I came with a loss of steering message. Shawn was very professional. The tech did a diagnostic. Shawn called to tell me it would be 2758.00. Come to find out this fell under a recall issue. 2017 I think. So my opinion is that this is not a place I will ever do business with. I also will steer people as far away from Bidleman Ford as possible. I feel sick that in these times and people struggling this is still the way business is done. Shame on you!!!!

The service center informed me that my concern was covered under a recall. They offered me valet service to pick up and drop off my vehicle. They completed repairs while I was at work and delivered my truck there. It was a very smooth and accommodating experience. Definitely recommend.

Todd in Service is so accommodating and helpful. The turn around service was fast. He made everything so easy and hassle free. Great customer service at the desk. All the people as I walked through greeted me with a hello, a nod, or a smile. We will always take out catering van there from now on.

The gentleman at the counter was very courteous. The only real complaint I have is that I brought the car in, for two days, and all the work was not finished. I now have to take time again to bring it in. I work two jobs so being without my car is a huge inconvenience.

We have used Biddlemans Ford several times for service for our trucks. Todd In service has always been pleasant and informative. This most recent time he even attempted to do minimal cost service to my vehicle knowing it was going to be sold. I would recommend this service department and will definitely be using them for my services in the future.

Very happy with the service, I had a software issue with my 2023 F-250, 7,000 miles. My selling could not get me in for 5 weeks. Bidleman got me in the same week I called. Todd Williams was great to work with.I will give them my business again.

Very polite and professional. Everyone was great thanks to Mike and the service team. Shuttle driver Josh was great to talk to as well and they did a excellent job with my Ford fusion. Next. Service done on 2/2 groundhogs day. Thank you again and again for excellent service. Oil change and tire rotation very fast and thorough

Came in for oil change and tire rotation which performed quickly and reasonably!! They also alerted me to some software updates that I wasn t aware of yet and took care of those without any delays to my schedule! Great place to do business! On top of that everyone at facility was friendly and helpful!I highly recommend Bidleman Ford

I am extremely impressed by and grateful for the service that I received from Bidleman s service department and the service manager, Jason M. He and his team went completely above and beyond to help my daughter and I out when our car broke down near Auburn (we were driving in from Canada for a hockey tournament in Buffalo). I can t say enough about how wonderful it was to deal with him!! My family and I thank you and your crew from the bottom of our hearts!!

The salesman I worked with was great and his name was Ethan! The one thing I think could help your business do better is how you do your business with the customer after the sale! What I mean is, if the vehicle is having a tonneau cover put on or something else done to it before the customer is able to pick up the vehicle, you should have somebody communicate more effectively as to the status of the purchased vehicle. I think you should give periodic updates as to what s going on with the customers vehicle.

I got a fair deal and the staff was easy to work with. On the plus side they were quick at getting things done. They should have walked me through the vehicle at delivery and done a tour of there facility and staff other than the Finance Manager, and Sales Manager.

Seamless from start to finish. Took my truck in for recall service. In and out without any problems. I've also purchased products from parts. Surprisingly cheaper than Amazon. So far 100% satisfied.

Easy and fast purchase process was able to drive the truck off the lot the same day I inquired about the vehicle. Unfortunately 2 days after I bought the truck the transmission went in it but Larry was very helpful and got the truck right in the shop the next day and within 3 days I had my truck back with a new transmission at no cost to me truck runs drives like new now. Mike is very pleasant to work with. Everything was done in a timely matter. The only thing that disappointed me was when I went to get in my car my seat looked like it had grease dust or grease? Just an Fyi! Thank you!

The guys in the shop did a fantastic job on my F250. A bunch of front end suspension components needed to be replaced and they did so in a very professional and timely manner. Thanks to Todd for great communication and a friendly experience!

Very quick service, everything satisfactory, price was very reasonable. They did a couple extra things for me, like change my registration tag (carpal tunnel, I couldn't get the old one off myself). I intend on getting all my service there.

