I'm pretty disappointed in my experience. I made it clear that this was my first GMC but wasn't given much run down of what different buttons do on this vehicle or even of the myGMC app. Before I left the dealership with my new vehicle, I wanted my second key fob which I know is standard but the saleswoman could not find it and said she would mail it. This was on a Monday after she had known since Friday thatI would be picking it up and also knew I had a long drive to get to the dealership. Wouldn't you have everything ready to go? I also caught on my contract that I was being charged almost $3,000 for a warranty package I never asked for. Luckily I pay attention to details and was able to have it removed from my contract before we finalized. It has now been over a week and I have no update on my second key fob and the dealership is not responsive to messages. Love my new vehicle but wish I had dealt with a different dealership.

Had a great purchase experience with all the sales staff at Auburn Chevy. Brittany was spectacular to work with as was her sales manager Ed. They were fair and reasonable throughout the process and I look forward to any future purchases I might have with them.

Had a great experience working with Bill from Chevy sales. We got exactly what we wanted for the trade in and a good price on a new vehicle. He made the process super easy and straightforward and was super knowledgeable about the vehicle and the paperwork. Great experience!

From the time we entered the building we were treated very well. We were informed of our options, helped us with the paperwork, and even was given a call at home to inform us of a situation with our payments.The person who went through the car with us did an extremely outstanding job. We were also informed that we could come back or call if we did not understand how to set or use the apparatus in the car.Extremely happy with our service!

I brought the Truck in to dealership in October, it took until December for them to get back to me after I called every week. The last two weeks have been my fault because the holidays and weather prevented me from getting pictures to them. As for the service on 12/29/2023, there was none. I am still waiting for the dealership to follow up with extended warranty company so I can get my truck fixed. The Sales Manager talked about the "service after the sale" when I purchased my truck. This is my first impression of that service after the sale, and so far it has not been a very good one. I am both upset and discouraged.

Great experience today with their service department! I ve had trouble in the past with dealerships service centers. Here in Auburn they were great! Fast and informative on the progress of my vehicle. When I went to pick my car up gentleman explained everything done to my vehicle and was very polite. I feel like I can trust coming here for any future service.

Communication is atrocious.It is very difficult to get through - phone rings and rings, but more often than not, no one picks up.I was told on multiple occasions, by different members of the service team that someone would call me back, yet they did not.One occasion I was told I would be given an update the next morning, but I never received a call. I had to call back myself 2 days later.I have been told multiple times that documentation would be sent to me via email, and every time I had to call back after a few days to ask for it again because it was never sent.Perhaps the service department is overwhelmed and understaffed, but they had better get this figured out and squared away. I know a lot of people, including myself, that didn't do business with Summit for the same reasons, but wanted to give the new Auburn Group a try; if the service department does not iron out their issues this dealership, and all others under the group, is going to lose a lot of business in both the service and sales side.I do want to say that however frustrated and disappointed I am with the communication and service end, everyone I spoke to was very professional and polite - specifically Mitch Pollock.

Terrible customer service.Called to get a price on replacing side detection modules and was told I'd have to pay for a diagnosis first even though I already had it diagnosed, and it shouldn't matter anyway. If I want something replaced, whether it's needed or not, that should be my choice. Regardless, they agreed to give me an estimate after I refused to pay a ridiculous diagnosis fee, and I was told I'd get a call back after lunch the same day. Well, there have been no calls received a week later. Now they just don't answer my calls. Why is it so difficult to give me an estimate when another Chevy dealer was able to give me a price in 5 minutes.

Randy and Chris were very helpful and professional during the whole transaction. Chris did a great job in explaining all of the financial aspects and Randy did a remarkable job explaining and demonstrating all of the features and options of the truck and apps. I m very happy with the truck and my experience with Auburn Chevrolet.

I had an issue with my car made an appointment the same day everything was fixed I know that s not always the case when it comes to vehicles but I appreciate it staff was friendly and since the issue was a manufactured defect it was covered under my gm warranty

The 2024 truck I got is a great truck. But when I paid for the under coating they didn't do it that day like they said would and had to take it back. Know got to take back cause they got under coating all over the outside of truck. That is the main reason I am giving them 3 stars. The sale of the trade and me getting the new truck was great.

Have visited this store twice looking for cars that were advertised yet magically not available when we arrived.The second time I called a day beforehand to set up an appointment to make sure we could see the vehicle. The sales lady was friendly and assured me that the car would be at the Auburn location for us to look at. We drove over an hour to get to the appointment, walked into an almost empty lobby. Greeted by a sales man who then went into an office and shut the door when we told him we had an appointment to see said car. He returned to ask us to follow him to his office where he started scrolling on his computer asking us questions about other vehicles they had. When I asked where the vehicle we had an appointment to see was, he informed us that it wasn t there. It was in Syracuse. My husband became quite heated at this point as we had been lead around by this place and a few others promising a vehicle when there was none.We left and called the sales department again where I talked to the same nice lady who informed me they were short staffed and couldn t get anyone to bring the car to the auburn location. Okay: that s fine. But don t you think you should let the people who have made an appointment know?Unprofessional to say the least. We will not be going back there and we will never recommend their store to anyone we know.Fortunately, we were able to track down the car in Syracuse at their sister store and bought it.Super frustrating to have such a run around.

When I left dealership after having a trailer hitch installed, I notice I didn t have a rear turn signal. I returned to dealership and the took vehicle back in and corrected the problem. Vehicle was done when promised

Went in not expecting to be able to walk out with a new vehicle after stopping at several other dealerships and being turned away. They did everything they could to get me the deal I wanted and I am super happy with the way it turned out. Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

Look elsewhere for repairs, wasted money on diagnosis to have been told what I already told the service writter when I took my car in. Took my 2017 Chevy Cruze LT in for a Cylinder 1 misfire, requesting a compression test to help diagnose the issue. Technician disconnected my dash camera so i was unable to verify any actual work being done on my car and never reconnected it when returned to me. Was charged an hour of diagnostic/service to have a single spark plug changed and was told they recommended a new engine. Asked if they did the compression test and was informed by the service writter Lucas that "I believed it would fail the compression test anyways so I didn't have the technician do it". In the service report though it claims "customer declined further diag at this time", despite never having asked me. This is shady at best and intentional negligence at worst. Quoted roughly $8000 for new engine without ever diagnosing the problem. Steer clear from this autobody shop, save your money and stress.
