This dealerships maintenance department mechanics are very dishonest to say the least. They quoted me $550 for a $10 part. My cars stick shift wouldn't go into reverse so they said it would cost $550 to fix it, then I took my car to a good friend of mine and he looked at it and then replace a rubber seal from auto zone for $10 and totally fixed the issue completely and now my car goes into reverse with no problem at all. I will NEVER go back here for any reason. Very unprofessional and rude as well.

I purchased a used 2018 ram 1500 and it was lifted with 33 inch tires and I bought it back 4 times for cv shaft and bad alignment and they fixed the shafts 2 times and the cv shafts (front) will vibrate really bad in four wheeler drive. I called them multiple times, and no call back and I was told replace sway bar links and don't understand why would I need to change that. I needed a Inspection sticker and it was free through them and they told me it wouldn't pass due too emergency brakes and mind you I had it just ONE YEAR!!!! I had to put a new short shaft for the steering because I lost steering on the thruway. This is a nightmare and the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in my life. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GO THERE!!!

Pushy salespeople who sold me a car that the back latch wasn't working properly, then fought me about fixing it. When I got it back still wasn't fixed properly and my key fob was no longer working.

I have financed three cars through Fox and had nothing but issues each time. Last car I got had a break light out, garbage in the center console, AND wasn t the color I wanted. Recently went to a smaller dealership and walked out same day guaranteed the car I wanted. No bs.

I had been a person who was with Fox for many years. Through those years had issues some minor some big with fox. Only for there customer service to never improve.Even stayed through transition that we kept hearing was why things were not going smoothly this last time. Which was in January when my husbands truck after 2 weeks no longer worked. We have again encountered another issue (same truck ).After being through so many poor customer service experiences With not just me but family members I decided to never go back.but convinced my husband to give them another chance. I have now been to three different large car sales companies. I never realized what true customer service was until I went to them. Unfortunately Fox has the worse customer service I have now ever experienced and it only continues to get worse.When explaining a problem or what you need it is always met with an excuse of something within the company why things aren't working or The most popular answer I don't know .The best is repeating what you say no exaggeration at least 10 times every call and have to start all over again the next day. It should not be like that. I can literally call up the place where I got my car talk to one person and the problem is taken care of. They know what's happening and the hand off communication is excellent and I never hear an excuse only how they are there to help solve the problem (NOT FOX )! Here it is hay season and My husband is without a truck. He bought the best warranty to make sure everything is covered only to hear this morning that his truck after going through hoops to get it towed to fox that it wasn't where is was suppose to be dropped off. He was told they would get back to him but they never did. He reached out to the person who sold the vehicle to us but didn't hear back from that person either.He did finally hear back later to find out that the truck was there. They then Of course stated they are swamped and won't even get a chance to look at his truck until next week. So he says "my warranty covers a rental" to only be told well I don't know about that it depends on what's wrong with your vehicle. What??? So you have to wait until they look at a truck that you have had for only 5 months paid the best warranty so everything is covered and now you ll have to wait for a rental until we get to it I no longer have words. Like I said if I had not experienced some amazing customer service I guess I would just except this! I fortunately have had amazing experiences at other places and know this is really so unbelievably not acceptable. I have no words! So truly unhappy!After the first big issue with this truck we thought things might be getting better but it has not. I promise we will never be back to bother anyone at Fox again. You lost my parents after their ordeals with their cars, you lost me, My stepson and my husband! I will never refer anyone to Fox again!I wish the best of luck to you!

This review is mostly for Jennifer in service and their tech John. These two, I swear. Jennifer is the most helpful and delightful person to deal with, hands down. If she doesn't know the answer you've asked, she's already hunting it down. John, he found an issue I was certain I was insane and hearing things...and he fixed it. No more noise, that I've been dealing with for about a year now! I know I've already thanked you both in person, but THANK YOU!!! I can finally love my car again!

I am torn between a 4 and 5 star review. My past history with Fox makes me weary of giving a 5 although they likely deserve it. In the past 15 years, we have on occasion shopped at Fox and have always, without fail, had a horrible experience. In fact, 5 years ago, although I had a fairly decent interaction with the salesman, I couldn't bring myself to purchase a new Subaru from Fox. However...After purchasing cars from Subaru dealers in Syracuse, and never having a warm fuzzy feeling after all was done, my wife and I decided to give Fox another try. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience. Alec, our salesman, was decent, honest, knew when to walk away as my wife and I had a spat (its all good!), and in the end, we purchased our new Subaru from him. The finance guy Michael was also very decent and a pleasure to deal with. Of course they try to up-sell you, but that is their job.I don't know what Fox has done over the past few years, but things appear to have changed for the better. Over the past few years, I have had to deal with the parts guys (Subaru's do break down after a decade or two) and they have always been decent and straightforward. So kudos to Fox.

We visited Fox Subaru/Toyota.They make a great effort to make car shopping as pleasant as possible. Everyone is very friendly, hospitable and bends over backwards. While buying the vehicle, both the sales person and the sales manager made sure our needs were met. While waiting a few days for extras to be added to the vehicle, the sales person, Chris, kept us informed daily. I will definitely return and will recommend this dealership to others.

Went in for a scheduled state inspection and STILL had to wait over an hour. Never going back. Just ridiculous. Last time we went they said I needed an expensive ball joint but second opinion said no. Done!

We bought our new Subaru last January from Fox and take our car there for oil changes and service. We had a great experience buying our car there. No pressure and we picked the car we wanted.

Had my truck and wife car in for service. Their service department does not instill a lot of confidence in me. They told me something was done/installed when infact nothing was done/installed.