Back up camera not working. Told it was wiring harness and 2 connectors. Total $923 when done. They lost the camera holder put in a different one. The camera still didn't work. I had already installed a new back up camera. They then proceeded to say it was the camera wasn't OEM. It would be $450 to install. I ordered and installed an OEM camera. Still no back up camera. Thought it might needed to be programmed. Service manager Said bring it in the would program free of charge. Brought it in and a different tech found it was a ground wire. Should have checked ground wire FIRST. Camera works now. Cost me $200 for OEM camera also. I have since plugged in old camera and non oem camera and both work. Very disappointed in how diagnostics was done from a certified Ford dealership. Cost me $1100 for a ground wire fix.

I was VERY PLEASED that I had my defroster area replaced and I waited 2 months to save the money for this as there is quite a bit of labor involved. So when I picked up my car, the part was $50.00 cheaper and they were very kind and helpful. Todd and the New guy were like conversing with a brother, overall I walked away with a smile on my face and felt content. Come to find out my neighbors the Strayers who I had coffee with last night wanted to know how I made out on my car as they had their vehicles serviced their too and were quite pleased. Thank you guys

After being mistreated at another Ford dealership, who did not take the time to diagnose my truck with diligence, which, by the way, took me 2 months to even get the truck in to their service department, I called Bidleman Ford at the recommendation of a friend. Their service manager answered my call, and after explaining my dilemma to him, he asked me where the truck was. I told him and he quickly told me he would send a flatbed to pick it up (which was easily 40 miles from his dealership). He also told me, after hearing my explanation of what was wrong with the truck, that he was very familiar with this problem and could get it repaired for me right away. I told the service manager at the dealership, where the truck was sitting without being fixed for the last week, that I spoke to Bidleman Ford, and that they were ready and willing to come and retrieve the truck and fix it promptly. They asked if I would give them a second chance to make this right and get the truck fixed, so I agreed. After another week, being the truck had already sat there one week, I was told the exact same thing they told me a week ago, that there was no apparent problem and I could pick the truck up. As anyone who has been in this situation can imagine, I was HOT, and just said; ok, I ll be over to pick it up later. The next business day I called Bidleman Ford back and spoke to Jason, the service manager, again, and explained to him what had happened after I spoke to him the first time. He empathized with me and said; can you bring the truck in to me tomorrow. With amazement, I said absolutely! When I showed up to Bidleman Ford I was treated with the utmost respect, with genuine attentiveness, and they rapidly got my truck in to be diagnosed. Not only was it an atmosphere of what every customer wants to be treated with, but in their kindness they offered me a car to use while they were diagnosing the truck. Within an hour they were calling me and telling me what the truck needed to be repaired, and that my warranty would be covering all the costs. The parts had to be ordered so they told me to come pick up the truck and they would call me when the parts came in. 4 days later I received the call and was asked when it would be convenient for me to bring the truck back in. We decided on a day and I took the truck back. Again, they offered me transportation to suit my needs while the mechanic performed the repairs, and within a couple hours the truck was finished. Let me say, that with vehicles costing as much as small houses these days, it s imperative to know there is a dealership that has your best interests at heart when it comes to caring for your vehicle. I can say boldly and confidently that Bidleman Ford is one of these few places you can trust your vehicle with! Thank you Bidleman Ford, thank you Jason, Mike, and John, and thank you to the awesome mechanics that I do not know the names of, but deserve piles of gratitude for performing the back breaking, fume sniffing, knuckle busting jobs they do!Service: Electrical repair

I just have to say Bidelman Ford they're seriously the best! Even though I don't live nearby, I always make the trek to have them work on my car because they're that awesome. It's not just about the top-notch service; it's the way they treat you like you're the most important person in the world. Bidelman Ford, you guys rock!

I called due to my Bluetooth not working. They sent a guy to the house that told me the Bluetooth chip needed to be replaced. They called a week later to let me know the part was in but this time they sent a guy to pick my truck up. I received messages that they picked it up and it arrived at the dealership 45min later. I never received a message they were on the way back or that my truck was back where they picked it up. When I got in the truck the Bluetooth still does not work. It is just annoying static. They never verified my initial issue just replaced what they said had a fault code. They will be picking my truck up again on Monday hopefully this time addressing the issue.
