburn Fox Dealership and the first person we met was Sean Battle, salesperson for Subaru and Toyota. Sean was pleasant through the entire process. He was never pushy. He genuinely asked what kind of vehicle would we be pleased with. After walking the lot with him and going over several options, my wife and I decided on a 2022 Toyota RAV LE. After we made our choice, Sean introduced us to Clint, who was also very cheerful and helpful, and then to Lynne Kovac, who finalized the process. We never felt rushed or pushed during the entire process. It was a pleasant shopping experience.So, if you shopping for a used car, a new car, or to trade an older vehicle for another vehicle, stop into FOX Subaru/Toyota and speak with Sean Battle. He will make the experience a pleasant one.

Sooo......first time SUV owners...totally unhappy with the car as we were used to a big car space. Went back to dealer to upgrade to a bigger vehicle. The salesman did not recognize us (2 weeks later) and the finance manager did not bother to give us the time of day.A competitor (staying local) made it right without hesitation. Two of my kids have a Subaru.....we will never go back to the Auburn Auto Group

I am a senior citizen. I had the best sales person, I ever had buying a car. Her name was Gabi. I can't say enough, good about her and how she handled all of my changes. I would recommend her to anyone. She goes above and beyond.

My salesman was Cody, Michael was the finance manager. They were both very friendly. My new to me used Subaru is 10 years old and was very dirty, they did a great job detailing and cleaning the car. I wanted to stay under a certain price, and was tricked into getting the extended warranty and under coating for the car which resulted in me spending more than I wanted.Overall I am happy with the new car.

Some of the negative aspects of this experience we're due in part by who ever was transporting the vehicle to the dealership, but things definitely could have gone smoother than they did despite that factor.Because the car didn't arrive on time, the car was not ready for our already planned appointment. Instead of it taking an hour to sign the rest of the paperwork and go over the features of the car, the whole pickup process took 3 hours on a Thursday night. I honestly would have rather picked the car up when they were ready for us, and not waste my time. Also, I thought it was kind of rude that they were closing another deal with a client while we were waiting, as if we didn't already have a scheduled appointment.If there was more communication, the process would have gone a lot smoother. I'm not sure if we had to do the paperwork with the sales person that helped us close the deal on the car, but I definitely could have waited a week to pick the car up instead of waiting around Thursday night.

Was a great experience, even with a new salesman s I was taken care of, left with no unanswered questions and highly recommend fox Subaru for anyone looking for a new car! My car had a recall on the inhibitor switch. The appointment was scheduled quickly. They fixed it and filled the tires. The air pressure was down and I forgot to fill it before I took it in. Great service!

My Husband and I were shopping for a new vehicle for him, replacing his 2008 Ford F150. The greeting from the sales team was pleasantly good. Our Rep showed us several vehicles, was able to get us into several for comparison, and text drive 2 before we made our decision. The finance rep was responsive and helpful with ideas for financing. We put money down, and said we would see them next week. All went relatively smoothly, a misunderstanding with pick up time, was handled relatively quickly. The intro to our new vehicle could have been a bit better, (a big transition from a 2008 truck). Maybe a more owner priority items to know. A few things that got overlooked, but so far everything is coming together and we love our new Subaru Ascent.

My salesperson Gabe was excellent, very knowledgeable regarding vehicles features and differences between models. I wasn t subjected to the usual high pressure selling techniques associated with purchasing a vehicle which made the buying experience much more pleasant.
